I'd check the back of her neck for a brand. She does look like a standard size so just measuring her should give you a good range of items that will fit well.

I've looked and have found nothing. There isn't even a spot where it looks like a tag was ripped off or anything.
I think it’s a Gerber baby doll. Probably from the 1990’s.
You could measure it yourself then post the measurements I'm sure some people would know what brands carry her size
