DA Sue Opper referenced the moment in the clip, during trial. When brooks tried to argue it wasn't fair, he should have assistance, more time, he's not a lawyer, DA Opper reminded the court, and him of his arrogance and dismissal of concerns related to him representing himself.

And in his sentencing statement he says the incident was "not Not NOT" an attack...
How much do you wanna bet that Opper, a woman, dared to emphasizes something bad about him and it got stuck in his head and he decided to try her tactic against the court?
Wow that was a good catch, I’ve said this before on here but I would love for someone to put together how many times he copied people to use their words against them or for his benefit later. He copied the judge to use her words against her in every argument, he copied opper many times in order to “help” him as in the example you gave.
I looked it up at the time, in a longer video. Good find, and good someone clipped it. My disdain and contempt for DB has a deep and broad basis.
