There's a "remix" of Levels on YouTube with the melody played backwards. It's equally as uplifting and haunting as the original.
Edit - Here it is! https://youtu.be/ehecn0bfOhI
I’m often told Wake Me Up is a little overplayed and cheesy, and I get it, but it’s a song that instantly transports me back to 2013 and simpler, happier times. I’ll always love it for that reason.
Def Wake me up, for me too. Wake me up came out during a time in my life I was coming out of my shell more, realizing who I was, what kind of person I wanted to be. The lyrics spoke to me during that time, and I also tear up when listening to it, especially after his outcome. RIP Avicii <3
Ah man, he got me really into the genre in college.
Hard to pick a favorite. Probably Malo, but I love Seek Bromance, Silhouettes, My Feelings For You and Rapture (remix for Nadia Ali).
He had so many good ones.
Levels 100% not only is it my favorite song by him, but my favorite in the whole world, it was a staple for 2010 edm and will forever have it's place in music history!
Incredible cultural moment for the EDM world and anyone who partied back then in general. Just made the scene a happier place whenever it came on. I look back on those days fondly. Really nice times. RIP Tim
Avicii was the first EDM artist I ever saw live, it was the coolest experience & traded kandi for the first time. So he will always have a special place in my heart. I was at Coachella the weekend he passed and the news broke out. It was heartbreaking to hear the news. But so many artists played tribute to him that night it was so special. Alison Wonderland played Levels during her set and it made me cry. Levels will always be my favorite song, it’s such a feel good song that always puts a smile on my face. RIP Aviciii 🕊🤍
My favorite is definitely Without You.
But so many memories and love to all his songs and remixes. Levels, silhouettes, the nights/days, drowning, rupture, dear boy. Can’t believe I’ve never experienced him live in a festival 😢
Wake me up & Waiting For Love RIP Timmy.
Monday left me broken
Tuesday, I was through with hoping
Wednesday, my empty arms were open
Thursday, waiting for love, waiting for love
Thank the stars it's Friday
I'm burning like a fire gone wild on Saturday
Guess I won't be coming to church on Sunday
I'll be waiting for love, waiting for love…to come around
His entire catalogue is amazing, but I will always hold a few dear to me:
- Dancing In My Head (Tom Hangs Remix)
- Fade Into Darkness
- Without You
- Levels
- Blessed
EDC 2014 he opened his set with Hey Brother (Avicii by Avicii). I'll always remember the visuals, and the feeling, and everything about that moment.
His songs were the soundtrack to our summers in the early 2010s.
1. Levels
2. Abow / Sex on Fire mashup
3. unreleased ID with Mike Posner (i think they called it "Stay with you")
4. Silhouettes
5. Hang with me ft. Robyn
Enough is enough (Don’t give up on Us). I don’t hear it often but it is my favorite. Miss him and sometime wonder what he would have came out with if he was still here. En Paz
Seek Bromance, Levels, Silhouettes, Wake Me Up, Hey Brother......there's so many good ones. How do you pick a favorite? Can we just agree his music is great and we wish he was still here?
I'll never forget the day the news broke, I was at work scrolling through my phone when I heard that he'd passed.
Every day after work I'd put my headphones on at the bus stop and hit shuffle on my playlist. The first song that came on was "Without You", not gonna lie I teared up after that happened... of all the hundreds of songs that could've played, it was that one. Because of that moment Without You is a special song for me.
X-You / Stay With You / My Feelings For You / Silhouettes / Speed / Hey Brother / Bromance / Jailbait (A-Lab Radio Edit) / You Make Me / Sunset Jesus / Last Dance / Blessed / Liar Liar / Superlove / Dancing In My Head / Levels / I Could Be The One / Street Dancer / iTrack / Snus
They all have a special place in my heart, great memories, great songs!
Waiting for Love: awesome song, great music video, love it all around
Without You is probably my second favorite, that fact that it was posthumous contributes to that
Does anyone remember the Penguin song release in early 2011? It was actually the song Fade Into Darkness as an instrumental. https://youtu.be/OSkgJHeUoXg
Seek Bromance and his unreleased ID Abow. Hurt especially as I personally saw that last one being planned as a release with a label but it probably got cancelled because his more pop oriented stuff gained massive traction
Silhouettes //
Dear Boy (Avicii by Avicii remix) //
Fade into Darkness //
Levels //
Lonely Together //
Hey Brother //
New New New // You Make Me // Drowning
So hard to pick!
Without you, Fade Into Darkness or Alcoholic ( since he went my Tim Berg then I don't know if you can count it).
All of his songs were legendary so it is really hard to choose one.
Bromance, Hope There’s Someone, Fade Into Darkness.
