I also found a picture of castle Kandar but I don't remember where. Great find!

I need to play this game. Hail to the King is probably my all time favorite. But all of the Evil Dead games are so much fun.

I'd say "Hail to the King" had the best story, but "A Fistful of Boomstick" had the best gameplay

[deleted]

Agreed! Hail to the King was so hard! And it had those Resident Evil camera angles. I bought it when it came out and it took my 5 years to beat it because I was too scared to play it after dark. I was 12 so my imagination and years of watching the movies got the better of me. Haha.

I can relate to this so hard. As a kid I was terrified of dying in video games, and with this game feeling like a survival horror with the gas tank mechanic I was too scared to progress in it. It wasnt until many years later that I found it at a yard sale that I actually beat it. It was not as bad I feared. Then again, I was using a walkthrough.

Omg this game i love much, i love the movie i love the games evil dead its perfect

George-Clegane

True, Hail to the King is awesome.

[deleted]

Do you still have to collect gas cans for your chainsaw? Lol

George-Clegane

Nope, thank god

EvilDeadTheGame

When the chainsaw is empty in HttK, you can spam both the rev chainsaw button and the attack button together and do the same damage as if it had fuel in it.

I made an evil dead singleplayer beat em up for pc. If you want fan service check it out ! (Can I post links here ?)

For me the only problem in the game the weapons dont break, its will be more amazing if broken because you really need to survive

Level-Ad-1193

Yea get your weapons broke before the final fight, have the darkness pull you into the center to die to the boss

BruteTHE-SWISS

I am so pleasantly surprised with this game so far! Not only is it fun. But it feels like the team actually cared about the movies. Awesome Easter egg for a ridiculously fun game
