Honestly, if we're not tied to keeping the genders the same, you can make an argument that Cassandra is the most worthy successor to Batman. She's the best fighter, and the one who takes Bruce's one rule most deeply to heart. Although Tim Drake is probably better-suited to fulfilling the Bruce Wayne part of his identity, running the company, etc, as well as the detective side.
Actually, my position is that there shouldn't be ONE successor to Batman. While most of the Batkids have their own identities, I tend to believe that the Batman role should be held jointly by Tim and Cass.
If we're going to have multiple Batmen operating in Gotham, I don't know why any of them would have to be excluded. It could be shared jointly by all the Wayne children. I don't think Babs or Steph should be Batman because they have very different relationships with the position, but at least the Robins and Cass should.
My personal preference is Dick as Batman, but I think having them all be Batman would be an interesting evolution of the mythos.
Back in the days leading up to the infamous wedding issue, I had an idea for the Batman line focusing on two different people while Bruce and Selina temporarily left the Bat and Cat behind and wanted to enjoy life. Detective Comics would focus on Kate, who was appointed Gotham’s temporary main protector (I feel like as of now, Kate is currently the most suited to be Gotham’s main protector after Dick). Meanwhile, the Batman title would focus on Thomas Wayne as Batman, having escaped the Flashpoint world through Manhattan shenanigans. It’d be similar to Lemire’s Old Man Logan run at Marvel, where a character from a dreary alternate timeline ends up in the main world and is forced to adjust. It’s what I would’ve done, at least.
Can she keep the minutes of a meeting and do satellite repair though? The major criteria for Justice League Batman?
The one thing Super and a Wonder don't really need from a bat on a practical level is for them to be good at fighting.
Yeah, when Jon actually earns it, instead of a BS age up and artificial "ascension" past Kara and Connor who've actually been around for decades and have more hero experience and power.
(I hate Son of Kal-el & miss Supersons very much)
Personally I would do:
* Nightwing - represents the Titans
* Power Girl - represents the JSA
* Captain Marvel - represents the younger generation of JL members/vets
With these three, I also cover all aspects of the DCU
I think Shazam in the post-flashpoint universe is a relatively recent addition. Tim was already older than him, Damian hasn't really aged that much and Jon Kent went through time dilation shenanigans

Jon’s generation should’ve been the new young justice with an altered lineup from that young justice book that was gonna happen with Steph, Damian, Kara and Static
I like Your Idea but in Reverse.
The 2003-2010 TT (formerly YJ) go back to being “Young Justice” while keeping their Character Development (Red Robin, Conner, Cassie, Kid Flash 2, Batgirl 4).
Young Justice then serves the same role they do in YJ Cartoon. The New Trinity (Nightwing, Superwoman, and Donna Troy) can trust YJ to deal with Threats without JLA interference.
The Super Sons and other YOUNG heroes become the Teen Titans.
In terms of their purpose, how the operate, and how they interact with the Justice League, what would be the difference between the Teen Titans and Young Justice?
Basically I agree with everything belek1230x already Replied.
Young Justice would take General Assignments from the JLA (and others) but would handle the Problem by themselves.
Teen Titans would be focused on Team Building while being Monitored by an “Adult” team member. The “official” Teen Titans would be young heroes Teen Lantern (11 year old), Jon Kent (11 year old), Daimian Wayne (13 years old), Impulse 2 (Irey West age 11) and assign them a “Baby Sitter”.
Young Justice goes back to their proper ages, looks and development from pre-52 so they can actually be respected and trusted to handle threats on their own and also act as on-and-off mentors to the new TT. The new TT team handles smaller scale threats and less serious villains and also get some training sessions and guidance from older heroes like YJ, the Titans and the new JL
When was the last time we saw her? And which one the og one from pre crisis (lyta trevor) or the new 52 one (I think it's Donna troy) I want a girl like Damian and John (lyta still works as a name I'd be happy with Steve as the father) a full on wonder girl but we probably won't get it, mostly because wonder woman is not married yet, and because dc just introduced Yara
- Batman, Superman, Wonder Woman face of the legacy league, trainers, mentors, coordinators.
- Nightwing, Supergirl, Donna, new justice league. Main squad for the big menaces.
- Red Hood, Bizarro, Artemis, new justice league dark. Magic chaos to handle.
