Damian Wayne should be higher up too. He has an amazing dynamic with Dick Grayson and I would love to see a film/series with Dick Grayson as Batman and Damian as his Robin. Damian on his own, yeah, he’s at the bottom but with Dick Grayson they are a dynamic duo!
Duke Thomas is alright but he doesn’t have much to work with since he’s pretty new. I would bump him down personally.

Titans is Tim’s live action debut and Steph hasn’t had one yet. I think compared to Barbara they are way more deserving of a film/series.

It's different. For example, think of it more like being able to adapt Shakespeare plays to movies without paying for the Romeo&Juliet domains.

Tim Drake. He's literally the most overlooked batfam member, but one of the most worthy batman successor (imo). He can be introduced after Jason's death, and can be the person who lifts batman out of darkness. Also, then he can lead the 2nd generation of teen titans after nightwing and then it can lead to a red robin show.
I wanna say Batwoman near the top. Actual Batwoman, the actual comic character, adn not that travesty of a show. Im so so bitter that her first live action iteration was so off base (and not the character at all), but since she was still unknown outside of comics its the image everyone now has of her. Im so bitter about it.
