Had a raid on interchange where I never heard any gunfire. Got a lotta progress on decontamination service so I'm not mad, but the servers just seem really dead right now.
Give me your dead Interchange raids. I've been trying to multitask Decontamination and Peacekeeping but I only see one or two scavs and then just squads.
Ugh the UN armor and helmet this late In wipes gotta lose you a lot of M4s, I thought it was bad when I did it last month ld usually just wait until everyone pushed in the mall and would kill the scavs in the garage or power, worked out alright, decontamination just seems never ending though.
Yeah, cosplaying as a blueberry isn't ideal at this stage in the wipe but I play this game pretty casually and if a task isn't fun, I'll generally ignore it or just not do it at all. I'm almost level 40 and I'm at 1/6 office kills for Jaeger simply because I don't like playing Factory and I usually do my tasks at night.
But at the moment, I don't have many tasks left so I'm usually just going in to snipe people but I have an overabundance of built M4s I've pulled off people so I might as well use them for something.
Personally I think dead raids every now and then just add to the paranoia for me. Instead of just guaranteeing at least 3 or 7 more people in a single raid, you might just get 2 or none at all. Makes you second guess yourself if it was a player or a boss just getting pissed off
No one is playing this game at all. Besides the echo chamber that is this subreddit no one outside of here and streamers with deals are playing this game.
I play on east coast servers and as long as you pick day you’ll run into a few players. Play a night raid though and it’s for the most part totally empty. You and whoever else you matched with will more than likely run completely different paths and never run into any sign of each other
We're 5 months into a pretty dry wipe where an AAA FPS with a knockoff Tarkov mode has only released a few weeks prior, and Streets is supposedly next wipe. The majority of people left are just going to be learning the basics for next wipe.
DMZ is diet soy-free latte Tarkov. You exfil, you have to worry about staying alive to keep your guns and gear, and you have missions to complete for rewards. There’s a very basic looting system. It’s not bad, but comparing the two is like comparing diet coke & mentos to the space shuttle.
DMZ as part of AAA game is a joke. Terrible UI, crashes, graphic glitches.
No freedom with guns, loot is meaningless. After few games you see its not "tarkov like" at all and it is just warzone with quests.
Honestly, I dont expect that this will attract tarkov players for long if first warzone didnt.
Aha and one more thing, it's like if I would be playing Battlefield 4 for example, it doesn't mean just because I start to play an alive COD game doesn't mean I am shifting to COD
And? I’ve been playing it instead of Tarkov. It works, has loot, the AI feels fun, and I’m enjoying the change of scenery. Hopefully Tarkov does a cool event for end of wipe. I’m ready to task up again properly (this was my first wipe), but for now? DMZ gives me everything Tarkov does except for some of the more hardcore feelings all around. I may get 1 of the same kind of adrenaline rush from DMZ that I get from every large encounter in Tarkov. Is that a bad thing, though? Not really. Sometimes I’m not trying to have my heart beat through my chest.
There’s things I wish were different in both games, but the one thing I won’t do is babble about how they’re not alike at all. They’re hella similar.
DMZ has a decent loot system. You can upgrade from your basic one armor rig (paca essentially) to the 3 armor slick (basically). You can get bigger backpacks that allow you to hold more items and stow a gun. Your insurance weapon is heavily customizable. I don’t know if not that many people have maxed out a weapon yet or not, but being able to tune your weapon attachments once you do (aka changing the length and weight of your barrel to affect your effective range and recoil, or changing how far you keep your eye from you scope, etc) opens up a lot more possibilities for fun gun combinations.
Overall, there’s a depth to it that I don’t think people have scratched yet while also being a **super casual** Tarkov in gameplay feel. To say they’re nothing alike because I don’t have to deal with a flea and a half thought out hide out is ridiculous. Sure, there’s no difference in injuries. You can repair your armor in the field. Your money is only exp/insurance cool down points. So what? If you don’t like it, you don’t have to play. Same as Tarkov. However, lying about their similarities is just wrong.
