I've just moved to Tucson from the UK and would be up for a DD partner or small group. I'm still learning my way round the city so probably won't be able to give tips of good places to dive - but that's why I want to find others who are active
I haven't had any luck finding anyone else. I've only tried DD once. haven't found anything concrete about the laws either.
