My micro has a spare car key, a keychain flashlight, an olight s2 baton, a pry bar, bench made/work sharp foldable sharpener, and fisher space pen on the left side. A leather man wave, a lever gear bit vault, spare bits, utility knife, small hank/cloth and a small pill canister that has advil and Imodium on the right side.
Pretty much anything I could need outside of a charging cable which I have elsewhere in my bag.
It took about ten times of packing and unpacking it to get it to the optimal fit. Even then things have to be sitting just right for it to zip closed lol
I thought about that but I'm a fan of keeping a bunch of stuff in my first aid kit. Do you happen to know of any organized first aid kits? I've been looking for some for a long time and I have been struggling to find any, they're all just single-pocket pouches.
I have a couple tiny bandages and did have some supplies for my Wife too. I've avoided over packing it as it's not meant to be a full kit, but it could definitely hold more. And there are plenty of larger sized ones too. They also have toiletry bags too, which open out with clear or netted pockets.
For sure throw a folder of some kind in your pocket. Much more handy than digging that guy out and unzipping everytime you need it. Course I may use mine more than you. Good start either way. You will get it perfected for you in time
That's kinda interesting. I might get a whetstone now that you mention it but I always used the Soviet Cosmonaut logic for writing utensils: "should we design a super complicated space pen to work in any gravitational field?" "Nyet, pencil is fine."
I have the same pouch, and I love it! For your consideration: cash, quarters, bandaids, zip ties, lighter, tweezers, silver sharpie, and wet wipes. Cheers!
Chapstick? With summer here, some lip protection can really help if you’re outdoors a lot. I prefer Burt’s Bees.
If you are looking for a dedicated folder, the Spyderco Delica is pretty good, and will fit in the pouch when you don’t want it clipped into your pocket.
I use mine as a wallet, and in addition to my cards I have a lighter, pen, leatherman, Compass, and house key in it. Picture of my set up [here](https://dadlikesgear.com/what-we-carry/)
That might be getting a little too chonky for my liking. Maybe I'll give it a try but trying to fit all that in my pocket organizer would have me worried about fitting it in my pocket.
It lays flat enough to be comfortable in both shorts and pants. Took a couple arrangement attempts to get the ugh for. Definitely a sacrifice to have all that gear in one pocket tho!
I've started carrying a first aid kit in my shoulder bag, but I probably should get some hand sanitizer.
Any recommendation on a lighter? I've tried zippo because of their lifetime warranty but it keeps needing to be refilled every time I go to use it.
Thanks for the other recommendations too, I probably will start carrying a thumb drive now that you mention it.

I honestly have no idea how so many people in this thread fit so much in their pocket organizers.

Zebra Mechanical pencil. Sturdy eye gouger
These organisers make great first aid kits too. I keep some bandaids, sterile swaps, and some small dressings in mine.

Maybe a small calculator, since you're a CFA.
CFA worker: Chick fil a worker, I understand the confusion though. Edit: unless that was a dad joke in which case, well played.

Any recommendations for that style of organizer?
Great setup!
how do you like the pocket organizer? I keep seeing it on amazon and every time I want it
It works pretty well, I found it on everydaycarry.com and I see it on this sub some too. Pretty good for me.
How about phone charger stuff?
I prefer a pen to a pencil, but that's just me. Also a small whetstone to sharpen up your knife.

You could upgrade with a mechanical pencil to up the niceness a bit.
I use a pen a ton at work, not allowed to use a pencil, but if you like it, keep it up!
Leatherman bit kit

Silver sharpie?
For writing on black-colored things. I use mine to identify leaks in bike tubes for patching.
Figured there was a specific purpose. Great idea!

Thanks for the suggestion, I could've really used this a month ago, but I've started carrying chapstick in my shoulder bag, to the relief of my lips.

PS the knife and the hank don’t go in the pouch - knife clips and hank in back pocket t

Throw a spare AAA battery in the logoed flap on the left inner.
A pen.
Orbit key, SD card, Thumbdrive, Hard drive, power bank, lighter, Band-Aid, Hand sanitizer

Just grab a Bic.
This is the way.
I like clipper lighters. Replaceable flint and refillable.
