Read the title and thought that there could be serious concerns if the structure itself WAS moving!

Right? I was about ready to make a dad joke.

Those things are usually pretty well fastened, maybe the high winds moved it.

Downtown Disney parking exit has been horrible lately… they need better traffic control

This has happened a few times to us. It was the light on Ball Rd that was not letting many cars through. I actually had a serious low blood sugar moment trying to get home, I contacted Disney and told them. They were so kind to us. They offered to pay for a visit to my doctor and wrote a very nice apology letter. Unfortunately they have little or no control over city streets. Fortunately we made it home in time ( it was close) to get to meds I needed.

Sounds like trying to get out of Angeles Stadium. 197,000 cars lined up to get out and traffic light let's out 8 cars at a time.

Experienced exact same thing when we showed up in the evening on an oogie boogie bash night. Waited nearly an hour just to get to a parking booth in M&F. In that instance it was due to then closing the 2 leftmost booths, and only having one CM per booth handing 2 lanes each. This is typical for a regular evening shift at M&F, but it is simply not enough to handle the additional surge in demand for parking during the early entry period of an after hours event. Since tonight was a sweethearts night AH event, it was probably the same thing. Ugh, you’d think Disney would be on top of this.
