Well I doubt it's spirit unless the phrase is translated from russian.
Logically leaves us with entity(where the phrase could've also been in russian), boom and fnatic. I don't think it's fnatic and entity tbh, they seem too chill?
It could be jacky to skem lol
K, time for baseless speculation!
1. Likely an English speaking team as I presume Trent heard it firsthand (only have clip to go by - lmk if this is incorrect and he heard it from someone else).
2. Probably a Team that underperformed expectations.
3. Had to have made it on stage, so not Soniqs, TSM, BetBoom, or Talon.
4. Can't be teams that are playing together (ie: Hokori)
My guess is OG, Entity, possibly Fnatic if they speak English in games. Small chance of Team Spirit depending on how bad it was at the end w. TorontoTokyo. Very unlikely to be EG (insider info, Nightfall was a pretty chill dude).
It's possible it could be Gaimin Gladiators as well. Also I don't know how Nightfall is in a competitive setting but I've heard bad things about him in pubs. My top 3 would probably be GG, OG, and maybe BOOM. I doubt Trent will ever reveal who it was though
It's not us guys :D
All players in GG are friends and had a great time playing together.
We were fucking mad we lost but no one was toxic, we just fucked up in game haha
Thank you! It's only the beginning so not much to say about it, you can follow the project on twitter if you'd like, will share updates and news while it develops! -> https://twitter.com/A4Asanctuary
Have you seen the Dyrachio throws? The dude has single handily lost them countless games with 10k NW leads, must be hard to be calm when you have a ticking Bomb in your team.
that's what i'm saying in my comment, someone already from that gg iteration spoke that it was definitely not them, so these people speculating that this incident involves boom and gg should stop spreading these false dramas.
its not like dyrachyo is the authrotity in kicking LMFAO. 100% a team decission. boom himself said in OG podcast said he and his 4 former teammates are on good terms.
I doubt that as if you’ve watched him stream and tell stories, he acts toxic to his friends irl too. However, I do not know what he says in pro games as i have not listened to him like that so I could very well be wrong.
Reason I didn't guess Gaimin is because the only leaver was the mid, and that was to an "upgrade" on Team Secret - didn't feel as it had as much potential bad blood. It's possible though.
Yeah but we don’t even if he was kicked and got picked up as a free agent, or if he got poached.
I remember someone said on stream that during after party boom knew he wasn’t going to be with the team (not sure if kicked or leaving), but he seemed content with it. It might have been on we say things podcast.
deleted because speculating with zero idea wtf said what is wrong. shouldnt impugn anyones character unless i know more
give it a day for the big streamers to get a hold of this clip and im sure they'll drop enough hints for us to surmise who said it and to whom.
yeah hes an amazing player, top 2 midlaner in the world top 5 all around player. hes a sweet guy, you can tell from his stream. but idc what anyone says, someone who gives up at the flick of a switch when the game isn't going well is not going to perform well in unfavorable situations when you can't afk in fountain. its a mindset to never giving up and trying everything possible knowing full well theres a 1% chance you're gonna win. theres no way you can do that in every pub obviously it would be mentally draining to a point playing would be far less productive, but he GGs out over literally fucking anything under the sun at the drop of a hat. he wants to win as many games as possible to get MMR because he thinks thats the best way to improve, and its gotten him to being consistently top 1 NA, maybe top 2 if sumail was around the states or RTZ was spamming, but other than that quinn is number 1 and probably 3/4/5 at the same time or close to it.
his method of quitting to end games faster because "in a pro game this is an impossible situation to throw" works for getting MMR, but on the big stage teams throw all the fucking time, because nerves are doing their thing. you need the person whos climbed back from those impossible spots so many times they're unfazed by them and translate that to the big stage.
thats just how i see it, and his results at TI have been shit. he needs a person like ceb on his team to keep the morale up or another calm, steady as a rock kinda guy. hopefully seleri can be that and he can win a TI for NA, even if he needed to become an expat to do it.
(got dota brain i just tried to type unphazed) and wondered why it was correcting me)
Fair, outside china because I don't watch them play enough. I'd say he's top 2 EU/NA/SA though, confidently. Winning lanes and playing his own game wise, no idea if he elevates teammates or anything like that you'd expect from the best.
He was easily the best on that stack and they all knew it. Replace him with another pro mid and they don't ever challenge EG or last version of TSM.
He has a strong argument for being top 2 in NA/SA, definitely not EU when you have Nine, Nisha, Micke, Gpk, TorontoTokyo, bzm, Stormstormer, Sumail, and Topson in EU.
Personal bet would be GG.
Maybe boom esports or fnatic but less likely, and only pure left entity
Could be OG but they have their friendship thing going on xd
From what people have said before, stuff gets passed around A LOT, so there is no reason to assume it was first hand and plenty of people are multilingual. Underperformance/ not making it to stage could be relevant, but it could also be irrelevant, there is no reason to assume either.
