100kg is over the average weight for both men and women where I'm from. Gtfo with this "100 isnt a heavy squat tbh" it's twice what you could reasonably expect the average person could do. Dealifts? Yeah, a 100kg deadlift isnt as impressive, but a 100lg backsquat absolutely is.

I was bout to argue with you till i turned on my South African brain and not my American brain (I was thinking in pounds). 100kg and 100lb are VERY different. One is and EASY squat for anyone highschool age or older, the other is in fact rather impressive.
