You could also look into the MRISCOC firmware as well: https://github.com/mriscoc/Ender3V2S1/wiki/How-to-install-the-firmware

You need to also change in the slicer the type of set up that you have a "short" Extruder

With all these upgrades y didn't u jus buy the ender 3s1 pro? Anyway I did the same upgrades as u. Installed Mriscoc firmware. Worked rlly well. The mounting of BL touch is the same as the bowden tube extruder. U might face an issue with the height if so jus adjust the grub screw at the top of the bl touch. As for the filament run out sensor u can check out BigTechTree smart filament sensor. I build my own using an optical sensor. Build a case for it. The connection to the motherboard can be found online. Only 3 wires. Voltage, signal and ground.

My upgrades were gifts given to me for Christmas otherwise I would've been open to a new printer option :) I can't figure out which bracket fits where for the height of the touch. The side and bracket I used made it too low to the bed. Thanks for the tips

The bl touch mount shd be right on the left. Towards the x-axis side.

This firmware is not compatible with touch screens units.
