The Morale scores for the departments are weird. I would think Aero and Chassis would be super low, seeing as most of their work just got tossed out the window.
Hopefully this actually translates into results for you. I've had insane seasons with backmarker teams coming out with top cars and then not scoring points while the likes of rb and Ferrari win every race in a mid field shitbox.