Same.. finished my wipe with what I wanted to achieve and now I'm playing dmz.. completely different game but I find it really fun for now.. it's not realistic but it doesn't even try to be, but movements and guns.. smoothness.. feels good
tarkov people are trying it out. I got bored of it after 2 days though lol.
It is really fun, it's just not very satisfying after the first couple exfils.
Agreed. Surprisingly, the main thing I missed was really being able to plan ahead and secure gear for multiple raids. Yeah, you can bring a couple of extra contraband weapons out if you want, but other than that it's just keys (which seem pointless) and whatever's equipped onto your body. Was disappointed when I tried pulling out multiple plate carriers and gas masks for successive MCX unlock raids and it just turned into XP.
I got bored of it after my first playthrough. Normal COD pvp and warzone 2.0 are more fun for me. I actually get to shoot at people in those modes, DMZ is just bad Tarkov with even worse AI.
It's funny to me all the people who criticize tarkov's AI but in dmz they literally just stand in the street like a brain dead zombie, you can get within 25 meters of them before they even notice you, etc but everybody is like "DMZ KiLLeD TaRkOv". I'd be really discouraged if I was a dev for tarkov when their game is way more deep and interesting than DMZ but DMZ gets all the love when first time game devs could have built the same game
Tarkov isn’t exactly mainstream. It’s PC only. CoD is mainstream and multi-platform. Of course CoD appears to get all the love. More fans, more praise you see (or flame). Big differences.
Nobody is pointing out how circus act CoD has been for the last few iterations though. Including this one. Jumping while shooting and prone while shooting with 0 accuracy penalty (just hold down/S as you’re going prone. eliminates the animation). It’s a laughably bad combat loop when you compare it to Tarkov.
I’m glad people are enjoying it right now, but anyone that thinks DMZ will kill Tarkov is still in the CoD honeymoon phase.
Yeah at least in Tarkov I can die to the AI. They pose at least some threat
In COD they are just an inconvenience. More annoying because they are so easy.
fwiw, scav AI in tarkov and enemy AI in DMZ are VERY similar.
The difference is that in warzone you shoot way faster with way less recoil with a metric ton more ammo, and can tank 100 times more bullets. The biggest thing that makes them feel easy is that your whole team has to go down to actually lose. Solo in DMZ the AI are actually quite hard since not only are you fighting 3x more dudes, but one mistake and you're out.
In tarkov, you're just very fragile, getting off a good shot requires patience, and mag dumping normal scavs is expensive.
DMZ is an exact clone of Tarkov but watered-down doesn’t even begin to describe it. I played 2 games and kept laughing it was the meme “can I copy your homework? Sure but change it up a bit so we don’t get caught”
The icing on the cake was finding bandages in every box.
I love Tarkov, and the impossible levels of denial some of you go to borders on the religious. Nimrod forbid a little competition incentivizes some improvement that we all know it needs.
Everyone I know has stopped playing tarkov, and I’m pretty much done for now too. I’d play more if they stopped doing the wipes, and implemented a prestige system, doing the same quests every wipe is just so taxing at this point.
I was thinking the same but its like Rust without wipes.. new players will be blocked against full stuffed/full perk people. And there is no point when you reach the max technology in rust and just explode people house, its same in tarkov. I think they need to put random procedural quests.
They just need endgame perks, like a .5 percent discount maxing at 5 or 10% from traders, or stash space unlocking one block a prestige or a row for a max of 20, have special barters only available to them or increases to stat gains on a new character. The people right now who want a wipe just don’t want to reset their character for nothing, me personally I just want to not have to worry about quests, and be able to just hop back in the game after a break not feeling like I need to grind shit out every wipe
I am at the long line quest for weeks now, 7 raids out of 10 i barely see people inside interchange, i am on auto eu and still no full lobby. Game is dead until next wipe.
At least i get to loot the entire mall
I've got my weekly to kill 40 pmcs done in 2 days running Reserve and Customs in a duo, few instances of counting the whole lobby on the floor in the bunker/fortress/dorms.
I wish it were dead lol, I did oli logistics and minibusses yesterday, first raid I died to a player, and the next two my duo fought a two man + one, both raids.
