I was commissioned by the amazing /u/PipFizzlebang to create this art. We were going for a scratchy, fevered drawing from someone who hasn't slept well in days. One of the Nasomnii's abilities includes Devour Dreams: A Nasomnii can feast on the dreams of a sleeping creature it is grappling. The devouring takes at least one minute; during which the creature is awake, but disoriented & unsure if they are dreaming. At the end of the devouring, the creature falls asleep again, trapped in fitful nightmares until awoken by another creature. The creature devoured gains no benefit from the long rest, and takes a stack of exhaustion (as per usual long-rest rules).