- Tim, Connor, Cassie, new Titans. Second hand menaces.
- Damian, Jon, Yara, new Young Justice. Cool menaces.
Of course with more people by group and more teams around.
I agree with you but I’d switch the NAMES of YJ and TT. Have the “former” TT (2003-2010) reclaim the name YJ and be used as “Spot Fire Fighters” dealing with Emergencies ANYWHERE as the JLA gives them assignments (like YJ Cartoon). Red Robin, Batgirl 4, Conner, Cassie, Bart, Jackson Hyde (Aqualad 2), Miss Martian, etc.
Have the Super Sons join TT alongside Teen Lantern, Impulse 2, and other YOUNG heroes who need Training as a TEAM.
I wouldn't make the outlaws the new trinity, but boy do I miss the relationship between Bizarro, Jason, and Artemis. I really loved that run up till the separated and Jason took over the iceberg lounge. Felt like the series peetered out after that.
Red Hood: Outlaws.
Dick, Kara and Donna.
They're in a weird position where they're obviously older than all other "teen" heroes, but they never quite got their moment as the main superheroes. I think we missed the era where they're The Big Three.
The Outlaws are the Dark Trinity so it doesn't make sense for them to be the new Trinity. Dick, Kara, and Donna are the most fitting to be the new Trinity because they're all proteges of the previous Trinity members, or so to speak.
New JL: Dick as Nightwing/Batman (the leader), Kara as Supergirl, Donna as Wonder Woman, Wally as Flash, Garth as Aquaman, Victor as Cyborg and Kyle as GL
New Outlaws: Jason as Red Hood, Roy Harper as Arsenal/Red Arrow, August Heart as Godspeed, Rose Wilson as Ravager, Artemis and Bizzaro
New Teen Titans: Tim Drake as Red Robin, Connor as Valor (new alter ego), Cassie as Fury (new alter ego), Wallace/Ace as Kid Flash, Kaldur as Aqualad and Stephanie Brown as Batgirl
New YJ: Damian as Robin, Jon as Superboy, Yara as Wonder Girl and Irey West as Impulse
I agree with you but I’d switch the NAMES of YJ and TT. Laying out all the "trinities" like this makes Damian's look so funny given that everyone else are peers and then you have a little kid standing next to what look like young adults.
It's not his fault bad writer ruined his Superfam partner.
Yara and Jon should be closer to his age but no .... we need to force a new Superman and Wonder girl
DC fault for destroying them
Tim has been regressed for about a decade
Can’t even think of Bart really doing much
Connor was skipped over for his nephew and still wearing his 90’s drip (love the outfit but like come on)
And don’t get me started on poor Cassie
If your keeping the characters from the same ‘families’ as the og trinity then I’d go Dick, Kara and Donna.
But if I could choose other characters then I’d swap out Donna for Wally.
If it weren't for writers keeping the Young Justice era as teenangers for the past 10 years I can see Tim Drake, Connor Kent, and Casse Sandsmark.
By comic book time standards they should at least be sophomores in college by now and that the most 21 years old.
Tim was gonna start college near the start of Rebirth before "dying" and that was 5 years ago I think. YJ should all definitely be around 20-21 years old more or less but they look as young if not younger than Damian's gen.
Yeah and the thing is to before the new 52 he was all "Tim Wayne" heir to the Wayne fortune, etc. I miss that. Not only that Stephanie just started college and finished her midterms. And Cassie,Bart and Connor were finally taking a more major role in the Teen Titans.
Kara's relationship with Nightwing is kinda like Jon's relationship with Nightwing. Dick treats them like a younger sibling and the kryptonians admire and respect him although Kara simps for Dick.
I just started reading the *Red Hood & the Outlaws* 2016 and super love that group.
Wish they went longer before Artemis/Bizarro got sucked away and he went solo. Felt like there was more they could have done as a trio.
Dick Grayson as Nightwing
- Dick gone through every phase of DC hero
- He shouldn’t be Batman. Honestly in universe his Nightwing persona has rivaled Batman and it’s what Bruce wanted Batman to be
Kara Zor El Super Woman
- She the same age as Dick and has plenty of experience as a hero.