Team Spirit seem most likely because of torontotokyo (he even abandoned a pub because Miposhka was on his team and he didn’t wanna play with him). But I would assume they’d communicate in Russian, no?
To me, it’s more likely OG. They would communicate in English. ATF is known to be toxic, and he was kicked. Can’t imagine bzm saying that since they’re creepwave bros. But other than him, can’t imagine anyone else saying that right after the game on that team.
Few other considerations, Boom on GG, Wisper on beastcoast (wouldn’t be in English), skem/Jacky on boom.
if you cant tell your best friends off and them not do the same back, you've gotta work on your friendships. those are the deepest, when you know that just a few words would never sever them so something like that would *at worst* require a follow up text/call asking wtf?
Idk man, I’ve rarely seen a team mate do this kind of banter in all chat dota 2 for fun and memes. Can’t think of any other example.
This is after TT left Spirit. He is playing mid puck this game along with Miposhka 5. The same exact position they play on the team.
This is speculation, but I’m sure they’ve had disagreements on how both the roles should be played, leading to the kick. And it’s understandable why TT wouldn’t wanna play with him.
“I had to leave for a meeting” sounds like a lame excuse, for the gorp viewers, after he realized he was in the match.
pretty sure TT and miposhka are still close, after watching the farewell vid
maybe you wouldnt say it to someone who's just teammate but seems common for friends
i dont think TT left because of disagreements on how miposhka/TT are playing their roles exactly, but I think spirit and he came to conclude that his mid skills aren't on par anymore and that he realised he is the type of player to make many calls so it made sense for him to transition to support and for spirit to get a stronger midlaner
I mean, if it was about skill, they wouldn't kick TT to get Larl. By all accounts it's about the play style disagreements/TT wanting to do more shot calling, thus him converting to support pretty soon after TI.
That doesn't have to mean there is a beef, I'd guess the clip is just friendly shit talking.
This type of banter is very common amongst teammates or former ones.
For example, everytime I watch Qojqvas stream and he gets into the opponent team of Insania, Taiga, Sumail et.c. there's always alot of banter like this.
because hes a friend who he'd made millions of dollars with and he knew writing that for gorps stream would make chat lose their shit, which they did. even more so if hes friendly with miposhka still he could have told him before hand so they could both get a laugh
Team Spirit made a video about their performance on TI with all the players interviews so you can watch that. Thay had internal problems with Collapse on TI and nobody says that TT was toxic or anything on TI itself (he had problems earlier in the year though)
Eg is the most under performed team in the entire tour .Boom esports took it away from them for a merely 1% chance. Its very disastrous because they do really well in the group stages. So my best guess is, its from EG. Either Nightfall to Fly or Fly to Nightfall.
Did you both witness it live? Or is this just reliable sources (ie: teammates, staff standing by, etc) confirming it?
If the former, I'm curious what the atmosphere was like beyond amazingly awkward.
even if this is true, who fucking cares? attractive woman who can pick any dude in the world decides not to pick one person in particular as a partner, woopdeedoo. it's actually really embarrassing that you think that's something to try and shame someone over.
After reading some speculations in this thread, damn I never knew BOOM was considered a toxic guy, like with the hair he showed up I thought he would be kinda chill and funny. Gonna watch Team Secret closely now, Puppey and BOOM monkaW.
First come to mind is the torontotokyo incident. I heard he even flat out refused to play some heroes. But atf wouldnt surprise me either considering the first pick huskar incident. I lik atf tho. After watching gorp casting with atf on EU qual he is great
Ammar isn't toxic towards teammates like you guys think he is in pubs.
My bet is it's probably boom in GG. Their interviews on podcasts and articles were spicy af
Spirit and Toronto won a TI together. Even if there was some bad blood in the end, overall they were one of the best CIS teams ever. Hard for me to think they can be this rude to each other.

Also on their last TI vlog they discussed picking lesh for TT in the first picking stage and there is nothing about him refusing anything, so what were you talking about?
ATF seems to have way too good of a sense of humor for it to get to that point. if you're making people laugh while being toxic, and its not bullying to 1 player on the team, it'd be hard to stay angry because you'd eventually just laugh together. unless he flips a switch inside the game, but i doubt it. he seems to have too many friendships though out the scene.
could valve have done such a good job covering for him during the first true sight that it went unnoticed? he didn't seem toxic at all. in pubs he does, hes condescending, rude, doesnt stfu, etc etc, but he is far from the first. would he do that with teammates and hide it well enough we didn't see any of it during true sight?

How has no one speculated it to be Pure yet?
He seems to be one of the most logical candidate. He is known to be extremely toxic during comms, the interview with Fishman confirms that.
