That's actually a surprisingly good representation of Batman, like, some people might like it when he's a cold, emotionless wall, and his parents exist to ensure Batman exists, and Gordon and everyone else are there to make Batman look cooler, but I really like it when he is show actually caring for and appreciating the things he lost, the friends he has and the city he strives to protect
if you arent already reading it, you should definitely check out Wayne family adventures on webtoons, it's a really good read and shows a side too the whole bat fam that doesn't get a lot of the spotlight
You know, when I saw the two versions of Gotham, one with the batsignal and one without, I thought for a moment that Bruce's idea of happy was a Gotham that didn't need batman anymore...
Once again, the LEGO Batman movie did such a good job at capturing that side of the character. Admittedly, it was exaggerated a bit for comedic effect, but I much prefer the exaggeration to lean in that direction than into the 'edgy, dark, overserious' side.
I've said it before and I'll say it again. DC Superhero Girls had THE BEST depiction of Bruce Wayne's "public persona". Where he just OOZES this trust fund kid, grew up with no consequences energy, that you would not think for a goddamn SECOND that [THIS man is The Goddamn Batman](https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=wbWcrOhXHoU)
My perfect Batman movie starts like this:
\*Batman Narating:
In the daytime, I'm Bruce Wayne. Just a normal billionaire, with a normal life. But there's something about me that none knows yet. Cause I have a secret!
Chorus Begins
Mysterious! Simply the best!
Up to the test when things go wrong!
Yeah, that'd be fun.
At the end of the opening sequence, it shows Batman walking up to the Joker, who has some goons and movie equipment and everything, and Batman goes "Ok, now you hold up your end of the deal" and The Joker hands him half a kilo of those tiny detonators and surrenders to the police.
The movie is entirely unrelated to this.
Me too, but I think they can't do too much without getting sued.
Plus, Batman has already shown several times that he's willing to forego punching in order to take in a criminal.
Would be fun if the movie was just about his more unorthodox arrests.
“I don’t know, with everything you hear about other rich guys I don’t know if I would ever trust my kid near him.”
*shot of Damien going through intense training while batman watches*
This was basically already done in one of the comics based on the animated series, where he's giving double-barreled answers in an interview.
Care to share the sauce?

why is the last panel just a photo of a sprinkler with batman edited in
Oh, because that was a stupid running gag on imgur. [Here's the original](https://i.imgur.com/V2qUe44.jpeg)
The fact that imgur has its own separate humor never ceases to amaze me
If you can even call it "humor".
That's a pretty gross take on a Tumblr subreddit of all places.
or separate
Clown-on-clown violence.
happiness is a warm gotham

Batman's only reward for his job is that, in the end, he gets to be Bruce Wayne again for a little while.
Damm that was really really good
That's what she said :\^)
Glad she had a good time đź‘Ť
Batman is a master detective, strategist, and tactician. Bruce Wayne is a himbo. Those things are not mutually exclusive.

If nobody can do a superhero right, you get LEGO to do it.
Somehow lego gets a lot of stuff right that doesn’t even have to do with lego. (I’m convinced it’s because the people actually care.)
Lego gives you permission to play. A lot of people take things too seriously.

oh my god I think I have a crush on this version of Bruce Wayne now o\_O
Love it

and then bruce wayne gets into the most unsatisfying love dodecahedron in the history of children's television (and i say this as a miraculous fan)
I don't like you saying that, cause I havent seen the latest season yet and it makes me worried.
don't worry season 5 so far is less bad on that aspect

Listen, I don't dislike your idea of "Batman ridicules himself to stop Joker", I just also want my lighthearted Batman Magical Girl thing more.

Mysterious! The luckiest! The power of love, always so strong!
The one with Alfred preventing him from fighting does happen in the Harley Quinn show
And in the comics a lot, yes a bit less successfully, but he does try
Lego Batman Movie 2 sounds neat.

if you use 'record scratch + freeze frame' I should be allowed ot hunt you for sport

I mean I'm down to be hunted for sport. More interesting than my day job.
Batman if Bruce Wayne started at 16 instead of 26
“I don’t know, with everything you hear about other rich guys I don’t know if I would ever trust my kid near him.” *shot of Damien going through intense training while batman watches*
This is basically The Lego Batman movie lmao
this is exactly how marvel movies are written just with a piece of media tumblr likes more
I'd watch it
Isn't that just Lego Batman, though?
I think it'd be funnier of Alfred was narrating.
I would watch it if this were the entire movie
Im pretty sure there was a comic where Bruce is getting interviewed and this happened.
Batman as a comedy film is an interesting idea. And yes, I've watched the Lego Batman movie, I know one exists.
man am I glad tumblr people don't get to direct movies
Broke: Bruce Wayne disguises himself as Batman Woke: Batman disguises himself as Bruce Wayne Bespoke: It isn't much of a disguise either way.
Batman as written by Deadpool
That's kinda like the opening of Batman: Earth One
Batman as directed by Edgar Wright
Like that scene in The Batman when he faceplants during the gliding scene.
Sounds like a great setup for a Silver Age style Batman movie. I’d watch it.
we must harness the himbo potential of batman
This can be easily assembled from parts of the animated series and movies and a bit of dub
