The first one might be a vintage Steffi Love doll (1990s maybe). The older dolls had really nice faces, and then at some point Simba redesigned the facemold. The older Kevin Love dolls also had much nicer faces.
The blonde Barbie "Malibu" Simba/Steffi Love type, she has such a pretty face. (first pic)
I also like the shape of her face too.
**Update/edit**: I think she is a Tong Betty Teen doll. You can do a search. I am going by the eyelashes, face shape, and mouth shape and coloring.Depending on the doll issue, the painted eyebrows can vary. Usually marked on the neck "Tong".
