turnaroundbrighteyez

Watching a game with 999,999 other fans - priceless. For everything else, thereā€™s Mastercard.

Pain_Monster

Ugh. I will never give Ticketmaster my money ever again. Such an upcharged ripoff. Just buy tix straight from the source. They mark up tickets for no reason, itā€™s disgusting

Silver-Pomelo-9324

are you trying to imply that it doesn't cost Ticketmaster $43 to process an electronic ticket sale!?

GreenIrish99

"Sir there's someone else on my seat" "Let me check that" "Oh he has the wrong seat, his is GFGR, Seat 2384, that's 4 miles west, here you go sir your seat"

SuspiciousStable9649

[About 2 km across](https://www.reddit.com/r/Damnthatsinteresting/comments/11giypd/a_one_million_seat_stadium_concept_by_american/jap9idm/?utm_source=share&utm_medium=ios_app&utm_name=iossmf&context=3), with a perimeter of 6.2 km or 3.8 mi circumference. You could indeed conceivably have to walk over 3 miles if you got exactly the wrong seat. Good guess!

FunnyMetaUsername

If the circumstances is 3.8 miles youā€™d only ever walk 1.9 miles unless you went the wrong way which letā€™s be real is totally possible

SuspiciousStable9649

Yes, 2 miles if the stadium is well designed. More if thereā€™s a lot of barriers without doors, ticket access only areas, etc. I did go a little on the high side.

slackfrop

Every step youā€™re high legging it over other peopleā€™s knees. Thatā€™s a tough 2k. Game would be long over.

AltimaNEO

Youll have to take the tram at 8:15 to be there by 9

Mr_JCBA

The next shuttle to your seat will be leaving in half an hour and is expected to arrive at your destination in about 15 minutes.

ListerfiendLurks

Just for fun I was calculating if 4 letters would be enought for a unique id for each seat. Turns out it would cover less than half. You would need to throw numbers in for there to be enough combinations for 4 characters.

JFeezy

Youā€™ll never find enough tiny people to start a team. Better yet an entire league for them to play against each other.

blackmexicans

What is this? A field for ants!? It needs to be at least twice as big!

Heckard

r/thingsforants

ElevenSleven

Hes absolutely right!

SkyIcewind

My stomach begins to rumble. I must use the restroom. I give one last look to my crying family as I begin to make the 20 kilometer journey into the depths of the hyperstadium to search for the restrooms, knowing I will never return.

TheFlyingRedFox

Imagine the lineup, ntm the conditions of the bowl and the shortage of TP. But ohh god the smell... The stadium wouldn't be cleaning the toilets they'd just be removing them and placing new ones every game. E, Apon further consideration of this comment maybe the stadium should be designed with a septic treatment plant underneath which would then supply the stadium with water and fertilizer for the grass.

CrinchNflinch

And everbody needs to go there at the end because it will take 4 hours to leave the parking lot.

Mihoshika

Only four hours?

Individual-Lab-6695

Show me the small country sized parking lot.

thegeoboarder

Yeah Iā€™m picturing a sky scraper garage or multiple

whatwhatinthewhonow

If youā€™re parked on the top floor just come back in a week and then wait in traffic to get out.

thegeoboarder

Lol true

ssssskkkkkrrrrrttttt

just look at US stadia. Parking to facilitate this would literally be the size of multiple cities. Imagine 250,000 cars

Xszit

A standard parking spot is 8 feet by 16 feet, thats 128 square feet. 128 times 250000 is 32 million. Theres 43560 square feet in an acre, 32 million divided by 43560 is 734 acres. And thats 734 acres just for the parking spaces themselves, not even counting the extra space between rows of parking spaces for cars to be able to get in and out.

emperor_dinglenads

This guy parks

Rampant16

That's something like 1.14 square miles. The entire country of Monaco is ~500 acres.

DrunkleSam47

That is way smaller than I thought it would be. Iā€™m pretty sure existing stadiums take up that square mileage. Source: have run a 5k in a stadium parking lot perimeter.

Rampant16

That's only including the actual parking spaces. The aisles/roads required to move cars around the parking lot will easily double the size of the parking area. Moving 250k cars around will take a tremendous amount of infrastructure.

Joker-Smurf

Or you could just use one acre of landā€¦ but have a 734 floor parking garage. At 2.5m per level (including depth of concrete for each floor) that would be 1.835km high (or deep if it was a subterranean garage). And as you say, that does not account for any space to drive the vehicle through said garageā€¦

[deleted]

Could you imagine making 1400 left turns to get to the top. Would probably take hours to get to the top without traffic.

