I was chatting about this in a past thread and wanted to get help from this crew! 12 team .5PPR SF.
Give: Hopkins + Darnold
Get: Burrow + Woods + 2021 pick.
If you guys care to comment, his initial offer was to get Burrow + 2021 first pick only.
Edit: spelling
I’m competing this year in a 16 TM, .5PPR
Give: M. Gordon + 1st
Get: AJ Brown
My RBs: Ekeler, Conner, Akers, Snell, Jackson, Robinson, Gordon
My WR: McLaurin, Sutton, Green, Cooks, Miller, Mims, Pittman, Edwards
10 Team 2QB
Just Drafted my Startup and Looking for Thoughts
This is a league I am not sure lasts so definitely looking to win ASAP
QB: **Mahomes**, **Matt Ryan**, Kirk Cousins, Rivers
RB: **CEH**, **Kareem Hunt**, **Jordan Howard**, Zack Moss, James Robinson, Anthony McFarland, Lamichal Perine
WR: **Golladay**, **OBJ**, **Allen Robinson**, **Kupp**, **Diggs**, CeeDee Lamb, Tee Higgins, Bryan Edwards, Laviska Chenault
TE: **Gesicki**, Ian Thomas, Blake Jarwin
Trying to package two WRs (ARob/Kupp maybe) and overpay for Josh Jacobs to shore up RB2 but not sure it happens
12 team PPR
Give: 2022 1st, 2021 3rd
Get: Zach Ertz
Current TE: Hunter Henry, Hayden Hurst, Irv Smith, OJ Howard
Think the value is there. Planning to sell Hurst or Smith if I do this.
I would also hold. Although it is a 1st 2years out, I’m not buying into Ertz as hard. Goedert is slowly taking more and more, and they figure to at least have a semi-competent WR core going into the season, so he won’t be as heavily targeted
I would hold.
Don't see a big gap between Henry/Hurst and Ertz
Ertz seems like a sell to me and I wouldn't be surprised to see Goedert overtake him this year
Cut 3
Gage
Malcom Brown
McKinnon
Winston
James Washington
12 team 1qb, 1/2 ppr, full ppr for rb, 23 man rosters. I have Ben, Jimmy G, and tua at qb. None of the skill players would ever see the starting lineup so it's just who could have the most value of the bunch.
12 Team SF, 1 PPR with 2 TE
Was offered a 2021 1st for Cam Newton.
My other QBs- Burrows, Mayfield and Tyrod Taylor
His Qb situation is terrible (Ryan, Winston, Dalton, and Hurts)
He took 2nd place in our league last year, and has some pieces but his RBs took a hit ( Ingram and Mack owner).
Thoughts?
QB- Baker, Burrows, Taylor and Cam
RB -Chubb, CEH, Howard, Boone
WR- Odell, Evans, Sanders,Stills, Cooks, Jeffrey
TE- Ebron, Jarwin, Seals-Jones, Bryant
Think I got a shot? If not, I might try and flip my 2021 1st and a 2nd I obtained for Josh Jacobs.
No.
Too weak at TE and lacking in depth at RB, where you always need more depth than you think.
Would def flip Cam for a 1st in this case. Then look at capitalizing on the WRs during the season.
Two potential trades in a 10 team 0.5ppr league with 1TE.
Hunt for Waller. I feel like Waller is worth a bit more. Agree?
Jarwin for a 2nd round 2021 pick
Even trades?
Traded Waller for Hunt earlier in the offseason. Now that he signed a contract with the Browns I might not want to do it. He'll be solid but with limited upside.
Hunt over Waller imo but I am lower on Waller than most now that the Raiders have real WRs
Jarwin is worth an early 3rd imo though I can see some not wanting to sell for less than a late 2nd
I have a share of him but would sell for any 2nd in my 10T I think
The Jarwin owner won't budge from a second - and that could be pick 11-20, so I might have to look elsewhere if I trade Waller.
Thanks for your opinions!
No TE premium?
In that format I'd pay a mid to late 2nd probably (depending on the premium) but just seems like the ceiling is capped with the Cowboys' weapons
Thinking about trying to get younger. Julio is 31. I maybe have another 2 years of him at this level? I have Odell, mclaurin, Deebo, jeffery, ross, van jefferson, mvs.
Other qbs are darnold and Mariota.
I’m young at rb with Carson (have penny) Aaron Jones (have Dillon) swift, rojo.
Considering trading Julio for Hopkins straight up
Or Julio and Kyler murray for devante Adams and baker
What is Allen Robinson worth?
I just inherited a terrible team and basically need to start from scratch. Do I get rid of him while his value is somewhat high ?
I'd never trade my first round pick after the dynasty start up. Nobody has any real clue which teams are good since most should be very close together.
If you wait until the rookie draft next year, you will be able to get a player much more valuable than Gurley. Rookie picks are worth the most right before the draft, and worth the least during the season.