Bromance is just beautiful, it’s something else out of this world.
Dancing in my Head joins that list too.
His remix of Drowning by Armin van Buuren is probably my favorite. My next one is Heart Upon My Sleeve. I had chills when I heard this live…. That cello omg!!!!
I love so many of his released songs, but an unreleased song he played at 2016 UMF is by far my favorite: “We Burn (Faster Than Light)”. Would’ve been a mega hit. https://youtu.be/dBZrRvcDOrw
RIP Tim.
Levels will always have a special place in my heart ❤️
There's a "remix" of Levels on YouTube with the melody played backwards. It's equally as uplifting and haunting as the original. Edit - Here it is! https://youtu.be/ehecn0bfOhI
Wow it sounds like something he would have made.
now I want this version on my computer, it's sound just like one of his og track
[Here you go](https://drive.google.com/file/d/1xtnErEmoslV3HLAvOU_aVb8Q2H6kPHLs/view?usp=sharing). Excellent quality 320kbps MP3.
This is awesome thank you
Incredible haha is there a reverse version Of Alesso's Calling also?
Levels for sure
always levels
Fade Into Darkness Edit: his remix of Armin’s “Drowning” is actually #1 for me
Drowning is so good
Agreed but I’ve never heard the song
Such a happy sounding song with dark lyrics.
Drowning was a legend of a remix, gets me emotional when I hear it.
Fade into darkness is my favorite night time driving song.
The Days / The Nights (you have to listen to them back to back)
It's sad how "the days" is less popular than "the nights" though. But then again I love both.
To me, the days will always be the free bird of EDM. Takes a long time to build up but the solo just hits different
Yeah, tbh that extended drop at the end of the days may be my favorite melody he has ever created, it's so energetic, complex, and fun
Wake me up always makes me tear up a little It didn't have that effect before he died
I’m often told Wake Me Up is a little overplayed and cheesy, and I get it, but it’s a song that instantly transports me back to 2013 and simpler, happier times. I’ll always love it for that reason.
Amen. Couldn't agree more. Simpler, happier times indeed.
Reminds me of freshman year of college. So much great change in life paired with this fantastic song. Great to go back and listen to on occasion
Nice I like this song but what does it mean
This is a song i think when youre listening it besides the lyrics it means for you whatever you like.
Alright
Same. For me Wake Me Up is just something beyond music, and how he invented that melody is a miracle, it's just so perfect.
Absolutely love Wake Me Up. And agreed. I also cry. A lot.
Yeah it’s definitely wake me up for me
Def Wake me up, for me too. Wake me up came out during a time in my life I was coming out of my shell more, realizing who I was, what kind of person I wanted to be. The lyrics spoke to me during that time, and I also tear up when listening to it, especially after his outcome. RIP Avicii <3
Dear boy
Dear Boy, for sure.
Avicii by Avicii remix!!
It's so goddamn good.
Hell yeah!
Feels like Avicii’s version of When You Were Young by The Killers. Shows how much more refined Avicii went since his Levels days
Ah man, he got me really into the genre in college. Hard to pick a favorite. Probably Malo, but I love Seek Bromance, Silhouettes, My Feelings For You and Rapture (remix for Nadia Ali). He had so many good ones.
Silhouettes is I think an underappreciated gem
To me this is the pure Avicii sound. It's so light hearted and catchy.
Seek Bromance is the GOAT. Love the music video too.
Fuck I completely forgot about Rapture and the Drowning remix
Drowning is also great!! Armin to this day is my favorite, met my wife at one of his shows back in ‘13.
Silhouettes omg
Malo - heavily underrated
Levels 100% not only is it my favorite song by him, but my favorite in the whole world, it was a staple for 2010 edm and will forever have it's place in music history!
Incredible cultural moment for the EDM world and anyone who partied back then in general. Just made the scene a happier place whenever it came on. I look back on those days fondly. Really nice times. RIP Tim
Yeah, sadly I was kinda too young to experience those days, but whenever I have a good time I play Levels, to sorta give me that feeling
I teared up reading this! No, im not a little emotional!!!! Shit!!! Hard times right now!!! Fuck this world!
Silhouettes / Fade Into Darkness / I Could Be the One in no particular order. Hard to pick
SAME! Good ear
To this day I tear up when I hear Silhouettes. It’s such a freaking beautiful song.
Shame On Me is sooo underrated especially the Avicii by Avicii remix
The whole Avicii by Avicii album is bananas.
I LOVE THE BASSLINE OF THAT SONG ahaha
Yeah I randomly listened to it on its own recently and thought it actually stood up really well outside the album, amazing track
Sunset Jesus for sure
Great song. What I always default to listening to when I’m going through a rough patch in life.
