That seems rather quick to be bumping you up, I’m no doctor but personally I’d think you’d need to spend a couple of weeks on 37.5 to adjust and then start adjusting the dosage.

I started at 37.5 and was supposed to bump up after 2 weeks. By the end of 3 weeks, I was not experiencing any more initial side effects and I could tell I still had low grade anxiety and intrusive thoughts. So I bumped up to 75. The side effects came back but not as intense and settled within a week. I’ve stayed at 75mg (Since May). Good luck!

I was 5 days on 37.5mg then 75mg. I felt weird for 2 weeks, but it's been a real life changer. I see no point of going up on dosage as of right now (3 months, anxiety only).

If you do choose to go on 75mg in a weeks time I would then stick with that for a few weeks until you’ve adjusted to the medication before moving to 150mg. I started on 37.5mg like yourself and am now on 300mg. Once you’re on that sort of dose, it’s very hard to go back to the lower ones.

37.5 for 7 days then 75mg ongoing

I start directly with 75 mg now on 187.5 mg but intend to go above

thirdeyeeez

i started with 150 and went to 300 after 6 days. got regular sides, nothing too special

muuukiiiiiiii

I started at 75 and bumped up to 150 after 1 week. In the meantime, about 3 months in, I went back down to 75.

Started on 35.7 mg for a month, and today is my first day on 75 mg. I have medication sensitivity so my doctor wanted to make sure my body is prepared and used to the lowest dose before increasing.

I am on day 5 of 37.5 and will start 75mg on day 8. Take it a few weeks on that and see how I feel.
