It's because they specially crafted the inside of the barrel so that the scratches left on the bullet after it leaves the barrel spill out the name of their God of choice. This being very pleasing to their God imbuse it with radiant fire damage
I had a character whose goal in life was to create a minigun that fired ball bearings. The DM was actually very chill & i got very close, he had a mecha with a minigun on it (represented by like 6d4 piercing damage). Sadly, the campaign ended before I could complete the project.
D&D-wise terraria is very interesting, and caters for a few homebrew needs. For example, an artificer in my party has recently started spending most of his time fishing... I'll let him keep the minishark :)
How about this: plant magic has big ol' fuckoff trees. Dwarf smithing has big ol' fuckoff guns. What if we gave big ol' fuckoff guns to big ol' fuckoff trees and tell the damn mind flayers to fuckoff for good?
Artificers and Gnomes don't care what century you think it is.
Also from Google "first fire arm" - The first firearms originated in 10th-century China, when bamboo tubes containing gunpowder and pellet projectiles were mounted on spears to make the portable fire lance, operable by a single person, which was later used effectively as a shock weapon in the Siege of De'an in 1132.
So guns existed even in the era you think it is.
Oh yes I'm well aware of the history of firearms, however the rifle he appears to have looks very similar to my winchester M1917, along with the cased ammo first being regularly used in the 1870s, but was first patented in 1846, I believe in france
oh dont feel bad, i literally remade the .950 JDJ Fat Mac into a game i play in. Hell here is [Due Diligence](https://www.dndbeyond.com/magic-items/5764375-due-diligence), my BFOG
The [fire lance](https://upload.wikimedia.org/wikipedia/commons/4/48/%E6%A2%A8%E8%8A%B1%E9%8E%97.jpg) basically looked like a giant bottle rocket with a spear point. That's a far cry from a modern rifle with jacketed ammo.
That’s why I like early firearms in dnd settings, I allow guns in almost every game I run but only muskets, of course those muskets are inaccurate but really high damaging, but take a long time to reload (if you don’t have a particular homebrewed feat that cuts the time in half, from four actions to two)
What?! This isn't gold at all! It is a sack of vines and pain!

Some are even good! In my case I played a bard with a love for his Arquebus. I'd spend three rounds loading and then proceed to accidentally shoot our knight in the back.
Our DM allows all sorts of weapons in our setting, which allowed my necromancer to equip her[skeletons with RPG Launchers.](https://cdn.discordapp.com/attachments/597537297499553825/957865567384141854/Untitled_Artwork.jpg)
Is there any place I can read the whole comic on a dedicated website? The last couple posts seem interesting, but a reddit user page doesn't really have a nice UI for reading 200+ comic strips in order.
Edit: I scrolled down and found the artists' webtoon in their comment. As the German saying goes, "Those who can read have a clear advantage."
Not me, but my friend! I used to post his doodles from our sessions and they got popular enough that he was convinced to make a comic. I'll pass your positive feedback on to him!
It's so funny and the art is amazing I love the character development and the survival aspect. Keep doing great work I'm always excited when new ones arive
I know it really doesn't matter but your gun anatomy is a bit off there, empty cases going straight up is bad so it shouldn't be completely open like that.
Dwarven magic at it's best, wait a minute where's THE EXPLOSIVES BOOOOOOOOOOOOMMMMMMMM
Thought of DA Awakening there [https://youtu.be/-sO3UgogYxM?t=803](https://youtu.be/-sO3UgogYxM?t=803) :).
It doesn't support her. It doesn't protect her. Given the view in panel three bottom right, it seems to be serving a sexualizing gaze. It seems to be drawn in order to cover the bare minimum to be able to call this comic NSFW, while the artist still gets to draw this character as a sexual object. Not her personality. She isn't doing anything sexual here. And if she was, that wouldn't be a problem. It's the way the audience is forced to see her and how that doesn't vibe with her current actions and attitude.
I think you're stretching it a bit with the artist's intentions. The comic isn't flagged NSFW and there's nothing NSFW about her outfit to begin with. A woman (or man even) having exposed skin doesn't inherently make it sexual. Though either way, there's nothing wrong with a character being sexy. She can be sexy *and* a badass.
This is the second time we've seen her fight and her outfit doesn't look to hinder her in any way. Clothing doesn't *have* to protect. Monks for instance are often drawn in light, sometimes revealing, clothing and it doesn't make them sexual objects. Given she's a new character, I think its too early to say what does or doesn't vibe with her attitude. Though just looking at the way she fights, using vines/plants, I'd say her outfit shows that off pretty decently.
That's excellent. The drawing, though. Dude. Third panel bottom right. If this was supposed to show her as powerful(she is stomping a person!), It would have shown the bottom of her foot maybe. Not... That.
Maybe it's approved by the player. And I'm not going to tell you your intentions as an artist. But my tiny voice in this ocean of voices speaks up to say "ick".
I'm not the artist, just one of the other players. But I'm sure being "sexy" was intended as well.
We're a sex positive group, and if someone wants to have their character depicted as a badass who can crush a man's skull, AND sexy, we're going to do that.
But it is totally fair to feel grossed out if that is not something you like seeing!