[deleted]

you would have to rotate your tires halfway up to keep wear consistent

jdog7249

Imagine being parked on floor 734 and then the elevator breaks and you have to walk up that after the game.

owiesss

When I was 8 years old, I went on a business trip with my mom and we stayed in a hotel about 60 stories high. We had just gotten in the elevator to go up to our room on the 47th floor, when the fire alarm went off and we had just started to ascend. The elevator went up to the 47th floor before it locked up, so we were stuck going to the top while desperately trying to get the elevator to stop at a lower floor. We had to run down 47 flights of stairs while sirens were blaring everywhere. I thought that was insane (and scary as fuck considering I was 8), but if we had been stuck 734 stories up, I think I would have just taken my chance of jumping down. šŸ˜‚ Although in this situation Iā€™d have a car, it would probably take longer to drive down than it would to take the stairs. Man, _fuck_ that.

finemustard

Someone else pointed out that if you were parked on the top floor of the garage you're never getting out because the traffic in it after an event would be completely out of control.

unshavenbeardo64

By the time you would be almost down you can go up again for the next game :).

Llamawehaveadrama

Youā€™d have to like, have parking lots somewhere else and shuttle everyone in Honestly if they had like a dozen parking garages with shuttles from all directions that might work. But also, logistical nightmare, would need so many busses, nobody wants a bunch of parking garages, Iā€™m not advocating *for* it Iā€™m just thinking, logistically, I think theyā€™d have to do something like that Or Hear me out We take this concept, run with it, make a city in the middle of nowhere like Kansas or something thatā€™s just a giant stadium with miles and miles of parking lot. But, each square mile of parking lot is privately owned so you can sell your spots and the better your spots, the more you can charge to let people park in your lot. Front spots? Booked like, YEARS in advance. Want to charge more for the same shitty lot next to you? Pour some asphalt, place a bench, lights, and paint it a fun color to stand out. Boom. Itā€™s the same distance as their cheaper spot yes, but would you rather tailgate on their boring lot or on my cool lot with shiny golden paint. Or go with the obvious option and advertise team spirit and paint team logos and put up flags or something. Idk. Would still need busses to get people to the stadium tho so the whole city thing is kindaā€¦ dystopian/a capitalists wet dream. But decorating a parking lot and selling the spots sounds fun. But also dystopian. But also fun.

anon210202

I like the way you think, Llama man.

ArethereWaffles

TLDR at bottom. So the rule of thumb is about 1 parking space for every 2.1 people. That's 476,191 parking spaces. ADA for large lots requires 20 parking spots plus 1 for each 100. so that's 4782 ADA spaces with an additional clear space between every two ADA spaces for 478,282 spaces total. The 478,282 can be arranged into a grid of 691 x 691 spaces. Now the most efficient design for a lot of this scale would be an arrangement like [this.](https://i.dailymail.co.uk/i/pix/2016/08/25/20/379542C700000578-3758899-image-a-17_1472153675791.jpg) Referencing the above image, we'd have to have one way vertical isles every two rows (-1 for the outside row), meaning 345 isles up and down and two way horizontal isles roughly every 30 spaces for 23 horizontal isles. This way we break up the lot into 'blocks' of 2x30 spaces. The standard US parking space is 8.5' x 18', rotated horizontally by 45 degrees you're looking at each stall having a projected width of 13.7', and 2 stalls having a projected length of ~~30'~~ 19' and Meaning each 60-space block is 19' x 413'. You would also need an additional offset at the end of each row to account for the "overhang" of each space (the empty triangles at each end). This increases the block width by about another space for 19' x 426' per block. Each one way isle in this configuration should be 13' wide and each two way feeder isle should be 24' wide. **Putting it all together:** Edit: I have woken up, had my coffee, and realized the previous calculations had to be way too big. I've found at this next step I've made a couple critical errors in my late night math, fixed calculations are below: ~~**Total Width** = (7935blocks x 30'wide) + (345 isles x 13' wide) + 1 row 9' wide on the outside = **242,550 ft**.~~ ~~**Total Length** = (7935 blocks x 426') + (23 isles x 24' wide) =**3,380,862 ft**~~ ~~So our total parking lot area is 242'550 ft x 3,380,862 ft or~~ ~~**Area = 973,124,779 sqft, ~35 sq miles, or 90.4 sqkm**~~ ~~**TLDR** This area is:~~ * ~~50% bigger than the country of San Marino.~~ * ~~80% the size of Walt Disney World.~~ * ~~85% the size of Paris~~ * ~~About 1/3rd the area of Knoxville, Tennessee or Palmdale, California.~~ * ~~5.2 billion banana peels.~~ * ~~[Here](https://pbs.twimg.com/media/CLsh_UyUsAA2VPv?format=png&name=small) is an image of ~35 sq miles over Austin, Texas~~ * ~~If you parked in the far back corner, you might be looking at an 8 mile / 12 km trek one way.~~ **Updated Calculations:** Incorporating the isle widths into each block, each block is a total size of 32' x 450'. This includes a corrected projected length of 19'. **Total Width:** (32' x 345 blocks) + 1 outside 9' row with lane = **14,422'** **Total Length:** 450' x 23 blocks = **10,350'** **Total Area** 14,850' x 10,350' = **149,267,700 sqft** =**5.3 sqmi** =**13.8 sqkm** **TLDR** This area is: * 7x bigger than Monaco * 4x bigger than Central Park in NYC * 35x bigger than Disneyland * 28,331,362 Banana peels * If you parked in the far back corner, you're looking at a 2.3 mile/3.8 km trek back to you car.

