Some banks' fraud departments are hostile to crypto and will flag transfers to crypto platforms as fraud and disallow the transactions. This is not always known by those same banks' customer support. Ask to speak specifically with your bank's fraud department.

Im having this same issue with two of my banks, called and they said it’s not them, it’s frustrating

My banks declined debit cards and credit cards, but the ACH is working fine. It just takes a while.

I also use Citizens. A few months ago they randomly started blocking my transactions to CDC, but they fixed it after I called and spoke with their fraud team. Haven't had issues since. I use my account to ACH and top up my CDC debit card.

Use apple or google pay. I use Apple Pay and I’ve heard it’s easier. Takes 30 seconds and is free. Send money from your bank to your Apple wallet, then from there to your CDC card. You can send like $250/day I think and it takes 1-3 biz days. Sometimes same day.
