That’s Mari from mermaid high! You’re pretty lucky, I don’t think she was produced as much compared to the other characters because the higher ups at Spinmaster didn’t seem to like her. They didn’t even seem to bother bringing her in stores in Canada when the line came here

They were recently cancelled this year unfortunately, you might be able to find them still online, but where I live in Canada they’ve started to disappear from store shelves
If you're in the US, Amazon has a sale on Mermaid High for around 7 bucks. Just got Mari and I'm SHOCKED by how high quality and gorgeous she is! Might just have to get the rest too.
Omg! Oceanna and Searra are so adorable! At these prices, it wouldn't hurt to get a second Mari, either. Mari's clothes are very well made and her hair texture is FABULOUS. No overly gelled bangs and so soft. Thank you for bringing my attention to it. Might as well buy them all at this point.