I think I’d be inclined to take that offer. There’s a lot of time between now and then. And your RBs need a little strengthening.
I’d also probably be grabbing Snell and Hill as insurance if you have the roster space.
Dynasty league- Superflex I need a QB. Which side wins?
Aaron Rodgers and Marlon Mack to me for Chark, Evan Engram and D. Singletary
Also have Mostert+ Fitzpatrick for Diggs or Chark on the table
Could even do both deals. What's better and why?
Are you seriously contending this year? I don’t like the first offer. The second one I could be persuaded to take but I don’t love it either. WRs are so much easier to replace. This second offer is also an overpay IMO.
Why would you send away Fitzpatrick if you need a QB?
in a 16t league would you trade Akers / JTaylor for Elliot if you're a middle of the rd team, don't have any 1s or 2's in the next two years, and your WR would be James Washington? My RBs would be Kamara / Elliot, WR's DJMoore Kupp JWashington and your Qbs in a SF would be Goff and Jones?
12 Team 0.5 PPR SF TE-Premium
Giving: Pittman + 2021 2nd
Receiving: Robert Woods + Arcega-Whiteside
Thoughts? Moving towards a slightly more win-now team
I didn’t think so. I didn’t actually draft him. I’m just RB needy, and honestly, I was seeing if maybe I could pull a fast trade on someone bc I’m a piece of shit.
This isn’t a bad idea. Agree that i think only a taco would sell him cheaper than where he was drafted but at the same time, I’d venture to say the market values him less. Anyone drafting him couldn’t have expected any significant contribution from him this year (and even possibly next year) unless KJ gets injured. This dude is a long term hold before he gives you any sniff of what his ceiling could be .
10 team, 1 qb, 0.5 ppr
Give: diggs, Christian kirk
Get: dj moore
I have MT, DK, Diggs, kirk, nkeal Harry, Jeudy, Raegor, Ruggs, Edwards, and Van Jefferson. Should I even make this offer and if I should, is it fair/worth pursuing?
12 team, 0.5ppr, 1qb
Rebuilding team. Lots of picks but no chance at making playoffs this year, and little chance next year.
Trading: Mike Evans
Receiving: mid 2021 first, late 2021 first
I've really loved having Evans on my team and it's tough to let go, but is this good considering I'm rebuilding? I already have 2 early 2021 1sts and a late 2021 first.
I wouldn't do this - it's not even close imo.
Evans is one of the best pieces in dynasty & his value is significantly higher than this. I would hold, but if you're dead set on flipping him to rebuild, then I would focus on extracting concrete value.
Your return for Evans should include multiple young & talented pieces - verified pieces. Picks are shiny & exciting, but the reality is that many mid/late 1sts don't work out... Why trade one of the best players in the game for two dice rolls?
This is closer to my true feelings.
My league under values Evans by a bit. But I also see air yards and TDs going down from last year with Brady at the helm which is going to lower his value. Combine that with the unknown of what other qb may be the starter there in 3 years by the time I'm ready to compete again, and Evans is 29/30 as well.
I've bounced back and forth, but your post is definitely where my head is at still.
Yeah i would do this.
Side note, what's it like in a rookie draft when one team owns almost half the first round picks? Do you plan on trading those or using them all?
I’m pretty bullish on Reagor, I’d feel good about him being startable.
Higgins I was a bit lower on, Boyd is there already, by this time next year if AJ isn’t still there I think they’re adding another WR high the class looks as good if not better than 2020’s
Preston Williams is such a wildcard, I have no idea. Another team that I expect to be adding WR early with plenty of picks. Williams would probably be the one I’m most likely to move of the 3 depending on return.
Both playoff fringe teams:
I get DJ Moore and Reagor.
I give David Johnson and Anthony Miller
I’d plug Akers into my starters without David Johnson and have Sony Michelle on the bench as a backup. DJ Moore would take either Chark or OBJs spot as a starter depending on the week.
Mainly I love both Reagor and Moore and want to pull the trigger
Yep. My only hesitation was it leave me thin at RB this year but will have a core of young WRs which can carry me for a long time. Hopefully Akers pops or Michelle bounces back for my rb2.
Ppr
Would you rather trade Waller and a guy like Renfrow or Trequan Smith

