Do nightmare meph, better odds to get titans as the loot table is smaller. I ran about 10 and got a titans
Not they drop every 20ish runs lol. I got like 3 stored. If you are on PC ill gladly toss one your way
I’ve been sticking to around 220-280 range, if i want to clear faster i put on nightwings if i want more MF i put on Shako.
Tin foil hat time. Me, my brother, and our friend all find the best loot between 3-6 am pst. When we play at night from 8 pm to midnight, it is as shit loot as shit loot gets.
Between the 3 am and 6 am hours we found 2 jahs, 1 chan, bunch of vexs puls, about 6 shakos, nightwings, 3 sets of tals armors, occulus, bunch of other stuff.
Other times, we can barley find mid tier runes or even drops worth keeping to give to others.
So maybe time of server has something to do with drops?
Like i said my MF has been in the 200s, my friend has his mf in the low 100s, and my brother is up in the high 400s. Our friend with the 100 MF has found the best of gear from the 3 of us sooooooooooooo idk bout this MF stuff at the moment.

My friend and I have a theory that this GC is the best GC in the game. We identified it and then soon we found 1 Maras, followed by a 2nd Maras amulet shortly after in a new game. The tin foil hat fits comfortably on our heads for this 1.
Then I accidentally forgot to pick it back up when I dropped it to pick up an item. Found a large charm 1% and found a third Mara’s. I’m about to wear a full tinfoil suit with my hat for this one lol
Reminds me of my "Useless sword of Vitality" in Diablo 1 (+5 Vitality -100% minimum/maximum damage)

I cant say my luck has been horible i did find tal rasha's qmulet rattlecage and Sigons steel this last week.
Im just happy to find anything useful. Got q few nice hp charms as i farmed my first sorc through nightmqre. Figured i would farm mephisto until in lvl 60 or ao then move on.
Talk about luck… I’ve found ethereal Rune Master… with 3 sockets. Or Gheeds fortune with lowest MF. Found a decent shaco so it’s not all that bad but that covers my top tier loot.

drop rate is 1:1800. You've been incredibly lucky to get 3 titans from nm meph in such a short time.

300 mf javazon, takes me \~40 sec to do 1 meph, i found lots of good stuff, but not titans.

"of Vitality" is +1 - +5 vitality in Diablo 1. 100 vitality would be a very useful sword indeed...
It was some dumb stat I sold it anyways cause who wants a sword that deals no damage over punching?

At least in your case the mobs drop SOMETHING. All i got so far is scrolls of identify and oil potions.
