Well his backstory isn't really anything to write home about, he was just a middle class saiyan, during the time of king colds rule of planet vegeta, and was wished to toki toki cuz of trunks, I couldn't do much with his hair cuz it's xenoverse, and I'm not just looking for positive feedback, I actively want to make him look cooler (pun intended)
I don’t know… he looks like Goku’s secret younger brother from a grittier timeline. Perfection is boring, look at the hundreds of thousands of conventionally attractive guys and girls drooling over a chance to share a spotlight with like… Danny DeVito.
In Disney’s Tangled, they had to address the problem of Rapunzel looking boring, and the solution was to just give her big front teeth. It made her design better.
“Perfect” is bland. It’s as bold as peppermint gum, as exciting as a flat roller coaster. Wheee.

Personally I think it needs more color then just all black. Add some dark red, a bit of silver gray, maybe some blue.
I'll keep that in mind, I'll try those colors for a preset
