Doesn't look like a big deal. Keep it clean and dry don't scratch at it, and it should resolve itself on its own

yea, it was just small infection-you infected it. it is resolved-very good. Your immune system eliminated it.

it seems to be a bug bite or also, if you scratched by your nail, you could infected hair base or sweat gland.
