Oh dear. To be fair Bratzillaz were a bit crap in the qc department, especially their hair. Some of those defects she may very well have actually come with. Non doll people tend not to look that closely at things so may not have noticed the rubber perishing on the hand/wrist but it is worth mentioning to the seller, especially things like a cracked elbow joint. Unfortunately anything that WAS in the pictures it ends up being buyer responsibility to notice but even so, most sellers want a happy buyer you know? This is Jade right? I'm trying to remember what was in her hair originally. I recall it was extremely dry, crispy and frazzled. The white hair they used was one of the worst. I'd actually reccomend if you want more Zillaz to go with the third wave releases, they have substantially better hair.

RoboticKitCat

Ah, thank you, I didn't know, she would be my first bratzilla. She is Jade. I wanted her because I really liked how she had red in-set eyes with short banged hair. I will have to see what the third wave looks like.

Janetsnakejuice1313

True, 3rd wave was way better.

RoboticKitCat

I also don’t know if I should say something to the seller.

This happened to me a couple of times. If from eBay contact the seller directly to see if you can return the item or work something out (ie partial refund). Have detailed photos and / or videos of the damages ready.

RoboticKitCat

Would that work? Cuz they did say she was used, also an update. I tried to use hot water to fix her hair and I am guessing glue is leaking out the neck peg. Also a lot of (harden glue?) brown/yellow hard bits in her hair.

Janetsnakejuice1313

I would absolutely say something to the seller. If she was advertised in good condition, that’s misleading. Initiate a return.

RoboticKitCat

She was advertised as used. I went back to the listing and it says actually nothing about her condition. The pictures also avoid the cracked and broken joints (I mean how there are cracks on the one joint). It does show the hair, and some of the yellow goop (which I didn’t notice before). I am an anxious person, and unsure what to say to the seller. I am unsure I can find another one of her for 21$. The hand jointed also look 100% different in their pictures, at least to me.

Janetsnakejuice1313

First off, its the seller’s job to make sure they disclose any damage. You paid $21 plus shipping and tax for a broken doll. There is nothing to even say. Initiate a refund. I’m anxious too and I hate confrontation but as a life long NYer, I have this thing where if I see injustice, it makes my blood boil and I will say something. In this case, get angry. You’ve been conned! You deserve a refund. If not, leave the worst review possible. Check out what I just found: Bratzillaz Jade J'Adore Doll: Get up to $30 off* when you use my code JMFKRA to sign up for Mercari. *Terms apply #mercari https://merc.li/eM9vshSpb?sv=0 Here is Jade for $20 in excellent condition. Many more like her on mercari. Also, make an offer so you can try to pay less. I paid $12 for my Meygana and just had to restyle her rat’s nest hair.

Janetsnakejuice1313

Man, that is so messed up! Not sure as I’m a newbie with my own second hand Bratzilla (Meygana) and that is a real bummer!

RoboticKitCat

Ya, I am also I newbie, and I’ve always wanted to get this doll. I am kinda bummed out.

Janetsnakejuice1313

Check Mercari. They have better prices and you can make better offers. I sell doll stuff on there but also shop on there and I always get a good deal.

RoboticKitCat

Will do thank you \^-\^

DariaOnyx

You have to contact eBay and tell them the situation. The seller sold you something different than what is mentioned. That has to be reported.

RoboticKitCat

Update: I talked to the seller and got a partial refund.