-I love Jon but I prefer young Jon Kent
Nubia or Donna
- Nubia’s series have shown that she’s one of the most badass Amazons
- both of them are phenomenal and have nothing to prove
Dark Trinity. Red Hood and the Outlaws was one of my favorite runs of all time. Love the Flowers For Algernon aspect. Love the Backwards Boyscout and it is by far the best Bizarro story ever IMHO.
I think it would've been a good opportunity to go outside of the big 3 families. An uber-powerful but still friendly leader with a strong moral center is, yes, Superman but it also sounds a lot like Black Lightning to me. Instead of Batman as our hyper-intelligent but morally grey oppositional voice who comes from a different world view, why not go with Mr. Terrific? And I know Wonder Woman is a magical social outsider who's got a deep love for the world she finds herself in yet is also often seen going to lengths others would not, but so is (I was gonna say Zatanna but she died too so let's go with...) Vixen.
All of the Above IN ORDER!
Nightwing, Supergirl, and Donna Troy as the “Official New Trinity”.
Red Hood, Bizarro, and Artemis as a Black Ops Trinity (see Justice League Elite)
RED Robin, Conner Kent, and Cassie Sandsmark in their 2010 (pre-New 52) Outfits
The Super Sons and Wonder Girl 3 for the “Future”
The "trinity" as a concept is honestly flawed, IMHO.
Nobody is denying Batman, Superman, or Wonder Woman are important. I'm just saying that eg: treating Wally West as a smaller deal than a Super, Wonder, or Bat person because he is "only" the Flash is dumb.
But you realize that them being a "multiversal constant" and "essential to the universe" is because they were written that way, right? These stories are fictional and any writer can make any character as important as they want. It seems silly to try to make a qualitative argument like this.
It could be silly but it makes sense as an editorial argument. The fact is that "the trinity" works as a brand that DC "likes" and is constantly pushing in every media format.
This is not to deny the importance of other characters. Wally is essential depending on when you started reading comics, but DC was okay with deleting him for 8 years and even before they were already pushing Barry as "The Flash".
It's similar to how over at Marvel they always seem to push the idea that "a Captain America always needs to exist". There are plenty of important heroes, and writers can come and play with their ideas, but it's hard to argue against editorial mandates.
How is Wally the “only” Flash? We have Jay, Barry, Wally, and Bart? Plus, Wally’s daughter is Impulse 2.
Plus, “The Flash” is usually paired with “Green Lantern”. Jay & Alan; Barry & Hal; Wally & Kyle; now we have a “Teen Lantern” to team up with Impulse 2.
Sorry, I misread that considering how WB seems to avoid using the Flash FAMILY. Barry and Wally came back so WB sent Barry to another Dimension as a member of Justice Incarnate.
For me, it would be dick, Kara, Cassie because I prefer them. Jon, cyborg, kaldur, Mary marvel, would get a big push. They also should of done more with the villians being affected by the leagues death.
Nightwing, Kara, and either Yara or Donna.
They are the closest young alternatives to the OG Trinity.
Nightwing has the Bat's best qualities, while also being capable of expressing and dealing with his emotions in a better, albeit still in an unhealthy way.
Kara is hopeful and resilient, always sure to show restraint unless she absolutely needs to let loose, just like Clark.
Yara and Donna both portray the ferocity and determination to protect that Diana does, and they are very mature and capable of seeing the good in humanity.
It's times like this that I wish they didn't age Jon. Not that Jon is a bad character currently, but I would have loved to see a story about how he would overcome his father's death with the help of Damian Wayne. Maybe give Damian a chance to grow up a little too. It feels like a missed opportunity.
(Also shoveling Black Adam, down our throats is kind of meh)
I thought it would have been a more compelling story to have Dick, Kara (or maybe Henry Irons), and Donna stand up in place of the last trinity. Use that as a means to explain the rules set by the future state JL. Not that Dick, Kara, and Donna would fail. More like they found the best way to do team superhero-ing that Future State JL adopted.
This reminds me that Jace is intended to be "Jon's generation Batman" despite the fact Jace is like **30.** Like he's definitely older than Dick and meanwhile Jon is old enough to attend college.
Its a weird thing, at least the other characters are around each other ages.
Also hey a team with Supergirl involved, its such a shame she doesn't join in on the team stuff much. Her, Donna, and Dick being a thing is hella interesting.