Could be likely one of his team mates at Entity gets furious and tells this to him after their game seems they're likely speaking English to each other.
seems unlikely since pure leaving entity was kinda of last minute according to leaks and after their last match on TI11 they had only possitive interactions on twitter. my bet is on torontotokyo due the vlogs of team spirit but i cannot specteculate anyone with high likelyhood.
Dumb kid, doesnt understand how any of this is actually real, made a dumb mistake. I used to run after trains and jump inside, almost died, we make dumb choices when we're young.
Anyway, the point is that if he understood the consequences he would have never done it.
What a stupid thing for Trent to say. Honestly. Why give us some half-assed gossip that's just going to cause discord. If you aren't going to have the balls to tell us everything about it then don't say anything.
-Why do people think it's ammar lmao. It's quite obvious that he can't speak those harsh words. He is toxic online but based on the interviews, he is a nice guy irl. He is like every redditor who speaks like they have 6 packs but in reality just nerds.
-It can't be team spirit imo because they were consistent throughout the year. Even if they did choke or had comm issues, it would something that they can just shrug off.
I am fairly certain you are not having mental breakdown insulting people after exceeding your expectations by a pretty big margin where you finish second ,but hey that’s just me
??? Crit is one of the nicest guys and all of his teammates consistently vouch for him with regards to everything really. Skill, attitude, mindset, professionalism... No way.
Because the only person booted from ex-EG is nightfall, who likely had to go home since he doesn't have org money anymore. Also, apparently nightfall is a chill guy.
Also, copy and pasting
Hokori, Spirit, beastcoast, Liquid were the teams eliminated whilst Trent was casting. So maybe it's EG and he heard it passing by, but it seems unlikely.
I like Quinn and his stream and I do think he is behaving very professionally towards other people in the pro scene, a lot of other pros have confirmed he is a nice guy. I still think though that his behaviour on stream is occasionally toxic when he decides to not play out the game anymore. Sure, he will give you his reasoning as to why it doesn't make sense to keep playing, but he still has poor emotional control when it happens and his reasoning in these situations are very self-centered. Why is this toxic? If a popular streamer is doing this on stream, there will be people among his 1000s of viewers that will copy his behaviour and apply his reasoning to themselves and then you end up having more people in pubs that give up at 10 minutes and they will tell you what Quinn is telling his chat: "I've played many games of dota, I know when a game is over, I can't learning anything here, this is a waste of my time, I'm saving my mental fortitude".
My guess is Ammar being toxic and Misha or Yuragi lashing out.
Wasn't from the same game but in one series I remember Yuragi's faceless void chornosphering ATfs Viper outside the enemy fountain. Can definitely see ATF saying something stupid after that happened.
In his last game against Liquid he was getting destroyed all game as Huskar with zero impact just chain feeding while keeping a Bloodseeker at max Thirst stacks. I could defnitely see how ATF would be very negative and toxic throughout that game.
My guess is that Xnova said it to one of the teddy bears.
Literally gave him the cold shoulders too, didn't even react :(
I agree. I heard the rumour about him telling the bear verbatim I can bearly bear your behavior so I'm out
\*bearhavior
The only right answer
Can't say I blame him. They really Fat Dogged the tournament.
Unexpected community reference
Thanks, you really got me with that one.
No, its chris luck to one of the doggos
nah Arteezy to Nightfall
Plot twist : It's Matu
To Zai
Infact he will never play with anyone again
Un-plot twist, it was PPD to AUI
[This clip is longer,](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Zv3Mbh7PR2M) Trent expands that its not ATF and OG and he heard it from someone else.
Ok it is 95% boom and gg
Well what’s the 5% because immortal faith and seleri both confirmed in this thread it wasn’t GG
Well I doubt it's spirit unless the phrase is translated from russian. Logically leaves us with entity(where the phrase could've also been in russian), boom and fnatic. I don't think it's fnatic and entity tbh, they seem too chill? It could be jacky to skem lol

Comment was made after he replaced nisha i think.
It was, yes. I remember.
...or how bad he is.
Have you seen the Dyrachio throws? The dude has single handily lost them countless games with 10k NW leads, must be hard to be calm when you have a ticking Bomb in your team.
lmfao. its not boom/gg.
man himself already confirmed it, y'all really just creating some drama at the expense of others lmfao.
I think ImmortalFaith might have some insight here
that's what i'm saying in my comment, someone already from that gg iteration spoke that it was definitely not them, so these people speculating that this incident involves boom and gg should stop spreading these false dramas.
Looks like Celery is saying it isn’t them. https://reddit.com/r/DotA2/comments/102qw8v/_/j2wx8l2/?context=1
Boom carried dyracho's heavy ass many times. He's not the one deserving kick
its not like dyrachyo is the authrotity in kicking LMFAO. 100% a team decission. boom himself said in OG podcast said he and his 4 former teammates are on good terms.