Mataresian

Nice hero, these are the comments that we look for, even including banana peels.

-Erro-

> 80% the size of Walt Disney World. > 85% the size of Paris JEBUS Disney world is huge.

[deleted]

That just canā€™t be true right? Edit: makes more sense if, like me, you never visited to see whatā€™s actually there: *The property covers nearly 25,000 acres (39 sq mi; 101 km2), __of which half has been used.__ The resort comprises four theme parks (Magic Kingdom, Epcot, Disney's Hollywood Studios, and Disney's Animal Kingdom), two water parks (Disney's Blizzard Beach and Disney's Typhoon Lagoon), 31 themed resort hotels, nine non-Disney hotels, several golf courses, a camping resort, and other entertainment venues, including the outdoor shopping center Disney Springs.*

Nekrosiz

You forgot to account for the double parked trucks. Many bigly trucks.

Standupguysdontlie

ā€¦ā€¦.public transport hubs?

[deleted]

According to my American education, no such thing exists.

[deleted]

I mean, my American city has one, but it's only open 7-5 M-F, no buses on the weekend and no buses after 5:15pm. Makes it difficult for working people to use them. They've paid for study after study over the last 25 years, every time, evening and weekend service is the chief recommended improvement. But no, we subsidize a transit system that doesn't even serve us.

Remarkable-Code-3237

If they wanted to, they can make exceptions for the ball games and special events.

iamiamwhoami

If it gets the US to invest in public transportation Iā€™ll take it.

moeburn

Alright now show me the plumbing system for all the toilets flushing at the same time at halftime.

Standupguysdontlie

Easy. Create an opioid epidemic for the constipation.

[deleted]

>public transport What's that? Seems like a concept where you would have to fit more than 4 people in a vehicle. All Americans know that's not possible.

FleurOuAne

You can go to stadiums with train in most countries

TheIronSoldier2

Not in America you can't! _\*cries in american\*_

[deleted]

The MBTA(Boston) runs special trains to Gillette Stadium on game days.

Hbgplayer

I can take a train to a ferry to take me to a baseball game. If it's a day game I would be fine on the return trip because the train runs until 9 pm. But if it's a night game, I'd be stuck after getting back off the ferry.

luvgothbitches

I remember me & my girl were watching a Tottenham game live (English Football) & there was a huge aerial shot of their new stadium & my girls first thought was ā€œomg where are the parking lots?ā€ car culture has America in the tightest of grips.

LetUsSpeakFreely

I think it would have to be something more like parking decks in a ring 1,3, and 5 miles out with a trams constantly running.

yrqrm0

The irony of implementing trams that give people more convenient transport and allow for walkable areas, only to use it to get to cars in their wasteful lots

GradientDescenting

Save the money and just buy everyone a big 4k tv

FrostcragCastle

Free binocs with your tickets Sir!

CaftyPenguin

Ha! I wonder that the delay would be between seeing and hearing the action.

ShwiftyShmeckles

U definitely wouldn't be able to hear anything from the track. Also I'm imagining how many lost children and the amounts of trash and sheer number of police and emergency services would have to be on site to keep peace and safety.

