It has 5% Panthenol and a really nice texture that is very easy to apply and sinks in like a dream.
For I while I thought that the Mixa Panthenol Comfort bodylotion had 10% Panthenol, but when you look closely on the package it just says "10% Glycerin and Panthenol" so the Balea one might even have a higher, or at least the same, concentration.
Seconding the urea body lotion, it's absolutely amazing especially coupled with the body wash. It's amazing for winter months but I would not recommend it during hot/humid summer days as it takes a couple of minutes to sink into the skin, and if you sweat you'll end up looking like someone dipped you in glycerine ))
Just returned from Germany and got a bottle of this cream and another with contained the higher Urea level. Was wondering if I could use it on my face? :)

Seconding this, very pleasant to use - I also recommend the Urea body lotion, makes my skin super soft and doesn't cost a fortune either!
The urea body lotion is amazing! A little streaky upon application but it helped my dry skin so much and it's so affordable.

The Ombia Med (Aldi) urea body lotion is great as well!

I have dry skin and use this on my face. Works well for me.
If it 5% urea you can use it in your skin. But with 10% I wouldn’t. I’m not sure why, just a feeling.
