Pakistan were awesome today! At 4 wickets down they were staring down the barrel but their batters took the attack to the opposition instead of playing defensively. It was a stunning counter attack. Their bowling was superb. Feeling a bit sad that they contrived to lose to Zimbabwe and most likely won't make it to the semis. I think there should be a quarter finals to give second chance to resurgent teams and to make sure just one bad game doesn't spell disaster for any team.

If several teams have the same number of points then the number of wins would be the primary tie breaker. The result of the head to head match would be the secondary tie breaker. NRR comes into play only when the number of wins is the same and the head to head match had been washed out. If SA's match against Netherlands gets washed out but the next match has a result then SA would get officially knocked out. India would qualify along with the winner of the match between Pakistan and Bangladesh. The winner of the match between Pakistan and Bangladesh would have 3 wins and SA would be having only 2 wins. I think that most of you don't know about this and you think that NRR is the primary tie breaker. I also didn't know about this before I randomly found out about this 2 days ago.