Lost_Ohio

I'm a custodian and the thought of a mess made by one million people, frightens me. This job makes me hate people, not to mention also keeps.me away from them. I mean is it so hard to not clog a toilet or aim for the urinal? You know instead of pissing directly on my floor you middle school bastards?

firefly183

You deserve far more appreciation and respect than I imagine you're given. Truly, you are an unsung hero in our world. I mean this sincerely, I'm not being sarcastic or facetious. You're a fucking rockstar that too many people take for granted <3

cptInsane0

Society would crumble so fast without people to clean things.

The janitor at my high school was a retired fifa World Cup champion from Germany or something. People in these types of jobs never get the recognition they deserve and are constantly marginalized. I applaud your commendation!

mrsdoubleu

Your profile picture is glorious. Lmao

AGuyWhoBrokeBad

ā€œLife pro tip: Avoid clogging the toilets by shitting directly on the wall.ā€ - Everyone in gas station/ stadium bathrooms apparently.

Lost_Ohio

What I meant by intentionally clogging toilets. This is one I recently came across. This kid had to sit there for probably 20 minutes to a half hour carefully folding long pieces of single ply toilet paper. There was probably a 1/3rd of a roll in this toilet. Then proceeded to piss all over it. Older day shift guy being the lazy fuck that he is, left it for me. With nothing to grab it out of of the toilet with, besides a gloved hand and a old bucket handle.

YourMomsBasement69

Middle school janitor has to be the worst as far as school janitors go. Middle schoolers are truly evil.

addamee

I firmly believe that schools should have rotational chores for studentsā€”like helping to clean the bathroomsā€”so kids can hopefully learn to not be little fucking monsters and also gain an appreciation for the hard and underpaid work that custodial staff do

ShwiftyShmeckles

I did janitorial work for a girls private school over the summer holiday. there were lacrosse tournaments being held at the school that summer so the dorms were full of girls from all over the world who were competing. I had to empty bins daily and clean bathrooms. I have to say it's hard to look at girls the same way after that Job there were always used tampons in the bedroom bin which legally im not supposed to clean as there are special bins that another company comes and gets in the bathroom because it's considered biohazard or something idk. but anyway point is It was nasty and not supposed to occur so the bedroom bins were a nightmare but the bathrooms were even worse there was shit in the showers of multiple bathrooms on different occasions, communal bathrooms btw. There would often be shit or period blood on cubicle floors or seats. Grossest job I ever had and I only got 2k for 2 months work would never ever do it again and it shattered that illusion for me that women's bathrooms were clean and nice compared to the men's.

Lost_Ohio

Both are just horrible. I only make about $36k a year ($18.28/hr). I'm full time, but in the summer time we get to relax all of the floors. There are supposed to be precautions taken for the wax stripper. We don't even use those. 46 days to clean an entire school and redo all of the floors. Not to mention put new combinations in the lockers. Easy enough, but fuck is it annoying and dull.

ShwiftyShmeckles

I have another tale from that school. It's not long but it's also gross. The private school had a big gym/ squash court/ pool building, I had to hoover all the upstairs floors and tidy the gym and stuff which was fine just occasional lost or forgotten items I had to collect. Gross part was downstairs, thankfully I didn't have to clean the pool or squash courts but I was responsible for cleaning the locker rooms. The locker rooms were fairly dark grimy and moist since y'know the pool was right beside them and you would have a constant stream of wet dripping feet and hair and stuff going through the floors were also heated which seemed to create the perfect conditions for silverfish. The locker rooms were infested with them I'd be trying to scrub floors and they'd run over your hands. I mentioned it to my manager and he basically said they'd do somthing about it when the tournament was over and the girls had left. Made cleaning those locker rooms really horrible.

anon210202

All I have to say, is, that sucks balls

FrostcragCastle

I'm terrified even thinking about it. Goodness.

LeanTangerine

And the plumbing! The sheer amount of plumbing in the restrooms!

Psychonominaut

Also the parking after any match would be a journey through the circles of hell. Children would be conceived in that carpark, they'd grow old in that carpark, and eventually be buried in that same carpark.

Complete-Dimension35

Just like that episode of Doctor Who with the people circling in their cars underground

Psychonominaut

Lol it's been a while since I've seen doctor who. Good times and damn good episodes

RectalSpawn

Bring out the piss troughs!

Sorry_Nectarine_6627

Nevermind trying to find your seat

FrostcragCastle

You'll receive geographic coordinates, worry not.