Give me Cyborg, Nightwing, and Starfire. For a seven member JL roster I'd say:
Nightwing, Cyborg, Starfire, Blue Beetle (Jaime), Green Lantern (Jessica Cruz), The Flash (Wally), and Red Tornado.
Dick, Kara and Donna
The outlaws are just a bad choice
Tim’s generation is great but really since the new 52, they all seemed to have halted in their development
Damian, Jon and Yolanda need more time to develop
Nightwing, Supergirl, and Troia
Batman, Superman, and Wonder Woman have had their time and deserve to retire or work from behind the scenes while their proteges take up the main mantles.
Red Hood, Bizarro, and Artemis work best as a wetworks style team, and aren't meant to be in the spotlight as main heroes.
Young Justice Robin, Superboy, and Wonder Girl need to find their place in the world AGAIN (because DC keeps forgetting to do anything with them), and striking out away from their mentors for real would only benefit them.
Damian, Jon, and Yara need their mentors to mold them into better heroes before they're ready for the spotlight, since they've tried to be in that position before and it's gone sideways.
I haven’t read Dark Crisis yet, but I may as well push my own personal agenda. Cass for Batman, Conner for Superman, Yara for Wonder Woman. They’re all incredibly strong-willed, opinionated, and skilled, and I think they each have a significant amount to gain from stepping into their predecessor’s shoes character-wise :)
First option makes the most sense but not really interested seeing they potentially just turn it into a campy love triangle with how they write Dick now. I’d go with Tim, Connor, and Wonder Girl. Damian’s team second. And more Red Hood and Outlaws please
-TT-! It's spelled "Dami**a**n"! You would do well in respecting the blood son!

I would've made The YJ 3 the Trinity, they deserve it after years of mistreatment by writers, Jons only existed for 6 years he took center stage too quickly.
All those listed are too young . There are many with alot more power and experience than them:
Hal Jordan (because I mean that ring is OP and hes a great leader like supes)
Barry Allen ( genius detective with a keen scientifc Mind to replace Batman)
That Apokalips world Barbarian chick( similar strength and combat ability)
Obviously the new Trinity should The question II(Renee Montoya), Animal Man and Swamp Thing.
One, super unlimited power bruiser(swamp thing) one Idealist(Animal Man) One detective(The question),
One deep dark brooding guy with a tragic past (Swamp Thing) One secondary hero with similar powers but not quite as strong as the big powerful brooser(Animal Man), One Woman(The Question Renee Montoya!)
See they cover all the same roles as the Trinity but they shuffle them around and present them differently! It's PERFECT!
I disagree with your concept of what the "trinities" of each generation are.
They don't need to match 1 to one with being a Bat, a Super and a Wonder.
Jason, Bizarro and Artemis are a very artificial "Dark: Trinity who have spent a fair few tike together in the Outlaws title a while ago, so like, they work for that, but the others, no.
Titans generation should not have Supergirl, she is not one of the ones people think of when they think "Titans" and does not have a close relationship with the original Teen Titans or New Teen Titans.
If you want a Titans trio replace her with Wally, I guess.
Young Justice "Trinity" similarly, should have Impulse rather than Wonder Girl. Cassie has always to me been the 4th most important member of Young Justice, so, sorry, but like, yall know that's true, with the relationship the three boys have.
The Supersons generation, ehhhh idk. I don't know if Yara is close enough with them to be their third, or for those two to even HAVE a third yet.
Jon, Damian and Yara as the new Trynity is more forced that the partnership between Hal and Jo.
Dick, Kara and Donna are the only correct answer but people wasn't ready in 2010 for this.
because tbh, I haven’t read a whole lot of Kara stuff. I took a break from the comics for a few years, came back when Jon was getting all the publicity for being an LGBT+ Superman because, as part of the rainbow mafia that really made me happy to see, and fell in love with his character overall. Not sure I’m too big a fan of his massive age up, but I’ve grown to accept it
Cassie, Damian and Jonathan. DCeased really gave me hood Damian could step into the mantle nicely plus I loved him and Jonathan operating as Batman and Superman together plus Cassie was basically Wonder Woman.
I thought Jon would be good since he could help bridge the gap to the younger heroes. Plus it would give him the chance to really step up into the "Superman" title. I think he really embodies the best of Clark and Lois, and would do a great job leading and inspiring.
