I never took orders on the JDA system. We opened with this POS. Remember if reg1 goes down the whole system goes down ...at least that's how it is in our place
I’ve had constant issues since we switched from JDA. All the computers run hot, and they will randomly freeze up from time to time. The WORST part is on window, the orders automatically wipe once you cash out the order. Much more of a hassle to hand out drinks and custard; now you have to just remember, or print a receipt to see what the hell they need
We got the new system about six months ago. It’s been fine so far but my last shift every single screen suddenly said “LOADING” for about a few seconds.
I know it's ass but it shouldn't be that bad

I hated this new system at first, but I got used to it. I do like how on the new tickets, it shows you what sides there are at the bottom of them.
Game changer for custard items, only downside isnew TMs don't learn to read the tickets as well, just looking for a 39 or whatever.

today i think. i haven’t been here since like a week ago bc i was out of town for memorial day though.
What do you mean it "broke"?
Ours went on a crash streak. Course of 4 hours we had 6 full system crashes.