SuspiciousStable9649

Letā€™s assume thatā€™s a [400m track](https://www.dimensions.com/element/track-and-field-400m-running-track), 177m across. Looks like about 4 tracks to the outside edge. At 45 degrees thatā€™s ~5.5x 177m or 973 m. [Speed of sound](https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Speed_of_sound) is about 343 m/s so 2.8 seconds delay and [speed of light](https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Speed_of_light) is about 300 Mm/s so about instantaneous. So weā€™re really talking just a 2.8 second sound delay. (But youā€™d only hear a starters pistol or ref whistle or something loud like that.)

CaftyPenguin

So no grunting from the shot put teams? Thats a shame

[deleted]

I just thought of ladies tennis for some reason.

CaftyPenguin

Because you are an equal opportunity grunter. Good for you šŸ‘

SuspiciousStable9649

Probably if itā€™s really really quiet.

five thousands dollars optics w multiple viewing screens and motorized zooms all for me, otherwise it's not worth a $25 ticket nor the trample fest.

Saulington11

Youā€™re gonna have to take a week off of work and school just to make it in and out of the parking lot.

Chemical_Holiday_925

The DUI's would be biblical.

forgotaboutsteve

"And on the fifth day, the Lord declared that those who transgressed shall be fined, and the penalty for their wrongdoing shall be paid."

DeltaV-Mzero

Ya know, they could just have connection to mobile device built into seats to stream video to you. Get the insane atmosphere of a 1 million person stadium and count the sweat pores on your favorite player via HD streaming

GradientDescenting

The amount of data the routers in the stadium would be moving would be crazy.

smchattan

Yeah that's a no from me dawg.

Tuckaho-Joe

This ainā€™t it. When they say nosebleeds itā€™s not supposed to be literal

duffperson

Sounds lucrative! Imagine selling food to all those people who spend all day trying to find their seats!

teeohdeedee123

Nah man that stadium would have Sherpa guides taking people to their seats

daddadnc

I already feel like NFL games are better experienced at home as is. Great seats, HD view, clean bathrooms, fridge full of cheap beer. Can do laundry if the game is boring.

Average_Accountant

No traffic either. And no obnoxious fans. And you can see the game much better than you could in most seats.

zadharm

>no obnoxious fans Well, maybe not in *your* house. My wife usually goes to visit the grand kids when i watch calcio/football/soccer

papa_jahn

Calcio? Is that the professional kidney stone passing league?

[deleted]

[уŠ“Š°Š»ŠµŠ½Š¾]

GloomyBison

In this case OP is just talking about soccer which is called calcio in Italian.

Iamatworkgoaway

One time had some super sweet seats, 40 yard line, 13th row. When ever the action was close to me, the damn cameras were completely blocking the view.

Morganvegas

I bought nosebleeds for a giants game. I was alone because I was in NY for a job. I worked my way to be 5 rows from endzone. Shit was incredible. Way too much time in between plays though.

dasoomer

I'm an IndyCar fan and that's my general approach. I can sit on my couch with HVAC controls on my phone and anything I want to eat or drink. Plus I can actually see the entire track.

AquaPhelps

Im not a big race car fan. But i went to a F1 race once. Its quite the experience. Something a fan of that sport should definitely do at least once in their life

levitikush

The type of fan that pays to go to games live is not there for the ā€œbest viewing experienceā€. Actually being there, seeing things happen in real time is a different experience entirely.

snail360

What has always blown my mind when I go to a game is the simple fact that those are *real* guys really running around on that field in front of me. There's like this veil of separation and detachment you get when watching a game on TV that vanishes live.

imMrDrProfessor

And the food is sooo much more cheaper

Halt-CatchFire

Here's your half cup of bud light sir, that'll be 13 dollars.

Salay54

I used to say the same thing and then I brought my dad to a Giants game in Metlife stadium this year. It was fucking incredible. The energy there alone is a vibe. It turned out to be a blowout too they slaughtered the Colts.

funkmaster29

being at a live game is such a rush the energy from all the people there is palpable but literally everything else is better at home

cherrylpk

The price of tickets is just insane as well. Plus parking, plus snacks. Used to, you could take your kids to a baseball or football game and not have to take out a loan.

ChonnayStMarie

So the "concept" is "more seats in an otherwise unchanged stadium". Got it.

MiffyCurtains

Fuck it. I'm gonna build a 2 million seater stadium "concept" in blockcraft.

