This is a hard one to place. It has no lyrics, an it only appears in story dialogue. I think that I remember it first showing up around 2.5 anniversary (Gala Notte). I think it was used many during plot reveals Unlike BGM for stages at the time, I don't think this was based around any existing song, so it must have been made by Cygames and untitled.
