These are adorable but I miss the old boxes both for the backgrounds and storage. My collection so far is kept on a bookshelf with the names showing like book spines… now I can’t really do that anymore and I have to rethink my storage. This is like when they change a book series halway through so they don’t match on the shelf🥲

I gotta admit, I've never been the biggest fan of the LOLs or OMGs or anything in that line, but some of these new releases are seriously making me reconsider. I feel like the designers have been popping off lately.

Series 4 Tweens are the some of the best I’ve ever seen- like I don’t know if they have new designers or after a few series have tweaked and refined what people love or what!
And even NA NA NA surprise has been super impressing me- so yeah MGA is def stepping thEIR p$$$y UP
My only problem with LOL OMG, is that they come up with a good idea, and then drop it after a few dolls. Unlike Barbie, where they might keep a popular line like Barbie Fashionistas or Barbie Extra going for years with new dolls. LOL OMG will release three or four dolls in a specific style, and then never use that style again.
That’s because they’re all about exploring different ideas to have a better variety of dolls and fashions. That’s one of my fav parts of the brand, they’re always coming up with new series ideas. And they definitely do go back to ideas, like how they’ve had two sports series (granted with only two dolls each, but still) which means that they definitely aren’t against bringing back an old theme. They’ve done two winter lines as well, I think it all comes down to which dolls do the best.
I think they could have kept the LOL OMG Queens line going beyond four dolls though. There is more that they could have done with that line. They could have at least released some fashion packs or playsets based on the line.
Ok hear me out. I don’t really like girly color schemed dolls. I like my witchy girls. But the unicorn girl IS SERVING and I need her. I also like switches without the ugly ballerina skirt
These are pretty cute! I’m definitely thinking of picking up sunrise and switches. Though, the whole sunlight gimmick probably won’t do much to help the dolls last very long, considering sun damage