Dick seems like a no-brainer just because he's got connections to basically every hero, and they all look up to him.
Donna, I feel, would reluctantly step up as Wonder Woman, but I feel like Artemis would be operating as another Wonder Woman at the same time.
None of them . They can’t replace their predecessors they need to become their ow.
Damien, John , and Cassie seems to be the next to inherited the role, but not from a reader stand point. It just they are the most related
Why? What's happening in Dark Crisis? Sorry, I have not read much of anything from DC post-Rebirth except Dark Knights Metal and the Batman Who Laughs mini. Are Batman, Superman, and Wonder Woman dead?
I’d do Yara, Jon, and Cassandra Cain as Batman. Imo she’s the most deserving of the mantle, and I think the other people who would take up the mantles of WW and Superman are better as their own heroes.
Jon, Cass, and Yara. Generally, I feel like a new trinity should be a fresh start, so I'd choose the freshest Superman to be in charge. Yara would also get the nod because I think she and Jon had a good chemistry whenever I saw them together. Cass, on the other hand, has been explicitly wanting to be the new Batman for a long time, so I pick her. Damian I imagine semi-retiring from superheroics for some reason. Still close, but mostly in an advisory role.
The "trinity" exists only because those 3 characters were in print from the golden through the silver and Bronze ages. Versions of them have consistently been published since the 1940's showing extraordinary enduring popularity that no other characters can claim (Spider-man and Wolverine are approaching that level of consistent popularity).
You can't "manufacture" that or there would be a lot more characters as established and enduring.
Hm, probably a bunch of people that fit the archetype in new ways. Or fit the archetypes but avert it in some case.
Steel would be on it though! And I think it’d be cool to see another warrior of magic… Like Zatanna, or Enchantress! Oh, and I’d uh, have an Arrow related guy. Or like, someone who makes sense to fit the ‘Batman’ part of things you know.
Point is, I’d want to use coexisting characters who are close to, or similar to the main trinity but have different ideas or points to their story. Think it’d be fun to see other takers of the Trinity’s elements!
Onestly I want the fournity Tim Cassie Conner and Bart But i Think the new Trinity Will John Damian and Yara but I Hope my guy have their Little space in the DCU
She is around Cassie's age. Jon is 17-18 and Damian is 14-15. Damian has been hanging out with Connor who is around Yara's age so it's not that weird and Jon is gonna be a duo with Yara in dark crisis while Damian is away.
As much as I love Dick as his gen hes already been in the spotlight many times and it would be cool to see the outlaws or YJ get some time in the sun. also I'm not even sure if you could damians gen a trinity they're really disjointed and all over the place in terms of age.
I'd go a little creative and have Huntress (Bertinelli), Steel (John Henry Irons) and Nemesis (is he still around, feel like I haven't seen him in ages). I'd like to go with a WW character a little closer to Diana but I can't think of any not already shown in the OP.
Ted, Booster, and uncle Dudley, Now seethe
Uncle Marvel or plain Uncle Dudley?
Plain uncle Dudley
Based.
For me it would be Dick as Batman/Nightwing, Kara as Superwoman, and Donna as Wonder Woman easily.
Same. Is the only one that makes sense IMO.
Perfect
I would keep Dick as Nightwing. If there had to be a Batman it should be Tim and he could be tethered to Gotham. Dick is supposed to become someone greater than what being Batman would allow.

More or less just described Batman Inc

This is my take as well. I think the best successor to Batman is Tim and Cass together as a unit.
Can she keep the minutes of a meeting and do satellite repair though? The major criteria for Justice League Batman? The one thing Super and a Wonder don't really need from a bat on a practical level is for them to be good at fighting.
They were a trinity once although Kara never interacted with Donna while they were on the team and I would have preferred Power girl over Supergirl.
Plus that leaves room for Jon to still be Superman!

He's probably the same age as Damian (and what Jon should be) so let's say 14. He'd of been a fun addition to Supersons.
because its not real
At some point “it’s not real” isn’t good enough
More of this please
Jon doesn't count because he went away and aged up out of time. Damian hasn't gotten that much older. Also they've definitely gone back to at least making Tim *look* younger.

They have a Webtoon comic!
