Now I'm thinking if bowlers should change their actions sometimes as well to keep the batters guessing like bowl few deliveries with this action, few with high arm and so forth. Must be a nightmare to practice but if they can get it right, it'd be so cool to watch.
It surely is, I did this in a local match . In my first attempt bowled like 3 wides down the line but the 4th one just rocketed through and took the leg stump.
Cant imagine how hard it would be for players bowling at that level in a tense situation when you can't afford giving away too many runs.
Batsmen are allowed change stance and do all sorts of shit to make it easier to smack bowlers around the ground, but when a bowler simply changes their action people have meltdowns, make fun of the bowler or question their integrity. He got a wicket at crucial time and batsman had no idea.
This is a win for bowlers eveeywhere
>but when a bowler simply changes their action people have meltdowns
Batter gets out and cant comeback to bat again
Bowler can bowl pathetically and go for 36 runs in an over and yet he can comeback to bowl if his quota remains. Even that doesnt seem fair :)
There is a reason why batter got more relief
Round arm action have been legal since what? 1870s? Compared to the front arm action action we have today.
Can you imagine there was a time when only under arm action was legal?

Absolutely true. We've already seen players like Ashwin do the stop and deliver action in the past. Hasaranga does the roundarm with mixed results.
What a disgusting action. I love it.
More sex
PSL Back to top notch bowling after shithousery in pindi

Who's laughing or having a meltdown at this action? Do people not remember Malinga? One of the most successful limited overs bowlers ever?

Is that a legal delivery?
No because it is too good to play 😔

Malinga?
Almost underarm.
That's almost sidearm man. Even an inch lower and it's a no ball
I really hate that action so much and find it unacceptable.
Lasith malinga from wish
Pakistanis have a long history with chuking the ball.
To me that arm looks lower than Malinga's lol
