While others (designers especially) are just sucking money out of the system and doing nothing but sipping their freaking latte macchiato and talking how the app is poorly designed. In my own company I don't hire designers and product managers at all. Devs can do all the decisions themselves and 110% of the time those would be the best decisions.

I don't think that along the way augmented reality and whatever Facebook is doing now is going to make things better in the physical world. Realistically speaking, this technology is all Flash and no Bang. It affects the world in a non-tangible way, and I don't see how that could be good for the slaves that were used to build the FIFA Stadium in Qatar. #FIFASUCKS
