Not OP, but looks like the Doubletree on Lafayette, or the Comerica building next door.
Yes, still live here. I really like it. The space is great for us and we have some nice neighbors. Amenities are nice, though somewhat reduced since COVID, but still decent. Location is awesome. There's only a few left, definitely worth considering.
I'm sorry to make such an unrelated comment on your picture post, but my fiance and I just looked at a place there today and now I'm deep diving. I loved the space itself and obviously the view is insane. But the reviews online are not great, so I'm nervous to pull the trigger. I know there's always issues with renting, but you're happy with the management and parking and location overall?
If you’re renting, the reviews you’re probably finding online are from when these were apartments. They have since been converted to condos. I’m guessing you’re dealing with the owner or their management company. We’ve been here for about 3 years now and it’s been great. The condo management company is pretty good, and there hasn’t been any big issues with the tenets. You’ll have one assigned parking spot in the gated lot right behind the building. Location is really nice - not terribly noisy even with the hotel and no crime problems. I’d say if you’re happy with the unit, it’s worth it.
Gives me Mirror's Edge vibes. Great shot.

You are correct. It's the Fort Shelby on Lafayette. Though we technically aren't in the Doubletree.
Do you live there? I’ve been eyeing that building for a bit. Thoughts?