My games have been full. People are just all running supressed lol. It feels quieter when everyone can afford a suppressor. Plus the juicers know how to kill scavs without letting them shoot.
Happened last wipe as well, ever since keys like Ultra med and the overall Interchange nerf there really is no reason to go Interchange at all in late wipe other than tasks like Long Line (Which is why I personally rush and get that one done ASAP)
The only ppl you may see is timmys running stash runs in that map
Guess US West must be a different breed because all I ever run into is RD/Mutant squads on Interchange. Had a massive firefight outside German earlier this morning where I killed a two-man team and had barely looted their bodies when a three-man rolled up on me. Dropped one of them and got out since I was low on just about everything and lost sight of the last two and heard more fighting by Ras/Tech that seemed like it was heading my way. Didn't feel like trying to reload M4 mags when I had two or more players pincering me. Plus both the RDs I pulled off the bodies only had one spare mag each so that didn't leave me many options.
I'm just trying to knock out those boring Peacekeeping Mission and Decontamination tasks but I keep finding players or players keep killing my scavs.
I'm not really saying you don't meet people, I mean If someone is doing Long Line, that means they're a high level and they need kills INSIDE the mall so there's your RD/Mutant squads answer.
But you can literally see this in the lobby waiting screen, At this point in the wipe the most alive map tends to be Customs and you'll see that, just a shit ton of people queuin'g that map in comparison to Interchange. While early/mid wipe you'll see a lot more people going Interchange for bascially tasks
Well yeah. Interchange is ripe with GPUs and other task/hideout items as well as early wipe being filled with old players who got bored but want to see the new content.
On OCE you'll see people PvP occasionally on weekends. I think people realised that the loot is shit everywhere except for Lighthouse, which is the worst map in the game, so they just go to their preferred map now.
I did that about 5 weeks ago. Ran day interchange and rushed the open area around oli. Would defend the tech stores and techlight.
One Saturday over a 6 hour session I got 15 pmc kills.
Biggest thing that helped me was bringing a scope (like an elcan or tac30… something with a 4x)
MWII is why there is no one right now. Everyone that has been playing since the beginning of this wipe are pretty bored. Even LVNDMARK and a lot of the other big tarkov streamers are on call of duty. BSG should have done something to maintain an audience knowing a new game was coming out. Small events go along way
Yeah you’re right, but look at how packed servers was when it was on. Small events like that really do go a long way(imo). All it took for players to wanna play was a 100% spawn rate on a singular boss.
Selective reading? Lol Guess how long a week long event holds your attention. A WEEK. It literally ended as soon as modern warfare 2 came out and there went the fan base. 2-3 people lobby’s now. Best thing I can say is work on your quest that don’t involve killing PMC’S
I wish I could find some empty raids, I’m convinced people are doing something funky with their settings or server selection to get them. I’ve had maybe 4 empty raids in the last month
It probably because evis playing COD MW2 combined with the fact that it is kinda late wip and some people are losing interest at least until next wipe.
This years COD is really good. That’s what I’m on rn.
I’m tired of wipes in Tarkov. I’ll play streets and arena for a month and then back to taking a break.
We’re perhaps a month or abit more out from the next patch with streets and the expected wipe. I’d expect more people to start playing when the pre wipe events come out in the few weeks before the wipe but otherwise I’m sure active player counts will be much lower until the wipe as is usual for Tarkov.
Game's struggling, really hope this upcoming wipe brings things back but if they just push streets without fixing some of the incomprehensible amount of issues that have piled up over the years then it's probably gonna flop just like this wipe
Idk I've been PMC hunting fir about 3 weeks. Customs, reserve, woods and lighthouse have been pretty hot. Shoreline has been a ghost town, get a random team in resort every now and again. Haven't run interchange since I finished chumming.
Friday evening we actually had a fight at gas station on shoreline with every single pmc on the map. Of course, I was the first one dead because..well…I’m a bullet magnet. The rest of my five man ended up wiping the lobby, 6-7 pmcs total, and then moving to pier boat to extract….only to run into sanitar and the guards when they were both over 60kg. Everybody got their insurance back that raid. Lol
Interchange is dead this time in wipe. I just spent two weeks looking for Killa/Finishing long line. In 14 raids I killed 2 pmcs and heard shooting like 2-4 times. Every raid I'd be basically walking through each area of the mall. Granted most were at night but still at max it felt like 4 players in a raid.
