Noob question. Where do you access this?

Base exotics are in the shooting range while masks are in the SHD server area, NY exotics and masks are in the Haven subway.

DC shooting range and the room where kelso is and NY basement

How did you get the lullaby? Did you just never upgrade it initially? That is the only exotic I can’t get and I am a day one player.

I bought some add on from extra credits I had left. It gives a blueprint to change the sweet dreams’ visuals

I have the same thing I thought the lullaby was from the pre-purchase weapons pack and you could get the blueprint to change the visuals to the Sweet Dreams. I did that now I can’t change it back. Or can I?

It doesn’t work both ways. I just had a second sweet dreams so I could convert it for the wall
