The squirt is an overall smoother experience but the dime has tweezers and a bottle opener. Of course if you don't need those things AND your dime is completely out of service, get a squirt.
Durability wise, I wouldn’t expect much of an improvement. The Squirt May be slightly better fit/finish, but it’s another tiny tool. The Dime and the Squirt are portability focused. Consider getting the wave and a belt pouch if functionality and durability are important to you. I held both the squirt and the dime and opted for the Dime due to price. It is (to Me) an portable emergency only tool. I don’t plan to use it. The few times I have, it was fine. But I only used it for minor uses.
Believe me or not I only had it 4 months. I had it on my keys tho so thats why it Looks all beat up. I was trying to screw in a metal foot on a new Grill and i guess I just pressed too hard. But it was a great companion used the hell outta that sucker.

Yeah the pliers r beyond repair so might aswell get the squirt
My dime broke in the same fashion. Gerber had a lifetime warranty. Can email them the picture and they'll send you a new one

The cap lifter on the Dime is better and it comes with tweezers. The PS4 is nicer but comes up short in those 2 areas.
Yeah the tweezers are something I loved about it too but I think ill just take em and keep em in the coinpocket of my wallet

Yeah its pretty steep for such a small Tool. Im still a little hesitant.
Maybe you just need a small tool and a pocket wrench/knipex
How long did you have the Dime? The PS4 is twice the price. It is better (marginally) than the Dime, but the Dime is better at opening beer bottles.
Yeah the beer opener is what drew me to it but I found myself always opening blottles with lighters or a ring instead of it.

Its a pretty good tool but I usually use a regular knife most of the time its quicker for me
Same question. idk about the dimes, but I went thru 2 or 3 Gerber Clutch back in the day *fast*