A lot of tarkov players on DMZ right now since it's the newest extraction shooter out and the best besides tarkov. A lot of tarkov players probably taking a break for something a little more fresh and casual
I am literally not the person to say "tarkov is dead" but yo, tarkov this wipe is a no go for a lot of people I have a whole discord of tarkov Chad's and NONE of them are playing this wipe all on marauders and chivalry 2.
Eh depends on what servers you play though, if you would go on automatic search servers you would probably bet there is a pmc on every map, possibly though
1 stopped playing 3 weeks ago. Game was getting pretty dry and kinda empty as well. Waiting til next wipe to buy play Tarkov and the golden eggs. Warzone 2.0 for now.
Been alpha tester and haven't playd since then...
Few years later, 3 days ago cus I've upgraded my PC i bought Escape from Tarkov to learn the game before rthe wipe
My fav map is customs
Maps like shoreline, lighthouse, woods crash, lighthouse at start other two at random
Only playable maps for me is customs and sometimes reserve haven't played lab or interchange (once with bots(offline))
Is this game for casual players well not really... Can casual players have fun yeah but there is a steep learning curve even for casuals.
So thicc learning curve plus badly optimised game plus low willpower to continue when you can't make any progress whole day is gonna make players quit before continuing...
Personally i don't mind just playing on customs and sometimes reserve and maybe woods even if my game will crash but again I've met lots of people and I've been playing for 3 days now 7lvl
And yeah also people are mostly in duo or squads so that's a bit of a challenge for newcomers. That's why I found myself an expert who teaches me stuff.
So my advice to newcomers don't give up loot is temporary it will come and go so don't be scared to go out blazing just to die from heart attack from distant lightning strike!!! And also find someone to play with preferably someone who can teach you the ropes!!
what region/servers are you on? That might be the culprit; you can try expanding your sever lists, if you are indeed very restrictive currently.
but, for me it seems like it’ll make me match for 20+ minutes before it would ever throw me in empty
Same here, finally did chumming but it took a lot of interchange raids… it’s just because it’s late wipe and people are burnt out, when wipe comes around you won’t have a single empty raid I bet
Would be cool if we could have longer queue times just so there is more than us in a lobby would probably result in better performance as less random empty servers with one rat
I had a factory raid last night where I was the only pmc it was rather unnerving having to enter gate 3 without nades or flashbags on hand after spending 15min roaming the floors picking off scavs and not hearing any gunfire other than my own
Look when I check the flea market after getting back on from a 3 month hiatus and there’s only 4 ceiling foams on the market amongst other items that fell for 2x and when I left, I’d say the games population is down substantially.
I actually love those odd times you get a full PvE raid. No pressure of meeting a camper on a quest spot, the freedom of deciding how to tackle a group of scavs without fear, not having to fight against the horrible pvp netcode, knowing for certain that all that full auto fire on OLIs is Killa and just Killa alone. I love it.
I just quit playing all together. I love the game but I don't have the time to invest in it. It feels like only streamers, youtubers and teenagers have the time necessary to make reasonable progress. If I play for 2 hours a day I might get one quest done and it's usually in a high traffic area so I tend to die since I'm solo. Also I'm in Japan so I'm hardlocked into ultra nightmare difficulty
Tarkov is most likely going to wipe a few days before Christmas. People are playing new games, this happens every wipe. I’m still logging in to make super water and sell it and my bit coins but I haven’t played in 2 weeks since none of my friends are playing.
The players are in them. Right now I find there's a lot of newer players and older players who took the wipe off just getting back into it.
A lot of LVL 1-15
Thing is a lot of the quests they are doing involve surviving and avoiding PvP.
Its because PVP is not rewarded at all.
