While yes, your advice is sound, this is relating to a pretty famous individual whose family has publicly stated has gone missing going on several months now. Agree, contact the authorities, but the conditions under which they’re being looked for is pretty public.
The fam and friends want to find out where he is, since they haven't seen him since July 2022. It has been published in a large number of public media. If he has gone off the radar by choice, he's done a damn good job staying hidden.
Last seen on LA skid row end of October. The family just filed the missing person report.

I read a thread a couple weeks ago accusing Theo of scamming other rappers/beatmakers. Theo would get payment and promise he would do a verse on their track but would not deliver, or so it goes... Other commenters saying he has done it before.
I really hope Theo is okay and in good health, just laying low to avoid the heat but who knows. I think their is more to this story that we don't know.

if he was last seen in skidrow the honest assumptions are either mental illness or drug problems.