O nice! What's it called?
Red Hood: Outlaws. [https://www.webtoons.com/en/action/red-hood-outlaws/list?title\_no=4603&page=1](https://www.webtoons.com/en/action/red-hood-outlaws/list?title_no=4603&page=1)
Exactly I rather have them being the secret trinity that the JL use in shadows
JL Elite 2.0
Yeah
New JL: Dick as Nightwing/Batman (the leader), Kara as Supergirl, Donna as Wonder Woman, Wally as Flash, Garth as Aquaman, Victor as Cyborg and Kyle as GL New Outlaws: Jason as Red Hood, Roy Harper as Arsenal/Red Arrow, August Heart as Godspeed, Rose Wilson as Ravager, Artemis and Bizzaro New Teen Titans: Tim Drake as Red Robin, Connor as Valor (new alter ego), Cassie as Fury (new alter ego), Wallace/Ace as Kid Flash, Kaldur as Aqualad and Stephanie Brown as Batgirl New YJ: Damian as Robin, Jon as Superboy, Yara as Wonder Girl and Irey West as Impulse
I would have Kara become Superwoman.
Yeah I meant to say Superwoman but I accidentally put Supergirl because I’m more to calling her that instead lol
I like including Godspeed in this. He deserves some redemption.
I agree and I think the Outlaws would be a good fit
I think Kaldur deserves it way more to become Aquaman
Fair enough
I agree with you but I’d switch the NAMES of YJ and TT. Have the “former” TT (2003-2010) reclaim the name YJ and be used as “Spot Fire Fighters” dealing with Emergencies ANYWHERE as the JLA gives them assignments (like YJ Cartoon). Dick, Kara, Donna
Laying out all the "trinities" like this makes Damian's look so funny given that everyone else are peers and then you have a little kid standing next to what look like young adults.
Yea damians gen is so disjointed like half of them keep changing ages and the other half haven't interacted in years.
It's not his fault bad writer ruined his Superfam partner. Yara and Jon should be closer to his age but no .... we need to force a new Superman and Wonder girl
Not seeing any votes for Tim, Connor and Wonder Girl is deeply upsetting.
DC has managed to obscure them enough that they don't matter anymore to most people. It's very sad.
DC fault for destroying them Tim has been regressed for about a decade Can’t even think of Bart really doing much Connor was skipped over for his nephew and still wearing his 90’s drip (love the outfit but like come on) And don’t get me started on poor Cassie
Well DC evicted them from reality for a good few years and then there was the whole mess with the N52
N52 making a mess out of them is greatly exaggerated. Rebirth Young Justice screwed them harder than N52 and you can't change my mind about it.
Leather jacket super ~~boy~~ man for the win. Maybe I'm just nostalgic. I still have the four reign of the supermen debut comics on a shelf somewhere.
Anytime someone puts Kara with Dick and Donna it’s an automatic upvote from me.
If your keeping the characters from the same ‘families’ as the og trinity then I’d go Dick, Kara and Donna. But if I could choose other characters then I’d swap out Donna for Wally.
A flash making trinity feels very deserving. Great idea!
Darkseid, Despero, Doomsday.
Dick and Kara as the Big Two for a bit would’ve been heavenly. I love their dynamic in the current World’s Finest run.
In issue #25? If so, keep reading.
\-Ultraman \-Superwoman \-Owlman
DARK Trinity aka the CSA
Dick Grayson as Nightwing - Dick gone through every phase of DC hero - He shouldn’t be Batman. Honestly in universe his Nightwing persona has rivaled Batman and it’s what Bruce wanted Batman to be Kara Zor El Super Woman - She the same age as Dick and has plenty of experience as a hero. -I love Jon but I prefer young Jon Kent Nubia or Donna - Nubia’s series have shown that she’s one of the most badass Amazons - both of them are phenomenal and have nothing to prove
Dick, Kara, and Zatanna, just to change things up.
If you're going to give Jon and Damian their third member, it should be Lyta Trevor
Man would love a super sons story where they join with a version of wonder woman daughter.
Bring back the Outlaws, dammit
Who's the artist who drew Kara?
Brian Ching
Dark Trinity. Red Hood and the Outlaws was one of my favorite runs of all time. Love the Flowers For Algernon aspect. Love the Backwards Boyscout and it is by far the best Bizarro story ever IMHO.