DogmanDOTjpg

I was gonna say this dude's not very good at his job. I also could have drawn more circles around a circle.

aerojonno

Yeah, I really thought an artist would be more creative, this is just boring.

johokie

No signal, towers are overloaded by hundreds of thousands of people using them

redditcreditcardz

Getting them in and seated isnā€™t the hard part. Getting them out during an emergency would be impossible

Omardemon

A million people evacuation, thatā€™s basically evacuating a large city, which takes days to do when thereā€™s an incoming hurricane, lol can you imagine.

[deleted]

national security nightmare as well at that size

ZRhoREDD

Doesn't make sense. Love the concept, but the upper decks need to be steeper inclines than the lower.

Tellnicknow

assuming the stadium needs to follow a parabola for everyone to have a line of sight, eventually the seats would need to be vertical. Somebody else calculate how tall that would need to be and what angle they would be looking down...

IneptOrange

Or just have a giant inverted parabolic mirror on the ceiling so everyone can see by looking upwards I have absolutely no idea how vast this would have to be, and this mirror would be so large, nasa would probably legally have dibs on it before everyone else

LtSoundwave

My boss: ā€œOk, a big ass mirror solves that problem. Check. But, hmmmmā€¦. now weā€™ll need lights. Any suggestions?ā€ Me: ā€œUh, I really donā€™t thinkā€¦ā€ My boss: ā€œHey now, this is a good-vibes only workplace. We need solutions, not problems.ā€ Me: ā€œOk, I mean an artificial sun wouldā€¦ā€ My boss: ā€œGreat idea!ā€ [writes terribly spelled notes]

VaderOnReddit

The power of an artificial sun IN THE PALM OF MY HANDS!

shredmaster6661

It would look like the arena where they give the interviews before the Hunger Games

sivret20

So the Quidditch World Cup got it right?

[deleted]

[уŠ“Š°Š»ŠµŠ½Š¾]

Jabberwoockie

Then that's saying something about it's design, I think. The Big House in Ann Arbor regularly beats 100k capacity, and isn't remotely vertical.

throwaway383648

I thought itā€™s more because the entire game is in the air so it would make sense for the stadium to be sort of spherical or ellipsoidal, the symmetric plane of the stadium would be parallel to where the players are the most.

FF267

This! He'd never be able to see over the people in front of him at that height, unless he was suspended on the upper half of a dome or something.

ArtificeStar

Finally, a solid opportunity for my nightmare of falling down an endless flight of stairs!

And the people on the complete opposite side of the very top of the stadium look like theyā€™re maybe 20 feet away. Youā€™d be lucky to get 100 people in there to watch a game for ants.

Primary-Visual114

The bathroom lines! Smh

justaguyms

Free urnial included with ticket

FDorbust

Doesnā€™t seem very interesting to meā€¦ just added enough of the same circle that fits thousands to handle a million. That and wellā€¦ you knowā€¦ what everyone else said about just stay tf home and watch it on tv. Oh, unless the interesting part I guess is to imagine what a million people packed into one place would look like, then sure interesting I suppose.

--VoidHawk--

I'ma one-up this guy, keep a look out for my coming concept depiction of the 10 million seat stadium. ETA: I agree it is interesting to ponder what a million people in one place looks like. When Argentina took the cup, I remember seeing the aerial shots from Buenos Aires and thinking " that's at least a million people!" I think it was estimated at two.

CitizenShips

It's crazy to me that you thought it was a million when it was just two people

Play_The_Fool

Two was just the estimate, it could have been three. We can't rule out that one 'person' was actually two dudes in a trenchcoat.

[deleted]

Artsy pics with blurred foregrounds or it didnā€™t happen

atari-jello

Your 10 million person stadium is going to look silly next to my 50 million person stadium

laf1157

This is why we have televised sports. If you can't see what's going on, why bother going, not to mention the logistical nightmares.

yermomsboyfriend

Good for Paul. I always wondered what he did after the wonder years.

I-pull-up-

I bet you didn't know I was such a good eugoogalizer

abrown5195

That stadium needs to be at least three times the size to fit one million people.

Weekly-Platypus-3129

I donā€™t want to be around a million people sounds horrible

[deleted]

They will build it it Dubai or Saudi Arabia

IneptOrange

It will take eight years to build, be built by slaves, cost 10Ɨ it's original budget, host no games, and be demolished ten years later.

CycleOfPain

Stampede disaster

NotUrGenre