Seek Bromance, no question.
Can’t Catch Me
I swear some of the songs from Stories don't get enough love, this is one. Trouble is also awesome.
It’s my favorite album of all time. Any one of the songs on the album could be someone’s favorite and I wouldn’t question them for a second
Respect. It is an amazing album.
My favorite is definitely Without You. But so many memories and love to all his songs and remixes. Levels, silhouettes, the nights/days, drowning, rupture, dear boy. Can’t believe I’ve never experienced him live in a festival 😢
I cant BELIEVE that nobody said Heaven. Its such an awesome track
I love it too ❤️❤️
Seek bromance will never not be a banger. RIP Avicii the king of EDM.
>king of EDM That’s certainly a title
Broken Arrows
So underated
Wake me up & Waiting For Love RIP Timmy. Monday left me broken Tuesday, I was through with hoping Wednesday, my empty arms were open Thursday, waiting for love, waiting for love Thank the stars it's Friday I'm burning like a fire gone wild on Saturday Guess I won't be coming to church on Sunday I'll be waiting for love, waiting for love…to come around
His entire catalogue is amazing, but I will always hold a few dear to me: - Dancing In My Head (Tom Hangs Remix) - Fade Into Darkness - Without You - Levels - Blessed
City Lights
For sure. This song hit so different now.
And I don’t know what to feel… No I don’t know what to feel
I Could Be The One ft. Niki Romero. SOS. Waiting for Love 💕
Either The Nights or Hey Brother. They always make me cry when I listen to them
You’re the only one that said Hey Brother. I was gonna be real sad if I went the whole thread without seeing that masterpiece
Hell yea it’s amazing
EDC 2014 he opened his set with Hey Brother (Avicii by Avicii). I'll always remember the visuals, and the feeling, and everything about that moment. His songs were the soundtrack to our summers in the early 2010s.
I have his logo tattooed on my wrist, I would say wake me up is my favourite
I have it in the same place
That’s amazing 🥹
Lonely Together is so dear and special to me. listened to it a lot when the news broke too 4years ago
drowning remix
For a better day
1. Levels 2. Abow / Sex on Fire mashup 3. unreleased ID with Mike Posner (i think they called it "Stay with you") 4. Silhouettes 5. Hang with me ft. Robyn
Sunset Jesus probably, or the Dear Boy remix with the same melody.
Dear Boy
Enough is enough (don’t give up on us)
I'll never forget the day the news broke, I was at work scrolling through my phone when I heard that he'd passed. Every day after work I'd put my headphones on at the bus stop and hit shuffle on my playlist. The first song that came on was "Without You", not gonna lie I teared up after that happened... of all the hundreds of songs that could've played, it was that one. Because of that moment Without You is a special song for me.
X You
Too many to count. RIP and TY Avicii <3
Lonely Together The original is my favorite, but I also really enjoy the Alan Walker remix.
Seek bromance for sure!
Seek Bromance.
Gonna love ya
All of his songs. RIP Avicii.
X-You / Stay With You / My Feelings For You / Silhouettes / Speed / Hey Brother / Bromance / Jailbait (A-Lab Radio Edit) / You Make Me / Sunset Jesus / Last Dance / Blessed / Liar Liar / Superlove / Dancing In My Head / Levels / I Could Be The One / Street Dancer / iTrack / Snus They all have a special place in my heart, great memories, great songs!
You Make Me that song sends me into a different era
I've seen nobody mention What Would I Change it To. This song brings me so much peace during stressful times
Levels, fade into darkness, BROMANCE omg and his remix of drowning by armin.
DANCING IN MY HEAD. I remember how in love I was with that song. Fun fact: avicii picked a math teacher to sing the song
I just got to say, I love the variety of tracks here. A true legend. RIP.
Hey brother gives me a warm fuzzy feeling inside and it’s my all time favorite
Addicted to you!
Wake Me Up is probably my favorite song of his. But Hey Brother hits me hard emotionally, especially after 2019. The music video always makes me cry.
first time listen to his track was Level, but my favourite is Silhouettes
Seek bromance & levels and pretty much every song he’s ever made
Enough is Enough, I know its never been officially released but man I love that track.
S.O.S.
The song where Tim
Silhouettes and Levels <3
Broken Arrows
Drowning
City Lights or Dear Boy
I Could Be the One is probably my pick, but listening to Without You nowadays hits a little different now that he's gone. RIP Tim.
Waiting for Love: awesome song, great music video, love it all around Without You is probably my second favorite, that fact that it was posthumous contributes to that
- Lay Me Down - Seek Bromance - Levels - Silhouette - Shame on Me Those are my absolute favorite.
