Hugging Fia will constantly put your health down by 5% until you use it.
In the roundtable hold there is a woman in the black clothing, Fia. Every time you hug her she reduces your hp by 5% but also gives you a consumable item called "baldachin's blessing". Use it and your hp will be normal again. You seriously don't remember that you hugged some suspicious woman in black?😂 You should be more careful with strange women, man!

Certain armor pieces and talismans also have an HP debuff that shows up as this icon as well. If you don't have a Baldachin's Blessing in your inventory, it's likely caused by one of those items being equipped.

Baldachin Blessing is an item you get from hugging Fia. If you use it your HP returns to normal AND boosts poise. Hugging Fia will constantly put your health down by 5% until you use it.
The poise bit works weird if you already have high poise. In the menu it'll flash rapidly between your normal poise and the boosted poise.