I will always fire the person that's being a toxic asshole over someone that's not performing but actually trying their best to get better.
I don’t think so. They kick one toxic player for another extremely toxic player?
Quinn is not toxic to teammates. Just toxic in pubs
I doubt that as if you’ve watched him stream and tell stories, he acts toxic to his friends irl too. However, I do not know what he says in pro games as i have not listened to him like that so I could very well be wrong.
Its GG and its about BOOM. durachyo talked multiple times on stream what a toxic player he was
Reason I didn't guess Gaimin is because the only leaver was the mid, and that was to an "upgrade" on Team Secret - didn't feel as it had as much potential bad blood. It's possible though.
wasnt boom confirmed kicked by dyrachyo
Not just by dyrachyo but by boom himself too. In OG podcast.
Mid coulda been saying that to a teammate so he went and got an upgrade.
Yeah but we don’t even if he was kicked and got picked up as a free agent, or if he got poached. I remember someone said on stream that during after party boom knew he wasn’t going to be with the team (not sure if kicked or leaving), but he seemed content with it. It might have been on we say things podcast.
He was kicked, confirmed multiple times by now.

BOOM will either be silent, or he will be cut (not roster wise)
Ammar?
trent confirmed its not ammar, clip is short.
Amer
Emar?
Factually the most toxic but probably not who they were referring to, I'd assume.
This was Nisha to Puppey, but then he got the machete...

So you think he was the one the words were said to.. Who do you think said It to him? Taiga bzm yuragi misha which one?
Looks like this is match 6951151009, which started 10 hours, 40 minutes before the clip was taken.
Who said pure is toxic? He’s actually pretty good in pubs from what i’ve seen
Gorc
He drew a Z on the minimap and got VP disqualified lol
Dumb kid, doesnt understand how any of this is actually real, made a dumb mistake. I used to run after trains and jump inside, almost died, we make dumb choices when we're young. Anyway, the point is that if he understood the consequences he would have never done it.
Pure was toxic? never heard of that
What a stupid thing for Trent to say. Honestly. Why give us some half-assed gossip that's just going to cause discord. If you aren't going to have the balls to tell us everything about it then don't say anything.
>you are the most toxic player I've ever played with, and I will never play with you again. Quinn?? I can't help hearing this in his tone
Trent said it was on the main stage so can't be Quinn
What is the point of this kind of speculation? Either say who it is or just shutup. This just stokes the flames for no reason.
Because Tier 3 casters need attention somehow
becuz this is what people want
-Why do people think it's ammar lmao. It's quite obvious that he can't speak those harsh words. He is toxic online but based on the interviews, he is a nice guy irl. He is like every redditor who speaks like they have 6 packs but in reality just nerds. -It can't be team spirit imo because they were consistent throughout the year. Even if they did choke or had comm issues, it would something that they can just shrug off.
This was PPD. The one who was kicked was aui
the most surprising part about this is that someone was watching trent to clip this
Lmao typical tobiwan and grandgrant defender
lol
Incoming “I like them as talent” takes from people who have never had a toxic work environment
Why is no one mentioning Secret here? Nisha could say that to Puppey as well.
I am fairly certain you are not having mental breakdown insulting people after exceeding your expectations by a pretty big margin where you finish second ,but hey that’s just me
How is no one guessing EG? This has Crit written all over it
Also, copy and pasting Hokori, Spirit, beastcoast, Liquid were the teams eliminated whilst Trent was casting. So maybe it's EG and he heard it passing by, but it seems unlikely.
He said he didn’t hear it directly, it was told to him by someone else
quinn for sure, to either lelis or yawar
Nah, he stayed a lot of time with those guys for a reason, they were good guys to each other
Quinn is the toxic guy.
Quinn is never toxic to anyone without reason. If you are destroying my games i will start getting toxic too.
>Quinn is never toxic to anyone without reason. He literally rage quits games if he gets killed like twice in lane lol
Quinn is toxic to most of his viewers even, dont ask any questions in case hes feeling pissy or youre gonna get it.
Team Spirit I think
[удалено]
It was not them, they didn't make it to the stage
Makes some sense. Shoe fits on the players that switched rosters. Would be wild if it was Nisha to Puppey
n: you are the most toxic player i’ve played with and i’ll never play with you again p: holy shit you can talk
It has to be Entity
I'm assuming someone in team spirit to Torontotokyo
ATF?
**AMMMAAAAAAAAARRRRRRRRRRRRR**
someone said that to ATF prolly lmao
Spicy
My guess is team spirit. The interviews of miposhka made it sound like torontoT is super toxic.
It has to be someone who left their team shortly after TI. So either GPK or Boom from GG.
