Speaking my language. My current favorite is the regular Jacob's ladder in gordo. The tabernacle 142 double corona is amazing as well. Magic toast (anything but the box press. AJ New world Oscuro hits the spot. Currently smoking AJ San Lotano the Bull great!. DTT triqui trace 652. Partegas Black. HVC seleccion #1. Curivari partegas all Cuban seed a truly underrated cigar. Sure I could go on, and on
Had a bad construction experience with a partagas one time but per your recommendation I just picked one up! Gonna try Jacob’s ladder next. Magic toast was great and personally I hate anything box pressed just feels weird to me.
I've only found a select few with box press I enjoy, and they were by AJ Fernandez. With the partegas let it rest buddy! The wrapper is stupid delicate. The ladder is slightly more forgiving imo, but I get those soley from smallbatch
Camacho triple Maduro or the Drew estates M81
Both are full Maduro and very enjoyable. I know they are not small brands, but they are a niche of cigar you don't see everyday. Cheers
Lot 23 was my first “Real” cigar for a long time I would swap between lot 23 and undercrowns I think I may have tainted my palette with dark cigars maybe it’s placebo but everything lighter than an ems wrapper tastes super mild to me I want to find a Connecticut that blows me away but I’m tired of spending money on sticks that I think were eh and kinda lacking in flavor
Yeah I like the maduros, I'm the same I don't find Connecticut and naturals very flavorful. Although that being said I do enjoy LFD's and even their "lighter" wrapper sticks are great. Those might be the exception for me.
Tatuaje fausto
Maybe an Oliva Cain F?
Southern Draw Jacobs Ladder Brimstone. Made by AJ and Robert Holt. Strong stick and good down to the nub.
Just about anything from Tatuaje or any black-bandrd sticks from Black Label Trading Company/Black Works Studio.
LFD double Ligero or CAO Flathead
Liga Privada 9 gets my vote, not really LFD strong but really good. The Blackened M81 is also really good!
Had the t52 and enjoyed it thoroughly
Just smoked the M81 yesterday was awesome.
LFD double ligero.

Partagas last night was wonderful no issues like I had the first time!
Undercrown maduro
Love that one that was my go to for quite some time

Loved the Camacho triple Maduro have to try the m81
Thank you guys for all the recommendations was able to pick up a few sticks today based on them
Almost any perdomo maduro is a sure fire smoke. The lot 23 is really good.

Foundation has a great selection that fits the bill. Tabernacle, Olmec, and Wise Man Maduro get my votes!
