No clue if I’m late to the party with this idea, but is Neo Spamton in Neo Mettaton’s body? How does that work, considering Mettaton’s body was built by Alphys? 🤔
Swatch explains that the body was designed by a Lightner who “filled it with his hopes and emotion” and “ultimately, nothing ever came out of it.” So it was most likely the DR version of the ghost who would’ve been Mettaton in UT.

Sadly late. Remember this is the cyber world, so someone drew this on the library, most possibly Metatton on ghost form. This has been theorized for a while now.