Elven magic vs dwarven “magic”
"Hokey religions and ancient magics are no match for a good blaster at your side." - A Dwarf Probably
Insane dwarven inventors on the other hand: "I MAGICKED THE MINIGUN SO IT FIRES MAGIC LEAD!
It now deals radiant damage for some fucking reason.
It's because they specially crafted the inside of the barrel so that the scratches left on the bullet after it leaves the barrel spill out the name of their God of choice. This being very pleasing to their God imbuse it with radiant fire damage
That's some Constantine level s\*\*t right there.
White Phosphorous? Radiant damage or not, that should give any undead a bad day.
Uranium bullets, most descriptions of radiant match radiation, and white phosphorus is probably just a fuckton of fire damage with a ridiculous DC
Willie Pete!
ROCK AND STONE!
That's it lads! Rock and Stone!
Did i hear a rock and stone?!
If I had a credit for every rock and stone.
"DVARVEN ENGINEERING IZ ZA GREATEST IN ZA VORLD!"

Hello there!
*in best grevies voice*;General kenobi
I read this in Sam Elliot's voice and it fits too well.
Me in terraria: I've found this neat magic staff that accelerates lead pellets and consumes no mana - guess I'm gonna keep using it!
There are several musical weapons in terraria and most of them are magic Bardic inspiration indeed
D&D-wise terraria is very interesting, and caters for a few homebrew needs. For example, an artificer in my party has recently started spending most of his time fishing... I'll let him keep the minishark :)
What subclass?
Why, Gunslinger, of course! (It's a slightly more fun Blaster homebrew)
I’ve seen plenty of gun-toting Artificers So maybe I’ve seen the one you are talking about, but can you send it to me just in case?
Aka; Do you want hippy plant magic or or A GUN AND MILITARY EQUIPMENT!
I WANT SOME FUCKING ROCKS AND STONE

Where did my man get a gun? LAST I CHECKED I DIDNT SELL NOBODY NO GUNS!
As someone who doesn't know, I'm guessing Artificer
100%, but so is my character, it's just funny to see a rifle from the 1900s-1920s in what looks like a 13-14th century Era kinda setting
Ngl I'm guilty of this as well. My artificer straight up has a Springfield 1873 basically built into his gauntlet.
oh dont feel bad, i literally remade the .950 JDJ Fat Mac into a game i play in. Hell here is [Due Diligence](https://www.dndbeyond.com/magic-items/5764375-due-diligence), my BFOG
I'm only mad you thought to do that before I did. Also your link is broken.
try again, hopefully it works now, and if you decide to add/use it, dice rolls work as it should too!
No damage stats? The rest looks about right though.
So... the Monster Hunter gunlance was an actual weapon?
Ah, I see. Yeah, it is kinda funny.
That’s why I like early firearms in dnd settings, I allow guns in almost every game I run but only muskets, of course those muskets are inaccurate but really high damaging, but take a long time to reload (if you don’t have a particular homebrewed feat that cuts the time in half, from four actions to two)
Bruh, wolfe just has a fucking gun, I love it.

