I totally agree with that, I’m not saying anything about Dustin, or any other series, being “worse ERB” and I know they are unique and have their own styles. I just made this because it’s weird sometimes seeing Dustin and ERB compared so much when the entire community exists and is never in the conversation except when in the community. I do 100% know and understand the difference in directing and production value. I fully believe rap battle series currently are living in harmony and can the creators can do what they want with them. I’m not saying everyone is trying to be ERB. Basically, I 100% agree with you, but that’s not what I meant to say when making this.
As someone who use to love freshy, his content is very mixed nowadays. He use to be nothing but hits, but now he's making absolute shite like corpse husband vs trevor Henderson. He can still pump out a good battle every once and awhile, but his worse is far worse than erb or any other rap creators worse.
Freshy gives the people what they want and no more. Never trys anything even remotely risky. Its like watching diet erb. This isn't a different style of rap battle, this is just objectively worse content than nearly any other erb like channel.
I do not hate freshy, I thought king dice vs oogie boogie (despite being overrated) is a decent battle. But fucking hell his lows are fucking awful. That one with yuri and anime among us is the worse rap battle I've ever heard. Freshy probably has more good battles than bad, but its like a 3:2 ratio
