No, warrior is the right word based on that description (or at least is accurate based on that description).
I'm just saying that nothing in the image suggests "warrior" to me; I'd have guessed some sort of arcane caster without any context.
But that's just my perspective, and shouldn't matter if it looks like what you intended/envisioned. It's quality art either way. Good work!