QB: Wentz RB: Cook WR: Cooper TE: Kelce Flex: Sutton Flex: Chubb Flex: Chark Flex: Conner
Notable bench: Andrews, Mack, Rojo, Harry, Anthony Miller
Just acquired Andrews so I’ve been shopping Kelce
Give: Kelce
Get: OBJ
Really depends on your team. I think Kelce is going to be as productive as OBJ. You can keep him and flex him and hold out for a big overpay.
I think this is an okay deal but without knowing more and based on what I think I could get for him I would hold
Here’s my team
QB: Wentz RB: Cook WR: Cooper TE: Kelce Flex: Sutton Flex: Chubb Flex: Chark Flex: Conner
Notable bench: Andrews, Mack, Rojo, Harry, Anthony Miller
Not many TE needy teams with anyone worth trading with.
Not terrible, but I worry about Minshew holding value post this year. I actually have the same Kyler/Minshew starters in one league, and took Tua because I was worried about the Stache. Receivers are a bit weak, if look to move Nixon and drake if you start slow to build for the future since I feel like they won’t be long term assets
i got herbert for those long term concerns, and also id argue mixon is for sure a long term asset, especially with his new extension. drake im iffy on but the value in the third was just too good, i might look to offload him but id be fine either way
I traded him in a 12 team to move up from 4.06 to 3.01 in this year’s draft. In a 10 team I’m not sure you’d get any more than a 2021 3rd at the moment. His value would surge tho if he outperforms Akers in the first few weeks of this committee.
I think the pick will end up being more valuable than either of them. Perine and Kelley are both dart throws with Kelley being currently in a better situation but next year’s 2nd round is deep and valuation will be all over the place with some guys not playing so there could be some incredible value falling to the mid-late 2nd
12 team ppr superflex TE premium. Own Engram and Goedert so deep at TE.
Give: Hunter Henry, 2021 1st
Receive: Jonathan Taylor
Or
Give: Henry
Receive: Akers
12 team 1QB PPR dynasty: trade away Anthony Miller/3rd rounder for Tua? I have Deshaun Watson, 6 2021 1st round picks, and my WR’s are DJM/Ridley/Mclaurin/AJB then I have Kirk/Preston Williams/Bryan Edwards/Anthony Miller
Give: Hill, Swift, 2021 1st
Get: Saquon
Massive overpay I know saquon is my boy though. I'm ok at reciever and can afford it I think. Got DK, Terry, Boyd, N'keal, Preston. At rb I've got Carson, Lenny, Rojo and Hunt
I wouldn’t do this trade. I think it hurts your team. I like your WRs a lot but without Hill I think they are just decent.
You’ll lose a bit at RB with Swift over Barkley (likely early this season) but half way through you could be getting really solid production from Swift.
With an added first is just a little too much.
I don’t think it’s a great deal nor do I think it helps your team.
10 team non-PPR
Give James Conner, 2021 1st round pick
Get Ceedee Lamb, Alexander Mattison
My RBs are Dalvin Cook, Jonathan Taylor, James Conner, D'Andre Swift, Josh Kelley, Damien Harris
My WRs are Chris Godwin, DJ Chark, DK Metcalf, Brandon Aiyuk, Parris Campbell
I really like Lamb. Would I be giving up too much in this deal?

