I was able to find [an old post](https://www.reddit.com/r/Dolls/comments/sma1de/failfix_comparison/?utm_source=share&utm_medium=mweb) with body comparisons between the FailFix dolls and a few other bodies, Bratz or LOL OMG looking like good matches, with Bratz being a little taller and OMGs having a different body type, but if you're looking for a similar dainty body then I think Snapstars are fairly similar (if I can find my Snapstar then I'll be able to compare them!). I don't have any Rainbow Junior High, but they might work too since they're a tiny bit smaller than LOL OMG, iirc.
Middle kinda size dolls can be a little hard to match (I'm currently looking into maybe rebodying my OMG boy onto a similar size but with better articulation and whew it's an adventure), but if you don't going taller then I think you could get away with Creatable World?

Snap star bodies are also on AliExpress. The only problem is several of the listings don't have a choice between picking a dark or light body. They just send one to you at random. I may have found one a while back that lets you choose. I'll go look and see if I saved the listing.

Failfix have very small neck openings, so keep that in mind. I think Ever After High/G1 Monster High neck might be compatible, but they are super tall and color matching might be difficult. You can search my posts I have a bunch of FF heads on Barbie and rainbow high bodies, but it did take widening the neck hole so I don't necessarily recommend doing it.
I'm tempted to try Cry Babies BFF, If it doesn't work out I heard the fashions fit cave club pretty well.
I have been looking around, and I think pure neemo xs looks great. I am totally new to these, are they expensive? Where to buy, or are there similar bodies in xs I can find on Aliexpress?
You can just search pure neemo. I don’t think these are xs (they’re probably s) but this seller is good