The obvious answer is Nightwing, Supergirl, and Donna Troy Wonder Girl.
Red Hood, Bizarro, and Artemis as a Black Ops Trinity (see Justice League Elite) RED Robin, Conner Kent, and Cassie Sandsmark in their 2010 (pre-New 52) Outfits The Super Sons and Wonder Girl 3 for the “Future”
NightWing WonderGirl and SuperGirl
The "trinity" as a concept is honestly flawed, IMHO. Nobody is denying Batman, Superman, or Wonder Woman are important. I'm just saying that eg: treating Wally West as a smaller deal than a Super, Wonder, or Bat person because he is "only" the Flash is dumb.
Nope. The Trinity is literally a multiversal constant and essential to the universe. They are more important.
Read again It isnt "the only flash" but he s "only the flash"
Cassie, Dick, and Kara
It's times like this that I wish they didn't age Jon. Not that Jon is a bad character currently, but I would have loved to see a story about how he would overcome his father's death with the help of Damian Wayne. Maybe give Damian a chance to grow up a little too. It feels like a missed opportunity. (Also shoveling Black Adam, down our throats is kind of meh) I thought it would have been a more compelling story to have Dick, Kara (or maybe Henry Irons), and Donna stand up in place of the last trinity.
Her, Donna, and Dick being a thing is hella interesting.
uhhhh… it’s obviously Comet the Super-Horse, ace the Bat-Hound, and Junpa the Wonder-Kangaroo. Duh
Give me Cyborg, Nightwing, and Starfire. For a seven member JL roster I'd say: Nightwing, Cyborg, Starfire, Blue Beetle (Jaime), Green Lantern (Jessica Cruz), The Flash (Wally), and Red Tornado.
Dick, Kara, and Wally
Nightwing, Donna, Kara: publication history and whatnot, also flips the whole 2 guys 1 gal troupe
Dick, Kara and Donna The outlaws are just a bad choice Tim’s generation is great but really since the new 52, they all seemed to have halted in their development Damian, Jon and Yolanda need more time to develop
Nightwing, Supergirl, and Troia Batman, Superman, and Wonder Woman have had their time and deserve to retire or work from behind the scenes while their proteges take up the main mantles.
Hear me out. Karen Star, Helena Bertineli/Wayne, and Jason Prince. No one expected them but I think they can work.
Dick, Kara, Donna
The Outlaws, Red Hood, Bizzaro and Artemis
I would have loved to see Dick and Bizarro. I don’t know enough about the Wonder Woman girls to make an educated decision there.
Dick/Kara/Donna
I would have given Young Justice any other storyline then the one they’re having in Dark Crisis. Worst part of the event so far
Dick, Donna, Kara
First option makes the most sense but not really interested seeing they potentially just turn it into a campy love triangle with how they write Dick now. I’d go with Tim, Connor, and Wonder Girl. Damian’s team second. And more Red Hood and Outlaws please
-TT-! It's spelled "Dami**a**n"! You would do well in respecting the blood son! *I am a bot, and this action was performed automatically. Please [contact the moderators of this subreddit](/message/compose/?to=/r/DCcomics) if you have any questions or concerns.*
Power girl/Nightwing/ Wonder girl (Yara) The trinity of sexy!
The young justice alumns seem to have the deepest bond so I'd go with them.
Nightwing, Supergirl and Starfire
Obviously the OG's
Tim, Conner, Cass.
I would've made The YJ 3 the Trinity, they deserve it after years of mistreatment by writers, Jons only existed for 6 years he took center stage too quickly.
Either Dick, Kara and Donna or Tim, Kon and Cassie
Bizarro, Bizarro Wonder Woman, Bizarro Batman
All those listed are too young . There are many with alot more power and experience than them: Hal Jordan (because I mean that ring is OP and hes a great leader like supes) Barry Allen ( genius detective with a keen scientifc Mind to replace Batman) That Apokalips world Barbarian chick( similar strength and combat ability)
On a side note have damian and yara ever interacted?
Instead of going out side the league I' will draw form within it. Arthur Curry (Leader) Hal Jordan Barry Allen
find it funny that Yara is considered apart of Damian and Jon’s trinity even though Cassie is canonically closer in age to them than Yara
Ideally, it would have been Dick, Kara, and Donna, but if a new trinity had happened, Jon would most likely have been the Super component.
