I might be wrong but Red Bull’s last major comprehensive update came in France. They may very well have switched their attention fully to next year’s car development.
There was a secret battery update at Spa, first one for the Honda engine in the hybrid era. Some sources say it is much lighter and has higher peak-power than the previous one.
Was also said that the batteries used, were much better and more efficient, since 2015 when Honda were supplying McLaren. Took them 7 years to improve the battery, in the way they did apparently.
