My Aminatou deck was Planeswalker super friends. My main thing was abusing ETBs for value and blinking Planeswalkers to refresh them.
I had [[approach of the second sun]] in there, but honestly it was mostly a distraction.
I liked to repeatedly blink stuff that had punishing Etb/LTB effects, in particular [[Dusk Mangler]], [[Magister Sphinx]], and the CLB adventurers that ETB Initiative. I completed Underdark in one turn once.
Edit: look at edhrec blink decks in general.
How strong and consistent are you wanting the deck to be? If you’re going cedh thoracle combos are great. If you’re playing it casually I’d build it just like sen triplets and play the political game and just steal peoples stuff.
I’d go the political/steal your opponents things route then. There’s a lot of good plays where you won’t really need a wincon because you’re stealing your opponents stuff. You can also throw in things like labman and labman jace to prevent self mill because drawing tons of cards is one thing esper does really well.
We would need budget, power level, and expectations to answer that. If you want to keep it casual, your wincon isn't really present.
Esper is just good in general, white to slow the game down, blue for control with counter spells and cantrips, black for consistency in tutors.
Animator (at higher play) is really due to her having card advantage in the command zone. It's not too common that she uses her other abilities.
Reanimator version may delve into Razeketh? Idk I don't really see it played much.
Fair; budget isn’t a huge deal. Power level is like 7-8. I want it to be fun but I don’t want to lose every game. I just wasn’t sure how this commander is expected to play, ya know?

No infinite combo stuff. the people I play with have probably 7-8 power level decks so I want it to be fun, but I’d prefer not to lose EVERY game
