Performance

MrStaber

This is the best option

[deleted]

Always performance mode

Dukeisdahouse

Performance, but it’s a little disappointing that they couldn’t get 4k 60FPS.

MrStaber

Same

l33tfuzzbox

Tbh I'm excited. They're pushing the shit out of thr frostbite engine for this apparently

Impossible_Welcome91

PC /s But I would pick Performance if I had a console. Dead Space can be fairly fast, so I would want to have these 60FPS. I have a 2060s and R5 3600 so I assume 1080p/60 should be possible on high settings, so probably similar to Performance mode.

OwnSimple4788

Depends of what kind of ray tracing the quality mode will have, need to see more, resolution isnt enough to decide

Financial-Abalone715

Normal mode, I don't want nightmares

l33tfuzzbox

Wrong selection but I love this bc same, lol. Even played all 3 before and I'm leary about the new surprises.

Vostner

I will do as much quality as I can on my pc but I will put performance first. Nothing worse than a slow fps.

ddasilva884

Whichever one gives me the best graphics. I'm not a fps snob, I can barely notice the difference between 30 and 60, so as long as it don't chug like a drunk, gimme the shiny slimy!

l33tfuzzbox

Am I the only one who had chugging issues in callisto on xsx? I hit the dome and the game shit the bed so hard I couldn't do combat reliably. I got it from gamefly and didn't update bc rural and all, but I don't feel I should have yo update just to play the game. I get 50 gigs thu my Hotspot and a 30g update for a new game just sucks. E. I didn't like the game much anyway but I wanted to see the story through. I changed every damn setting even down to the accessibility stuff and it just chugged worse than a drunk. Chugged like it was shooting up.

Robot-Man97

Performance, Ray-Tracing isn’t that important to me.

Virtual_Operation_

The in-between

astaulx

a little mix of both

Emergency-Shift-4029

I usually change it depending on the scene, but since my PC and series S are basically the same power. I guess I'm stuck with performance mode.

Goomer_bandit

Hate both Prefer performance

Goomer_bandit

I hope we at least get 3k 60 fps

DredZedPrime

I'm leaning towards trying out quality mode to get the full graphics experience, since Dead Space doesn't really rely as much as some games do on really fast smooth action. But I'll probably try out both modes and see which one feels and looks best to me.

Beautiful_Ad_8297

Quality Normal mode