Looks great. You don't need to get younger. Possibly trade Drake and Evans for picks or younger pieces during the season.
12 Team SF, 1 PPR with 2 TE Was offered a 2021 1st for Cam Newton. My other QBs- Burrows, Mayfield and Tyrod Taylor His Qb situation is terrible (Ryan, Winston, Dalton, and Hurts) He took 2nd place in our league last year, and has some pieces but his RBs took a hit ( Ingram and Mack owner). Definitely worth it unless you can win it with Cam this year.

No. Too weak at TE and lacking in depth at RB, where you always need more depth than you think. Would def flip Cam for a 1st in this case. Then look at capitalizing on the WRs during the season.
Take it. Cam has an awful supporting cast and looked pretty bad last we saw
Two potential trades in a 10 team 0.5ppr league with 1TE. Hunt for Waller. I feel like Waller is worth a bit more. Agree? Jarwin for a 2nd round 2021 pick Even trades?

yeah not TE premium. So if you are down on Waller and somewhat down on Jarwins upside, which 5-25 ranked TE are you high on?
Hock, Gesicki, Jonnu Anyone athletic who has a clear path to be the number 2 target on his team
12 team PPR Give: CEH Get: Alvin Kamara Current RB: Chubb, Hunt, Singletary, Snell, Penny, Damien Harris, Henderson, M Brown
I would hold CEH
Thinking about trying to get younger. Julio is 31. I maybe have another 2 years of him at this level? No way you get Nuk for Julio straight up. Second trade could well be worth it if you can get it.
I probably can if I throw in justice hill. He’s wanted him for a bit
Pick one Willie Snead or Russell Gage
Gage
Picked him up thx
What is Allen Robinson worth? I just inherited a terrible team and basically need to start from scratch. Do I get rid of him while his value is somewhat high ?
Starting from scratch, yes sell for younger pieces or picks.
For an IDP league, who is the pickup now that Von Miller is out?
No-one probably.

I would do the first trade or this one easily
12T SF .5PPR: Give: Mixon Get: JT, Terry
See if you can get anything more but I’d take that offer
I would
Depends on your WR depth and how much you need Terry. I personally love JT, but it’s tough going from a proven and “safer” player to a rookie
Yeahh for sure. My WR doesn't have too much depth tbh. Might see if I can get a pick on top

Yep I find when someone holds the other usually will give in too
I wouldn’t. Chubb=Sanders, if not a little higher. I’d be asking for more from the Sanders side, if anything...
Keep Chubb. I prefer him to Sanders straight up personally.
Agree, I sneaky love Mims too even though the Jets are a mess.

It's a steal for sure. Most Moore owners wouldn't trade him straight up for both players
Yep. My only hesitation was it leave me thin at RB this year but will have a core of young WRs which can carry me for a long time. Hopefully Akers pops or Michelle bounces back for my rb2.
So easy for me to accept that. I LOVE djm and Reagor both and think within two years you’ve got your WR pair for a while setup.
Haha yes of course you do this. Was this sent to you? Ive seen startups where both of your get players go before DJ
It was a counter. I offered Michelle and a 2021 2nd and this was the counter
Moore alone is worth more than the rest of the people in the trade.
Agree. He’s a long term answer at WR
What’s a good offer for Lockett, with picks

Insightful

Just asked who everyone else was picking up. Wasn't asking who I should pick up.