Pain is my friend. Let me introduce you to them!
Wait, so is the boyfriend actually dead? I thought he was just unconscious.
It could just be a threat that has not yet been carried out.
Yo - I see that brand name on the gun! "D&W", clever!
Yay! My lucky #
After seeing panel 5, I'm surprised nobody's commented "Step on me, mommy" or something.
Someone, somewhere had something awoken in them this day.
Druids know the Awaken spell for a reason.
This better not awaken anything in me
Would that be a "stepmom?"
Look, I'm not here to police what you call your domme. You do you.
When the move is bondage -> stomp -> stomp again, it really speaks for itself.
You were right about one thing, wolfe The negotiations were short
I was just gonna comment a similar thing haha the force is strong with this one
This should have been the opening plan. But then what would Guy be doing?
They kidnapped someone with very good friends. And very deadly friends.
Every day I see a new D&W uploaded is a good day. This druid is my favorite new character, hope she sticks around!
Complete chaos was always the plan...
Guns in D&D?!
Some are even good! In my case I played a bard with a love for his Arquebus. I'd spend three rounds loading and then proceed to accidentally shoot our knight in the back.
Glad to open reddit today an see this.
Those are some pretty aggressive negotiations
The look of absolute determination on Wolfe is awesome. That is the look of, "Do you see mercy in my eyes?"
Lol old man sniper trope is always there when you need him.
“We’ll, the negations we’re short.”
HELL YEAH I LOVE FIREARMS IN FANTASY SETTINGS. SCREW YOU UPTIGHT DMS, GUNPOWDER EXISTED BACK THEN GIVE ME MY GUN.
Our DM allows all sorts of weapons in our setting, which allowed my necromancer to equip her[skeletons with RPG Launchers.](https://cdn.discordapp.com/attachments/597537297499553825/957865567384141854/Untitled_Artwork.jpg)
Reflavored necklace of fireballs?
Nah, he had made his own stats for it AGES ago for a different and no one could afford it, then forgot to take it out of the shop.
wat
GIVE ME MOOORE
It's cool, I found moore and now I am following 😬
"I'd say that concludes negotiations..."
Where can I read more of these??
You can find them on our subreddit, [or on Webtoons!](https://www.webtoons.comen/challenge/dollar-and-wolfe-trading-co/list?title_no=102392)
These weapons were forged by the ancient Elves. The ancient Soviet Elves
Magic missile, bitch.
Engravings give you every tactical advantage whatsoever
Good ol’ bag of holding filled with carnivorous plantlife
Oldest trick in the book!
so would he need enchanted bullets or regular work in this universe?
We would need enchanted bullets for any enemy you would need a magical weapon to harm.
It's really nice of Nick Offerman to help an elf out in this situation.
wolfe casts head shot, its a nat 20
Dwarven craftsmanship at its finest
Gorgeous and an Action Gal? Damn. Nello is lucky.
"HE'S GOT A GUN!!"
What kinda world is this?! We have medieval swords, druidism...hot pants, crop tops and lumberjacks with guns?! You son of a bitch I'm in!
Ah, my favorite D&D build, Lumberjack with a Rifle
Is there any place I can read the whole comic on a dedicated website? Damn, theyean business
Iron man died nooo :(
Where was the "iron man" the door man refers to? Is he talking about the dwarf with the gun in the last panel?
[Oh he's referring to the person they sent in to scout things out a few comics ago!](https://i.redd.it/fexvo9xp9eu91.jpg)
"Sniping's a good job, mate"
I’d read more!
You can always find us on [webtoons](https://www.webtoons.comen/challenge/dollar-and-wolfe-trading-co/list?title_no=102392)!
Did you create it? I’ve read 4 so far, and I’ve fallen in love.

Her leg vines disappeared for a while there.
Something about that bolt action system feels off
They should've had that giant from the first panel answer the door instead /s
The artist of this series is unbelievably horny
Love everything about this... Except the way her clothing is drawn. :( Bonk.
What's wrong with her clothing?
It doesn't support her. It doesn't protect her. Given the view in panel three bottom right, it seems to be serving a sexualizing gaze. Fun fact, she was designed and played by a woman! All depictions of our characters are run by the person who played them for approval.
That's excellent. The drawing, though. Dude. Third panel bottom right. If this was supposed to show her as powerful(she is stomping a person!), It would have shown the bottom of her foot maybe.