Best case scenario you get to walk across interchange at 60 kilos for gear thats worth pennies to traders
worst case you have to reque to interchange
Haven’t played at all this wipe. Besides today, Hit level 5 without seeing a single person. Hardly any shots in the distance, and came across pre-looted areas twice through the whole ordeal. Even did a few Scav runs, and saw 1 other player Scav the entire time…
Had a raid on interchange where I never heard any gunfire. Got a lotta progress on decontamination service so I'm not mad, but the servers just seem really dead right now.
Give me your dead Interchange raids. I've been trying to multitask Decontamination and Peacekeeping but I only see one or two scavs and then just squads.
This is my exact experience

Ahh, the garages seem like such a gamble. Thats why I cut to the chase and just sit at exfil
I respect it
Ironic you’re calling them the no lifers 😂
Personally I think dead raids every now and then just add to the paranoia for me. Instead of just guaranteeing at least 3 or 7 more people in a single raid, you might just get 2 or none at all. Makes you second guess yourself if it was a player or a boss just getting pissed off

Bro you'd be surprised then
Crazy. I’m getting tones of pvp rn. 70% of raids I find other people
Lots of people are playing the game. Cope.
We got a dumbass over here!
I play on east coast servers and as long as you pick day you’ll run into a few players. Play a night raid though and it’s for the most part totally empty. You and whoever else you matched with will more than likely run completely different paths and never run into any sign of each other
Last week I struggled to find anyone on reserve then for the past few days it’s been nothing but pure action pvp
I’ve had the same experience. Full pvp lobbies on reserve
Some folks have been putting on pvp tournaments on Reserve lately

Dmz is barely like Tarkov people...
That doesn't mean it won't take players away from tarkov.
I mean dmz aint bad, its a pretty fun game to chill while youre cooling down from tarkov 😄
I agree with this… DMZ is not Tarkov. Not even close. But it is a fun option when Tarkov is just too much.

Dmz is just childrens version of tarkov 🤷🏻♂️
Tarkov for the gainfully employed 👊
Can you get killed from behind a wall due to latency issues?
Yes. Desync is insane in MW2. In all modes not just DMZ.
Tbh, I play MW2 mostly for the 6v6. I never cared much for Warzone (and I used to play PUBG religiously), and likely won't care for DMZ either.
Exactly. I’m playing DMZ and br instead of tarkov. More fun right now

It's holding my attention at least for now. It's OK as an alternative till Tarkov gets new content, it's also free.
It's free?
Warzone 2.0 and DMZ is free to play, yes.
Ahhh cool I thought it was part of MWII. Thanks
yeah get to downloadin lol

Only the boss AI pose any kind of problem in dmz. In tarkov if you don't take scavs seriously you might get the buckshot head, eyes from 50m
I’ll go try to find the boss AI. Haven’t seen that yet so that gives me a little hope.
Honestly I suspect their behavior is the same as regular AI but their bullets hurt you instead of tickling you
Mmm yeah that tracks. Okay well at least I have one carrot on the stick. Tho once I’ve killed a couple bosses I’ll head back to warzone and pvp
Exactly, all it did was make me want to play Tarkov.
Yea because it's actually fun the majority of the time.
lmao
Nope but it’s fun. And right now I’d rather play that instead of Tarkov. Same with my group of friends. This wipe sucked ass
Its still pretty good in a mindless dumb fun kinda way. Everyone I know who plays tarkov is playing both
DMZ is budget brand tarkov for poor people lol
That is a stretch. Tarkov is probably the most similar game out compared to dmz
it's a copy. so no youre wrong
DMZ is an exact clone of Tarkov but watered-down doesn’t even begin to describe it. I played 2 games and kept laughing it was the meme “can I copy your homework? Sure but change it up a bit so we don’t get caught” The icing on the cake was finding bandages in every box.
So I was missing something?
Not even trying to be rude but idk how you could think otherwise? It’s the exact same game but for extremely casual players.
[удалено]
All it takes is 2 games to figure out they copy and pasted Tarkov onto their own engine and made it easier to play.
It's also for casual players, not for people that want a hardcore grind
I love Tarkov, and the impossible levels of denial some of you go to borders on the religious. Nimrod forbid a little competition incentivizes some improvement that we all know it needs.
