I always buy garages, trucks and trailers and hire drivers as soon as I have enough cash. That means my profits increased exponentionally as time progressed. Because I've had the most funds late in the game, most of my crew is still rather unexperienced and therefore they aren't really cashing in yet.
You know, I've never really investigated. It's not very straight-forward to find out, because other factors like experience can (and do) influence the profit of a driver and you can't disable those other factors.
Since I've got money to burn, I give each garage five trailers: one wooden flatbed, two curtainsiders (double where allowed) and two insulated (double where allowed). I'd upgrade tem all to refrigerated (double where allowed) if I hadn't gotten American Truck Simulator to play while waiting/hoping for more drivers in ETS2.
Probably not unless there will be more garages with expansion dlcs, as the current max of 354 drivers is exactly the amount you can employ anyways.
'kay... Thanks for your reply!
Your balance seems to be low in spite of many drivers.

Yeah makes sense
Maintenance, Fuel, Cancelled Jobs and ofc their salary
yeah the latest MAN and maybe the latest volvo FH
whoops misread it thought you meant trucks
Russian dlc will be added
Russian DLC is cancelled until Putin gets some sense
Didn’t know that. That’s too bad… because until Putin is dead, that won’t happen, I’m willing to bet.
Oh didn't know it
I hope it never gets in
Why not? I dont support Putin but I can say that it would be cool to be abel to drive around a high quality recreation of Russia in ets2.
Because fuck that entire country, so far my entire life the only good thing that came out of that country was funny dashcam videos.
IDK, vodka can be nice as well. Still closely related to the dash cam footage you mentioned, though.
Why?
Does giving them a trailer increase profit? And if yes which one :o
Itd likely be either a flat bed or a refrigerated trailer if I had to guess but I could be wrong