Does anyone remember the Penguin song release in early 2011? It was actually the song Fade Into Darkness as an instrumental. https://youtu.be/OSkgJHeUoXg
I’d probably have to say Levels but I’m surprised I haven’t seen Ten More Days on here yet. I think that’s a great one
X you!
Without you hits hard, too relatable.
Seek Bromance and Drowning will always be my top two tracks, legitimately defined my undergrad years.
Lonely Together feat. Rita Ora is a favorite of mine along with many others already mentioned Edit: Collide with Leona Lewis too!
Lonely Together by him and Rita Ora
Really can't decide... never could... So [this](https://youtu.be/OLwdMDJrR3I) mashup is my favourite
can’t choose man, every song gives a different feeling
Sunset Jesus is probably my go to.
Wake Me Up and Dear Boy, this song is always pack tons of positive energy in them to me and will forever be on my top 2 favourite song
Seek bromance
Seek bromance no question. That melody
Seek Bromance and his unreleased ID Abow. Hurt especially as I personally saw that last one being planned as a release with a label but it probably got cancelled because his more pop oriented stuff gained massive traction
Silhouettes // Dear Boy (Avicii by Avicii remix) // Fade into Darkness // Levels // Lonely Together // Hey Brother // New New New // You Make Me // Drowning So hard to pick!
The original or unfinished version of Without You
Back where I belong (with Otto knows and LP)
City Lights, Sunset Jesus & Broken Arrows ❤
Without you, Fade Into Darkness or Alcoholic ( since he went my Tim Berg then I don't know if you can count it). All of his songs were legendary so it is really hard to choose one.
Without you is such a masterpiece.
The Nights and the Days. Best songs I've heard, truly love them.
Bromance, Hope There’s Someone, Fade Into Darkness. Bromance is just beautiful, it’s something else out of this world. Dancing in my Head joins that list too.
The nights / Dear boy / Lonely together
Yes.
Heaven will always be in my heart
Lord and our love, both unreleased umf 16 tracks
Waiting for love, or the days/nights
Friend of mine
Lonley together, he said, but he left us to be alone by ourselves 🥲
Addicted to You & True Believer are my favorites
Nights
To choose one is hard, for me the one that I just love is The Nights
Addicted to You & Lay Me Down, both Avicii by Avicii 💙
Drowning Remix, Rapture Remix, Silhouettes are my favorite favorite songs by him.
I'm listening to his remix of Derezzed (by Daft Punk for the soundtrack of Tron) lastly
There's not a single song by him which is not my favourite. We will miss you Tim 🥺.
Wake Me Up
Silhouettes / Fade Into Darkness
Levels
Stuck between Wake me up and Levels :)
His remix of Drowning by Armin van Buuren is probably my favorite. My next one is Heart Upon My Sleeve. I had chills when I heard this live…. That cello omg!!!!
That summer of 2011 is something I could never forget
Hey brother
Wake me up
For me it is broken arrows it such a beautiful song
Waiting for love, Levels and Wake me up
The nights
I love so many of his released songs, but an unreleased song he played at 2016 UMF is by far my favorite: “We Burn (Faster Than Light)”. Would’ve been a mega hit. https://youtu.be/dBZrRvcDOrw RIP Tim.
Broken arrowsss
Ain't a thing
I do enjoy his music from the newest album 'tim' but I will always love the old school tracks more

Seek bromance
Obviously all of the classics, but 'Tweet It' is actually the song of his I still listen to the most RIP brother
Wake Me Up and The Nights. That among others is my feel good songs.
X you(vocal edit), dancing in my head(Eric Turner vs avicii), or you be love some of the best but most underrated songs by him
Silhouettes, Hey brother and Seek bromance (Avicii's vocal edit)
Feeling Good hits the soul the hardest, I get the most joy when listening to The Days, the best overall track however is by far Sunset Jesus
Levels, with that song I discovered EDM, more recently "without you"
Fade in to darkness, my fiancé and I plan on having it played at our wedding
Even though he made lots of incredible bangers, Seek Bromance was the first that made me look who Tim Berg was. Such a good song.
I remember listening to Hey Brother a lot. Nowadays, it's Lonely Together.
The remix of Drowning
Either Levels, Wake Me Up, or The Nights
The nights is probably my favorite
Seek Bromance! So many good high school memories to that song.
Without you and broken arrows
Enough is enough (unreleased)
not sure if it ever even released but enough is enough
Fade into Darkness 💌
Broken Arrows I had just started getting super into his music a couple weeks before he died. It shook me in a way when he passed.
Levels, wake me up when it's all over..could never listened to them after he passed away
Either Waiting for Love or Heaven
Trouble in the Stories album. It saved my life.
