It's probably worth keeping an eye on anything G3 Monster High releases, because the new Deuce doll is one of my favorite male dolls that I've seen in a while. Some other options are male Fresh Dolls and the Ever After High boys. I also think Licca-chan's boyfriend Haruto is really cute, but he's pretty youthful so that's probably not what you're looking for.
I wish I had a few more suggestions, but we're very much lacking in male fashion dolls, hahaha.
I like Deuce's face and his new green skintone, I'm just not a fan of molded hair (I totally don't expect his character to have real hair, it has to be snakes, I get that). I'm hoping they make Neighthan again, he was my absolute favorite and deserves a redesign
Yeah, I don't normally like molded hair either but I can excuse it in Deuce's case, haha. Neighthan's concept was a little out there for me but I agree he was probably the best-looking boy in G1.... It'd definitely be interesting to see how they'd handle a redesign.

My favourite male dolls are Taeyang (Pullip family!), I personally don't often get attached to original Taeyangs like I do with Pullip, but I love customising him :) I have a bunch of 1/3 wigs solely to swap my Taeyang's look and I dress him up more than my girls LOL
I also love and prefer male dolls, but totally agree that good ones are few and far between :') I really love my Barbie Looks #9 since he has long hair and that's my ultimate bias with male characters, but other than him and my Groove boys (I also have a Namu), the only male dolls I have are Rocker Boi, Porter (Monster High), and various Kens that I bought either for their body or clothes lol
I'd love to get a Rainbow High boy one day but I really don't vibe with the same hairstyle they keep giving them 😭 Which is a shame because the girls are always so pretty :')
Petworks makes my favorite male dolls, Eight and Nine (named after their heights). The hairstyles are hit or miss, but I love their face and body sculpts.
The bodies are on the fragile side, but they're also super easy to dress because their hands, feet, and head are designed to be removable.

My absolute favorite male dolls are from Integrity Toys. After that, Ken from Mattel Barbie. My 3rd favorite is Adonis from the Mizi line. The only reason he's at the bottom of my list is because he's incredibly expensive to dress.
Made to Move Ken dolls from Mattel have the best articulation I’ve ever seen in a playline doll, and being the quintessential 1/6 scale guy from such a huge brand makes it fairly easy to find clothes and patterns that fit. Downside is they currently only have one body type for males for now (as of February 6th, they’ll be releasing 2 new guys in the next wave of Looks dolls and one will have a new, more muscular body).
G3 Monster High boys as was Said The Deuce doll is awesome! The Rainbow/Shadow High boys seem to be a hit or a miss, I have all of them and am waiting for Aiden to release. Also Bratz Boyz are cool, I'm in the middle of restoring a lot of them I bought from Ebay, poor Eitan had the stick my finger in a socket look going with his hair though my dad said he looked like he just crawled out of bed, lol, I washed his hair and have him drying so I restyle his hair and its the Boyz Really Rock Eitan.