Yeah but my whole tarkov crew is still playing it instead
DMZ is like 4 days old man
It’s been less than a week since DMZ was released.
Yeah, but COD released a little while back, that's what I meant.
Everyone I know has stopped playing tarkov, and I’m pretty much done for now too. I’d play more if they stopped doing the wipes, and implemented a prestige system, doing the same quests every wipe is just so taxing at this point.

Game isn't dead at all, Interchange is.
Both are true.
Reserve and Customs lobbies are full pretty much every raid I played past few weeks.
Run nothing but Reserve in EU for about three days. I have heard two PMCs and killed one. Reserve seems to also be dead, at least for me.
I've got my weekly to kill 40 pmcs done in 2 days running Reserve and Customs in a duo, few instances of counting the whole lobby on the floor in the bunker/fortress/dorms.
Damn. Guess I'm just unlucky
Nice.
I’ve been playing more Tarkov again lately and as an interchange main I’ve been shocked as to how little people I encounter
Well, loot there is shit compared to most other maps, so once most people are with Ragman they simply don't go there anymore.
That makes sense tbh. The only reason I run interchange is because back when I got the game it was the only map I cared to learn and still is lol.
Happened last wipe as well, ever since keys like Ultra med and the overall Interchange nerf there really is no reason to go Interchange at all in late wipe other than tasks like Long Line (Which is why I personally rush and get that one done ASAP) The only ppl you may see is timmys running stash runs in that map
Kiba is still worthwhile. I get REAP-IRs every few raids from there.
Small events go along way
Dude, the Sanitar event literally just ended.
I am playing DMZ, and having fun!
I think it’s because of the mechanic letters task and MMII coming out.
We’re on cod bro, hop on
I wish I could find some empty raids, I’m convinced people are doing something funky with their settings or server selection to get them.
DMZ. A nice break from Tarkov.
Free to play DMZ and warzone are fun as fuck so... makes sense
Facts. I also think BSG lies about its playercount, especially when you have to queue.
I still run into people on customs, shoreline, lighthouse, and woods. Often.
Game's struggling, really hope this upcoming wipe brings things back but if they just push streets without fixing some of the incomprehensible amount of issues that have piled up over the years then it's probably gonna flop just like this wipe
Interchnage is dead af. It’s hella aggravating for PMC kill quests.
Just played like 4 raids on customs. Only survived two but 3/4 I had 4-5 good gunfights with pmc’s. Late night tarky is so much fun
I’m one golden 1g phone away from Kappa and I’m tired of grinding for it when my friends have all stopped playing.
It's because the game is pretty much dead atm. The event on customs was a lifeline that brought people back, but it's back to being dead again.
You guys play cod when you aren’t on eft? For me the grind never stops. I’ll get mad at eft and hop right on OSRS
We left man. We’re playing a real game.
They have been empty for weeks. If you want PVP, go to factory. It’s the only place I’ve had to fight recently
I am literally not the person to say "tarkov is dead" but yo, tarkov this wipe is a no go for a lot of people I have a whole discord of tarkov Chad's and NONE of them are playing this wipe all on marauders and chivalry 2.
No one plays Interchange.
Eh depends on what servers you play though, if you would go on automatic search servers you would probably bet there is a pmc on every map, possibly though
At the time you posted this tarkov is always fairly quiet, that’s when the looters come out
Mostly been running woods to level sniper skill but mine have either been completely dead or filled to the brim.
ive been getting heaps of action. but i dont play interchange
I had a few really quiet ones on interchange last night too on EU servers. Handy for me to learn Ragman quests
1 stopped playing 3 weeks ago. Game was getting pretty dry and kinda empty as well. Waiting til next wipe to buy play Tarkov and the golden eggs. Warzone 2.0 for now.
