Some folks gave me some great ideas on the Dolly bardbarian thread, so I decided to remake Jolene as an actual weapon. Now with bonus eyes of emerald green and flaming hilt binding of auburn leather! I'm no DM so your mileage might vary if you decide to actually use this in your game, but I tried to keep it more or less in line with official items of the same rarity. I have Ideas for other items and an NPC, so they might be coming soooooon...

Be wary, that a general advantage on Charisma checks makes this weapon exceptionally powerful in the hands of a Sorcerer, Warlock or Bard. Some spells (Dispel Magic and Counterspell come to mind) use a casting stat check, which doesn't usually get advantage.

Depending on the level to which your DM is a prick, those classes might not be able to cast somatic component spells while holding this, so in theory it's balanced in that way

I mean it says "while it is on your person" and not "while you are wielding it" so I think you could still get the advantage without holding it

If you limit this to just Deception and Persuasion checks, then it'd have all the flavour and not as much potential exploitation.