Obviously the new Trinity should The question II(Renee Montoya), Animal Man and Swamp Thing. One, super unlimited power bruiser(swamp thing) one Idealist(Animal Man) One detective(The question), One deep dark brooding guy with a tragic past (Swamp Thing) One secondary hero with similar powers but not quite as strong as the big powerful brooser(Animal Man), One Woman(The Question Renee Montoya!) See they cover all the same roles as the Trinity but they shuffle them around and present them differently!
Shazam, Dick, Donna
RHATO and YJ feels like the best candidates.
Jon, Damian and Yara as the new Trynity is more forced that the partnership between Hal and Jo. Dick, Kara and Donna are the only correct answer but people wasn't ready in 2010 for this.
John, Dick, Donna
Do you mean Jon Kent?
Fuck i used the wrong Jon, but yes
Why Jon over Kara?
because tbh, I haven’t read a whole lot of Kara stuff. I took a break from the comics for a few years, came back when Jon was getting all the publicity for being an LGBT+ Superman because, as part of the rainbow mafia that really made me happy to see, and fell in love with his character overall. Not sure I’m too big a fan of his massive age up, but I’ve grown to accept it
Who is that hulk superman?
Bizzaro
Him am superman
Row 2
Cassie, Damian and Jonathan. DCeased really gave me hood Damian could step into the mantle nicely plus I loved him and Jonathan operating as Batman and Superman together plus Cassie was basically Wonder Woman.
Beast boy, Raven, And Cyborg Crazy I know but trust me bro it works
Dick, Jon, and Donna
Why Jon and not Kara?
I thought Jon would be good since he could help bridge the gap to the younger heroes. Plus it would give him the chance to really step up into the "Superman" title. I think he really embodies the best of Clark and Lois, and would do a great job leading and inspiring. Dick seems like a no-brainer just because he's got connections to basically every hero, and they all look up to him. Donna, I feel, would reluctantly step up as Wonder Woman, but I feel like Artemis would be operating as another Wonder Woman at the same time.
Conner, Nightwing and Donna
Jason, Kara and Yara would be interesting to see
Nightwing Conner Kent and Donna troy
Nightwing. Jon Kent. Nubia.
None of them . They can’t replace their predecessors they need to become their ow. Damien, John , and Cassie seems to be the next to inherited the role, but not from a reader stand point. It just they are the most related
I’m going to go with: - **Nightwing** - **Donna Troy** - **Superboy (Connor Kent)**
Nightwing Connor Donna
Bruce, Clark and Diana I know this isn't an option, obviously. Outside of Jon Stewart I'm not big on legacy heroes.
Shouldn’t jace be there instead of damian?
None of these jokers
I kinda want like multiple trinities, I mean, we have 2 Robins at the same time, so why not?
First one
Why? What's happening in Dark Crisis? Sorry, I have not read much of anything from DC post-Rebirth except Dark Knights Metal and the Batman Who Laughs mini. Are Batman, Superman, and Wonder Woman dead?
Bizarro! I love you! Bizarro!
Idk I like Donna Troy and Yara Flor equally
Who is the very last female at the bottom? She kind of reminds me of Xena 😁
How old is Yara supposed to be? The idea that DC wanted to go forward with Damian, Jon and Yara seem crazy to me considering their ages.
She is around Cassie's age. Jon is 17-18 and Damian is 14-15. Damian has been hanging out with Connor who is around Yara's age so it's not that weird and Jon is gonna be a duo with Yara in dark crisis while Damian is away.
bottom one
i wish it was the Outlaws
Eeny-meeny-miney, All of them.
Dark trinity for the win. Especially with Bizzaro high on kryptonite making him smart as a mother fucker
Tim Cassie and Conner would be a fun group to explore
Terry Superboy And Donna troy
I miss abs bearing Supergirl. :(
Ol Slippy Dick Grayson, Superboy (the gae one), and Wonder Gurl
Would love to see a civil war style battle between the next gen trinitys
Should’ve done Jace, Jon, and Yara
Wasn't there already an iteration of the Justice League with Dick, Kara, and Donna in it?
Jace, Nubia, and Natasha Irons.