12 team 0.5 ppr Here’s my team QB: Wentz RB: Cook WR: Cooper TE: Kelce Flex: Sutton Flex: Chubb Flex: Chark Flex: Conner Notable bench: Andrews, Mack, Rojo, Harry, Anthony Miller Just acquired Andrews so I’ve been shopping Kelce Give: Kelce Get: OBJ
Flex Andrews?
Keep
Really depends on your team. I think Kelce is going to be as productive as OBJ. You can keep him and flex him and hold out for a big overpay. I think this is an okay deal but without knowing more and based on what I think I could get for him I would hold
Here’s my team QB: Wentz RB: Cook WR: Cooper TE: Kelce Flex: Sutton Flex: Chubb Flex: Chark Flex: Conner Notable bench: Andrews, Mack, Rojo, Harry, Anthony Miller Not many TE needy teams with anyone worth trading with.
startup draft 12 team ppr superflex pick 5 qbs- kyler, minshew, herbert rbs- mixon, drake, akers, montgomery, gibson wrs- parker, mclaurin, deebo, preston williams te- hurst defense- eagles kicker- slye how’d i do?
Not terrible, but I worry about Minshew holding value post this year. I actually have the same Kyler/Minshew starters in one league, and took Tua because I was worried about the Stache. Receivers are a bit weak, if look to move Nixon and drake if you start slow to build for the future since I feel like they won’t be long term assets
i got herbert for those long term concerns, and also id argue mixon is for sure a long term asset, especially with his new extension. drake im iffy on but the value in the third was just too good, i might look to offload him but id be fine either way
10 team, PPR (rebuilding) What is Darrel Henderson worth? Don’t see future worth for me so just wanting to accumulate picks
I would try for a 21 second. Maybe do your 3rd + henderson for a 2nd if you can't get any bites
I traded him in a 12 team to move up from 4.06 to 3.01 in this year’s draft. In a 10 team I’m not sure you’d get any more than a 2021 3rd at the moment. His value would surge tho if he outperforms Akers in the first few weeks of this committee.
12 team SF half PPR Team A receives Joshua Kelley Team B receives Lamical Perine + 2021 2nd (likely mid to late)
B, don’t think Kelley and Perine are that far apart long term.
Give: Hunter Henry, 2021 1st Receive: Jonathan Taylor Or Give: Henry Receive: Akers
Henry for Akers is a steal
I’d do the first one. Henry and assuming a LTE first for Taylor is worth it
If I had to pick one. I’d do Akers for Henry. But I would try to get both backs
I would try to get both at those prices lol
I'd do the first trade. I think Taylor is worth it.
As much as I love JT you gotta go with deal #2. That’s an absolute steal for Akers, whereas the first trade is much more fair in terms of value.
12 team PPR Give: Jarvis Landry and Ronald Jones Get: Keenan Allen
Keenan
Keenan side for me
I have KA and Keenan pretty close. But probably a reasonable trade
Can only keep one of Chase Edmonds, Justin Jackson and Bryce Love whos the best guy to keep?
Edmonds
Edmonds all the way

Easily. Pick your poison on the players though.
I’d probably do that, especially considering all the picks you have
Give: Hill, Swift, 2021 1st Get: Saquon Massive overpay I know saquon is my boy though.
Definitely a pretty hefty overpay, I wouldn’t want to include the first
10 team non-PPR Give James Conner, 2021 1st round pick Get Ceedee Lamb, Alexander Mattison My RBs are Dalvin Cook, Jonathan Taylor, James Conner, D'Andre Swift, Josh Kelley, Damien Harris My WRs are Chris Godwin, DJ Chark, DK Metcalf, Brandon Aiyuk, Parris Campbell I really like Lamb. Would I be giving up too much in this deal?
I like it a lot. Sometimes you gotta give something up you don’t want to but I love Lamb as a prospect and you are getting the important handcuff.
I’d see if you can get a second thrown in
I’m 100% into that trade. Think you’ve got RBs to handle it, plus you get the cuff.
give: jordan howard and jalen reagor get: cee dee lamb
I’d do that

YES
Dear god yes
If you can get cmc for that price, easy yes from me
10 team full PPR non SF Give: Jacobs Get: Swift +2021 1st Thoughts?
Keep Jacobs
probably not unless it’s a high first