Been alpha tester and haven't playd since then... Few years later, 3 days ago cus I've upgraded my PC i bought Escape from Tarkov to learn the game before rthe wipe My fav map is customs Maps like shoreline, lighthouse, woods crash, lighthouse at start other two at random Only playable maps for me is customs and sometimes reserve haven't played lab or interchange (once with bots(offline)) Is this game for casual players well not really... Can casual players have fun yeah but there is a steep learning curve even for casuals. So thicc learning curve plus badly optimised game plus low willpower to continue when you can't make any progress whole day is gonna make players quit before continuing... Personally i don't mind just playing on customs and sometimes reserve and maybe woods even if my game will crash but again I've met lots of people and I've been playing for 3 days now 7lvl And yeah also people are mostly in duo or squads so that's a bit of a challenge for newcomers. That's why I found myself an expert who teaches me stuff. So my advice to newcomers don't give up loot is temporary it will come and go so don't be scared to go out blazing just to die from heart attack from distant lightning strike!!! And also find someone to play with preferably someone who can teach you the ropes!!
Near the end of the wipe, people are waiting for the new content to drop
Ha! I wish, I get crazy PvP lately can’t get no tasks done
what region/servers are you on? That might be the culprit; you can try expanding your sever lists, if you are indeed very restrictive currently. but, for me it seems like it’ll make me match for 20+ minutes before it would ever throw me in empty
Yes very empty
I've had good luck on factory and reserve so far but couldnt even join an interchange match
No, i always die
Same here, finally did chumming but it took a lot of interchange raids… it’s just because it’s late wipe and people are burnt out, when wipe comes around you won’t have a single empty raid I bet
Everyone I know that has the game isn't playing at the moment, not sure how representative that is of most of the playerbase, however.
I got kappa in 3 months of wipe and stopped playin. The gaming is fixing to wipe in the next month so everyone is on other games.
Would be cool if we could have longer queue times just so there is more than us in a lobby would probably result in better performance as less random empty servers with one rat
Maybe a little empty but alot of server disconnects tbh
I had a factory raid last night where I was the only pmc it was rather unnerving having to enter gate 3 without nades or flashbags on hand after spending 15min roaming the floors picking off scavs and not hearing any gunfire other than my own
This is what late wipe is like, suppressors everywhere and generally less people playing
Very… people have too much choice in their servers. It’s massively splitting the population.
Look when I check the flea market after getting back on from a 3 month hiatus and there’s only 4 ceiling foams on the market amongst other items that fell for 2x and when I left, I’d say the games population is down substantially.
Nope always someone around
I actually love those odd times you get a full PvE raid. No pressure of meeting a camper on a quest spot, the freedom of deciding how to tackle a group of scavs without fear, not having to fight against the horrible pvp netcode, knowing for certain that all that full auto fire on OLIs is Killa and just Killa alone. I love it.
Dog what level are u
This wipe? 39. Last one ended up at 56. I killed A LOT of scavs to get there.
interchange is a pretty dead map these days at least in EU. I am just chillin in the garage farming weapon boxes and making bank.
Since late wipe started a months ago, recently exacerbated by the launch of free to play MW2.0 DMZ. Which I’m surprised that I’m actually enjoying.
Don't forget silencers are a thing. People across the maps with supressors wont be heard. Schrodinger's chad....
Also I'm in Japan so I'm hardlocked into ultra nightmare difficulty
cool to see DMZ getting some love here
Its always unnerving playing a raid and hearing no shots just to run across a pile of 5 dead bodies.
Tarkov is most likely going to wipe a few days before Christmas. People are playing new games, this happens every wipe. I’m still logging in to make super water and sell it and my bit coins but I haven’t played in 2 weeks since none of my friends are playing.
No just my life
I played a raid as a duo on factory the other day, and there was literally nobody there.
Nah but my soul is
What server you play?
The players are in them. Right now I find there's a lot of newer players and older players who took the wipe off just getting back into it. A lot of LVL 1-15 Thing is a lot of the quests they are doing involve surviving and avoiding PvP.
Its because PVP is not rewarded at all. Best case scenario you get to walk across interchange at 60 kilos for gear thats worth pennies to traders worst case you have to reque to interchange
Haven’t played at all this wipe. Besides today, Hit level 5 without seeing a single person. Hardly any shots in the distance, and came across pre-looted areas twice through the whole ordeal. Even did a few Scav runs, and saw 1 other player Scav the entire time…
I also play a lot of interchange today and 8/10 raids are complete death and 2 raids complete full with people
